1 JENNIFER: Welcome to your Q&A call for our Angel Program. This is your hostess with the mostest, Jennifer Longmore, founder of in the event that you're somehow getting ahold of this audio and you're wondering who is speaking. So I'm excited to connect with all of you. I've been receiving some s and hearing some really great questions and great feedback and so on. So the purpose of our call tonight is to help you understand on a deeper level what may have been coming up for you throughout the process, so there may be questions you have about the content that was covered or you may have questions about the impact that it had on you during the process. I really want to keep our questions to that content, so that is the purpose of this call. And just as a heads-up, the purpose of this call is not to receive guidance on other areas of your life. It's meant to focus on the content that we've covered, and that way we can get through as many questions as possible because I imagine there are going to be a lot of us on the call tonight. With that in mind as well, before I share with you how to come forward and ask questions, if you have more than one question, I just want to ask you to go in and ask yourself, "What is the most important question to ask right now?" Because I want to make sure that everyone has an opportunity to ask a question in the event that they do, and then if we still have time at the end of our program, I'll open up the lines for those people that want to ask additional questions. Fair enough? OK. So let's write in how you can raise your hand to get taken off of mute is to press *2, and that will put you in the queue and then I'll be able to take you off mute and answer your question or your comment. And we'll just get started and see where we go from here. So who would like to start us off? Just press *2 to raise your hand for your question. CALLER: Yes, hi Jennifer, how are you? JENNIFER: I'm well, how are you? CALLER: Good, thank you. I had a question. This is during the Activation part Page 1 of 31

2 of the last call. JENNIFER: Yes. CALLER: You know, you estimated all kinds of different Energetic Grids around our bodies. Could you go into explaining some of those because I didn't know exactly what was being activated? If you could just talk a little bit about the different types of things that were activated? JENNIFER: OK. So what specific ones are you wanting to know about? Because there were quite a few. CALLER: I know. The thing is, because we don't actually have a written text, everything is just audio, so I don't have it. It would have been nice, I think, something written because it's so new. There are so many terms that are just so new, I can't remember them. But there were different types of energy grids around our bodies that were being activating JENNIFER: Yeah, so like the Angelic Healing Matrix? CALLER: Yes, yes, yes! JENNIFER: So a lot of these things are not just and this is for everyone's benefit, so I'm glad you brought it forward Part of why I'm not sending out that particular information is because it's not going to make sense to people, even if I explain it, because it's an Energy beyond what we're used to having conversations about anyway. There are particular grids of Energy that go around, as you can imagine, almost like a Holographic Matrix. Can you get a picture of what that looks like in your mind? It goes around your body? CALLER: Yes. Page 2 of 31

3 JENNIFER: Like if you watching some sort of, I don't know, outer space sort of show, you can imagine that circling your body. These are the kind of things that get placed around your energy field and all of your 12 Energy Bodies, which are basically the point of your physical body right through to the point of creation. You have all of these layers that hold different pieces of information, and these particular matrices and grids, and other parts of your Angelic Bodies. You know, we have Energy Bodies. We have Angelic Bodies. We have Crystalline Bodies. And these Energies surround us to activate the parts of our Creation Story, I guess you could say, that need to be reawakened. Let's say there has been some sort of interference over some particular space and time. I'm not going to say past life because we're just at some space and time and dimension that we've existed in. What's happened is we've either been tampered with energetically or we've created a misalignment or there has been some sort of dampening, I'll say, of our light. And what these particular Energies do is they reawaken them to their original form. Does that make sense? CALLER: Yes, yes, it does. JENNIFER: So things like the Angelic Grid it's just placing a 3-dimensional label on something that's bigger than what can really be described in a human way. So that's why it's transmitted energetically because it's received differently. So the human brain wants to get out their Label Maker 3000 right? and place a label on everything. And they want to seek to understand it because their mind wants to know, but the mind is not the way that the energy is processed, so even if it was explained over and over, the mind wouldn't be able to receive it. So it's transmitted energetically and it's called out so that the part of your field that understands what that is can open up that particular part of you the particular gateway in you to bring in the Energy to then facilitate the healing or the shifting or the recalibration or whatever needs to happen. CALLER: OK. JENNIFER: Am I explaining that OK? Page 3 of 31

4 CALLER: Yeah. When you say Angelic Grid, do we have wings also? When you say Angelic Grid? Is that a different dimension? Is that like a higher dimension or higher level of consciousness, or is it just a holographic thing out there around us? JENNIFER: Yeah, the Angelic Grid is going to have certain frequencies. A Crystalline Grid is going to have certain frequencies. Every single color in the rainbow, for example, has different frequencies. So it's not about higher or lower; it's just about having a unique frequency that matches the frequency that some part of us wanted to receive, which is why, for example, we're drawn to this course right now. CALLER: Right, right. JENNIFER: So I have a lot of people that I connect with all around the world, and not all those people were called to this course, which means that not everyone is wanting to be reactivated through an angelic frequency. CALLER: Oh, OK. JENNIFER: So the whole Angelic Kingdom I'm glad we're talking about this. It's really helpful. So the whole Angelic Kingdom holds a whole bunch of, I guess you could say, informations and equations, for lack of a better way of putting it, that are specific to those of us who are feeling called to receive them, and particularly called to receive them at this space and time in our reality. Not everyone is going to be called to it right now, or they may never resonate with that particular way of receiving energy and healings and so on. CALLER: OK. JENNIFER: So it's a special relationship that you have, and some part of you would have known to guide you to receive the information. Like when you were receiving the Activations, were you feeling it moving through your Energy Field? CALLER: Yeah, yeah, definitely. Page 4 of 31

5 JENNIFER: And it's always done with the intention that we're not just kind of throwing them into your Energy Field, that there is the part of you that has discernment and this is for everyone listening that decides whether you need the Energy and to what degree you need the Energy, so it's never me just kind of calling out Energy and saying, "Here's what your receiving. Take it or leave it." JENNIFER: You know, kind of like what our parents did a lot of times with food and put it on our plate and said, "Too bad, this is what you're eating." You know what you needed to receive. CALLER: OK. JENNIFER: And there may have been certain Activations that were not needed for you. CALLER: OK. OK, that makes sense. Thank you so much. OK, well while I'm waiting for someone to raise their hand, I'm going to go over just some clarification questions someone sent me in an today. They were just Page 5 of 31

6 looking for pronunciation of certain Angels, so perhaps some of you needed this information as well. The first question is: When I was aligning people to the Healing Angels, and then there were a bunch of other Angels after call #2 that I introduced you to, there was an Angel named Isda who was in between the Star Angel of Light and the Angel of the Four Winds. The second question is just getting clarification on the name of Angel Sanusemi, and that again is the Angel that helps us with our Spiritual Center and our Inner Merkaba and helping us travel around the Universe, basically. And then the third question was asking for clarification about the Angel that helps us find Adventure in our life Inspiration, Motivation, and Courage and that Angel was Elemiah. Then the fourth question was clarification on Angel Zikiel. And then the fifth clarification was the name of the Angel that was immediately below Archangel Metatron when we were going over the tree of life, and that is Angel Zaphkiel. So that takes care of those questions. Who would like to step forward next with a question or a comment about what was coming up for them throughout the program? Just press *2 to raise your hand, and I'll take you off mute. CALLER: Hi. Hello! JENNIFER: Hi! CALLER: Thanks for doing this. JENNIFER: You're welcome. CALLER: Hey, I had super-strong aftermath reactions. I'm in a huge healing phase of major grief anyway, and I'm wondering several things. And maybe I don't even have to be worried about this. How much am I in control of how fast I'm healing the speed of my healing? Or is my inner healer pretty much going to heal me as much as I can handle? Because it seems like when you did all those Activations and getting the frequencies of these Angels, it was like, "Yep, I know you, I know you, I Page 6 of 31

7 know you. I just didn't know you're names." And after each call, the entire next day, it's just a train wreck for me. It's the integration of it emotionally. It's hard to stay grounded that day. It's just been super-huge for me, also a very good thing though. It's not a bad thing; it's just that, oh my gosh, what hit me? JENNIFER: Yeah. CALLER: So I was wondering if I have anything to do with it. Am I asking too much to be healed too fast, or is this what I need right now so that's why it's happening like this? JENNIFER: OK, great question. And part of why I was guided to design the program as sort of a progressive program is so that everyone's Energy Field could be prepared for day 3 or class 3, which was really the Ascension Fest. So what happens is when we're ascending, we have to shift our DNA. Our DNA literally has to be recalibrated to hold more Light. So our whole physiological structure has to change, which means that energy is being dumped in the body. You know, let's say, any toxins, any MSG, any residual viruses, like anything that's in the physical structure of the body that's housing the soul and housing the expansion of the Soul within the body has to be released. And then on top of that, you're freeing yourself of any, I'll say, attachments. Let's imagine any sort of, I don't know, dust and cobwebs and stuff in each of your Energy Bodies. Not yours personally, right? Just all of us. And so there's a sweeping that occurs, and every time there's Energy cleared away, the Energy Field expands again to expand out even more Light and then to bring in even more Light. So it can be this weird feeling of feeling kind of weird in the physical body but also not feeling in your body at the same time. JENNIFER: And that doesn't last very long. You know, I haven t really seen anyone go beyond that, but I'm glad you're bringing it up and I'm hoping that everyone's going to listen. So I'm just going to speak to all levels of your consciousness and all levels of everyone else's consciousness if you choose to take this in. You're fully recalibrating and integrating any walk-in bonding experiences that you need to call into Page 7 of 31

8 the present and into the now. So let's just bring that in. Did you feel a shift there? CALLER: Yeah. JENNIFER: Yeah. I say "high" loosely, right? I don't mean it in kind of a superior way, but just sort of the higher realms of our Self are still sort of hovering around us and creating this feeling like we're in a bit of a parachute or something, so all we need to do is invite them into the body so that there's not sort of this energetic pull between pulling you out of your body and pulling you into your body. The other thing that was coming up for you and it's relevant because other people will be going through this, so I don't want you to think about; I just want you to give me the first answer that comes up for you without censorship. Kind of like a Ping- Pong game. I want you to fire that answer out to me before you even hear the end of the question. Did you learn in another lifetime that you need to manifest a Healing Crisis in order to have proof that you've healed? CALLER: Yes. JENNIFER: OK, where do you feel that? CALLER: In my hips and my heart. JENNIFER: So everywhere where you're holding onto misidentified and misapplied and misunderstood definitions of healing and processes of healing and this is for everyone are you ready to release that through all dimensions, spaces, times, levels of consciousness? CALLER: Yes. JENNIFER: Great. So we'll just all take a deep breath with that one. Let it kind of move through our body. Because what happens is the human brain will say, "Well, how do know you healed? Seems to be a little too calm. I guess it must not have worked." And then we develop evidence. This isn't happening consciously, by the Page 8 of 31

9 way, right? JENNIFER: But this happens on some level of our consciousness that we want evidence, but then the evidence appears and we're like, "Oh, I didn't really want that." It's almost kind of like a badge of honor as well, right? Like I'm not saying you're doing this, but just the programming is, "Oh, look at what I had to go through to heal. It feels good, but you know, I'm taking it like a trooper." CALLER: So you're sort of saying that my strong reaction is me saying, "Yep, it's happening!" You know, confirmation that the healing is happening? JENNIFER: Yeah, it's not like you're choosing it. You didn't wake up and say, "How much evidence can I generate today that proves that I'm healing?" CALLER: No (laugh)! JENNIFER: It just happens, and it happens to a lot of people, which is why even on the calls I was saying to people you don't need to manifest a healing crisis in order to prove that you received healing. CALLER: Cool! right? JENNIFER: I mean, the great thing is that you already had the awareness, JENNIFER: So, I mean, even when let's just say, for example I'm going to use this because it's just coming into my mind now that there's a full moon and all of a sudden we learn it's a full moon and we're like, "Oh, no wonder I was feeling this way," or "No wonder that person was acting weird with me," or something. When we have an explanation for why we're feeling a little bit off, it feels better. It's more Page 9 of 31

10 reassuring. CALLER: Right, I totally get that. JENNIFER: But we can also, in the awareness of the full moon, just like your awareness now, we can have the awareness of it, we can be like, "I wish I wasn't as uncomfortable as I am right now," but we also know it's going to pass. Most people don't have that awareness. CALLER: OK. JENNIFER: So it's a good thing. CALLER: OK, with this ascending and the DNA shifting, as soon as this event that has caused me so much grief happened, I was totally aware that my DNA was completely changing. Don't ask me how. I just knew that. So does this DNA change, is it continuing to change? JENNIFER: Yeah. CALLER: Is that process going to take a while? JENNIFER: No, you know, it doesn't take that long. It usually takes the body I'm not saying it's going to take this long but just from what science will tell you, it takes the body 28 days to completely generate new cells. But the process can happen quickly, and then there might be a little bit of residual or it can just happen in an easy, breezy way. Anytime any of us is going to do major, major, major energy work and get a lot of really multidimensional things activated within us, we have to Like the body literally needs a mechanism to expand so it can hold more Light. CALLER: And that's the DNA shift? JENNIFER: Yes. Because the DNA has to ascend. The DNA and the RNA have Page 10 of 31

11 to work together to send signals to all of the systems in the body, all the organs, the blood, the fascia, everything to say, "We're growing! Get ready!" And they have to dump the junk basically and make room for this different frequency to come in. CALLER: So the issues in my tissues here is my DNA adjusting for more Light? JENNIFER: Yeah, well you'll feel weird in your body, for sure. Then, of course, the emotions come up. And realistically it's harder to hear it in our human brain (and I'm saying this for anyone that's going through this), it makes sense that certain things and certain people are going to need to go when we have a huge upleveling because our frequency is so different to that which we were tolerating before. You know how we can have people in our life where they're not really a match, but we can kind of shift our energy enough to tolerate being around them? And then we have a big shift like this and the discrepancy between the frequencies is so significant that we can't even be on the same plane plane of existence, I mean. CALLER: Gosh, that explains a lot. Thanks so much. JENNIFER: Then people get upset about it. Well, it doesn't mean that that person doesn't have an opportunity within themselves to rise to the occasion or even just being around you. They can kind of get all the juicy goodness that's emanating out of your pores and it can help to recalibrate them. You'll also notice (and I'm saying this for everyone's benefit), sometimes some arguments can ensue or people that never got on your nerves. You thought, "Oh, we're going to be besties forever," or whatever the situation is, all of a sudden, people are getting on your nerves and you're thinking, "Why is this happening?" So it will all readjust. I think it's interesting that I was guided to offer this program now because, of course, we have the lovely Mercury retrograde and then we had the full moon and we had some other Energies going on in our galaxy, so it really kind of compounded what was already going on. And then on top of that, people are making a big deal out of 2012 and turning it into something that it doesn't need to be. You know, this last month of So just a lot of Energy is floating around in the Collective Consciousness. A lot of Solar and Cellular Energy is being kicked up. 12 CALLER: Oh, great. Thank you! That seemed to explain things, and things are really falling into place. JENNIFER: Wonderful, wonderful. I'm glad to hear it. Unfortunately, I missed the first 2 calls, but I was able to listen to the first one after the fact, and unlike the previous caller, I really wasn't feeling very much of anything. So I'm just wondering: am I blocking things, or what is happening? JENNIFER: You weren't feeling much on the first call? CALLER: No, I was feeling a little bit on the Thursday call. Or last Sunday's call. But when you were saying feeling the Energies of the different Angels and everything, I really wasn't able to feel anything. So I'm wondering what is happening with that? JENNIFER: OK. Well, can I ask you a few questions? CALLER: Sure. JENNIFER: So have you done a lot of Energy work in the past? CALLER: I've done a little bit, yes. Page 12 of 31

13 JENNIFER: And is it typical that you feel Energy when you're having Energy work done? CALLER: Not a lot, no. JENNIFER: Some people just don't really feel Energy very strongly or it will come in in other ways. So let's say if your eyes were closed, you might get a light show or you might have images coming in like a movie. You might feel temperature changes in your body. Or you might get a lot of ringing in your ears. CALLER: OK. JENNIFER: Any of that kind of stuff happen for you? CALLER: Yeah, more and more in the ears, I think, yeah. JENNIFER: So that's still you receiving the frequency. You know, you just may be more oriented to the Harmonics of it, like coming in through your Sound as opposed to feeling it in your body, which isn't such a bad thing. I'm someone who feels Energy in different ways, but one of my primary ways is through my body. And it's not always fun to pick up other people's illnesses and stuff. It's not always fun to be driving on the highway and drive through a deadly car accident that's still sort of hanging out on the pavement. So there are some benefits to receiving Energy in a different way. But the other Energy that's coming up for you that I'm picking up on (and it will be relevant to other folks that are listening), is on a scale of 1 to 10, what is your relationship with God/Creator/Source? CALLER: I would say 10. JENNIFER: OK. So you feel that you have a strong connection? CALLER: I do, yeah. Page 13 of 31

14 JENNIFER: And then what on a scale of 1 to 10 would you say your relationship with the Angels is? CALLER: Maybe an 8. JENNIFER: OK. So is it possible that some part of you is a little more resistant to being in communion with them than perhaps being in communion with God? CALLER: Perhaps. I am learning. I mean, you know, this is all fairly new to me, so it's just a learning curve for me. JENNIFER: Yeah, totally. And the only reason I ask is because when we're kind of taking in new information and we're trying to figure out how it applies to our belief systems that we've held up until now and our patterns of our teachings, or whatever, that we've held up until now it's OK to have a healthy level of discernment and just kind of be with it and take in what resonates for now. And the beauty of this program is that you have it recorded. CALLER: Right, yes! JENNIFER: So you can go back when you're called to, even if you're not called to listen to it again for another year. I would listen to It sounds like you just listened to the first one? CALLER: The first one and the third one, yes. JENNIFER: Oh, the third one. CALLER: So I missed the second one (laugh). JENNIFER: (laugh) CALLER: I guess that was the healing one. Page 14 of 31

15 JENNIFER: I'm not laughing at you. I just think it's interesting how we have you know, there are just a lot of things that have happened interestingly with this Angel Class, but what I know from doing the Akashic Records is that how we show up with the Akashic Records is how we show up in life. So if someone feels like they're not as connected as they'd like to be or they're questioning whether they are connected in their Records, really if I were to ask them questions about their life, they would tell me that they don't feel very connected to themselves or to their path or to other people or all that kind of stuff. I'm not suggesting that's the case with you, but there may be some programming going on for you. What I'm being shown is there is some old programming going on for you that maybe competes a little bit with some of this information. Does that make sense? Like old religious programming and stuff that may be coming up? CALLER: Well, I guess the old dogma, but JENNIFER: Yeah, that's what I mean. That's what I mean. Like it can be in there without us thinking that it's even in there anymore. CALLER: OK. JENNIFER: So that's always the first place I check when someone is not feeling as connected as they'd like to feel connected to the Energies. There can be some old implant from different religions, not only in this lifetime, but from other lifetimes as well. CALLER: OK, OK. That makes sense. OK, I get that. So it will come? JENNIFER: Totally. Yeah, totally. CALLER: Alright. JENNIFER: You know, it s all a process, and the other thing about anything that's going on for us and this is even related to the previous caller is that anything Page 15 of 31

16 we're going through, we go at the speed that makes the most sense for us based on a willingness, first and foremost, but also we're always mastering things. And sometimes it can be of service to take a little bit longer to go through something because it's more about the journey of going through the process as opposed to the destination. CALLER: OK. Alright, well thank you. JENNIFER: It's pretty cool that there's something being uncovered for you around deepening that energetic connection in your body. CALLER: OK. JENNIFER: It's exciting! 17 JENNIFER: I'm great. CALLER: Thank you so very much! I just had a strange question about the Angels, really. JENNIFER: Yeah. CALLER: I always ask for all of them to help. Can you ever have too many Angels helping you or anything? JENNIFER: (laugh) CALLER: I feel guilty if I tell them all to go and help me with the same issue (laugh)! So I wanted to see if you can help with that? JENNIFER: Yes, you can have 99 Angels, but you can't have 100. That's being selfish! Just kidding! CALLER: (laugh) JENNIFER: Well, the great thing about Angels is that they're frequency and they get to travel the Universe at the speed of light, unlike our limited selves that have to walk through doors. We can't just float through doors (laugh). We have to walk around walls; we can't walk through them. So it takes us a lot longer to get places, and Angels can be energetically in different spaces at different times, so I would imagine that they're helping several people, you know, millions of people at the same time. CALLER: At once, OK. JENNIFER: I love how you brought that up because so often why humans I'm saying this just in comparison to Angels don't reach out to God/Creator/Source, whatever their term is, Angels or anything is because they're afraid that they're going to take up space that someone else needs or that someone else likely needs them more or Page 17 of 31

18 things like that. And this also incidentally is a reflection of our money story, right? When we feel like we can't have it all? We can't allow ourselves to be provided for because someone else probably needs it more than we do. JENNIFER: So when we step into the remembrance that there is infinite Energy, there is infinite attention, we have all these divine birthrights that we can access at any time because they're always with us. It's just that we forget they're there. You know? Divine birthrights of abundance and joy and happiness and stuff. Then we don't feel a hesitation around asking. CALLER: OK. JENNIFER: The other thing, too and this kind of relates back to what I was sharing with our previous caller See, I've had the benefit in this lifetime, at least of not being raised in a religious family. JENNIFER: So there would have been some religious imprinting simply because it went through both sides of my parents' families, but I wasn't actually taken to any religious institution, so I just didn't grow up around it. Will I have stuff in my cellular memory? Sure. But what happens is for so many of us And it doesn't even really matter what the religion is, most religions teach that there is a hierarchy and you have to go through a process and you can't go direct and you can't call upon certain beings unless you've done certain things, and whatever. So it's natural that we hesitate to reach out because of just the programming we've received. CALLER: Right, yeah. And this actually interests me because I do come from a very religious family, but I think less also in just believing in a relationship one-on-one between me and my Creator and making it my own And this is like later in my life that I was able to do this. Because like you said, Page 18 of 31

19 at a young age I was brought up with certain ways of thinking and doing things, but as I got older and I see what's going on and the miracles of God, I'm like, "Oh, OK!" There's nothing wrong with asking for God directly and having a relationship with Him directly. A one-on-one. And the Angels the same way, you know? JENNIFER: Mm-hmm. CALLER: The guilt part of all that is that God has diminished it tremendously, which is great. So that part of it I have, but the part of asking for help, you know, a lot of times, that's what I have to remember on doing more often. Yeah, so that's what I had questioned about. JENNIFER: And actually, it's their joy to help us. That's what their purpose is. So people think, "Well, aren't the Angels with us all the time, and how come they're not taking " I'm not saying you're doing this, right, but people say, "Well, how come bad things are happening? If my Angels were with me, how come I got in a car accident?" Well, maybe they were with you, and that's why you survived the car accident. CALLER: That's why you're able to ask that question! Exactly! JENNIFER: Yeah, exactly! Yes, the Angels are around us, for sure. We can just call in Angels, and the Angels will show up. We don't have to remember every one's name. JENNIFER: And because we have the Universal Law of Free Will, they need to honor that because it's an energetic understanding. It's an energetic law in the Universe, so they can only reach out their hand 50%, and then we have to reach out our hand 50%. They can't pass that veil without the invitation. CALLER: Correct, correct. Page 19 of 31

20 JENNIFER: That's why we all need to get better at asking, like really joyfully asking all day long for help. CALLER: Correct. JENNIFER: It is their joy and it's their purpose, and they understand it's their role and not that they have personalities - but if we can look at it from a different angle, you can almost picture these different faces floating around, going, "How come no one's calling on me? I have so much to offer. I'm raising my hand! I'm screaming! I want to help you!" With our buds in our ears and our ipads, like, "doo da doo da doo, la la la (laugh)." CALLER: Yeah, exactly. JENNIFER: So the moral of the story is we need to become masters of asking. CALLER: Great, OK. Because that's what I'm working towards right now. Asking. And it's great. I feel much better. CALLER: Hi, I already asked a question. JENNIFER: That's OK. CALLER: But I have lots of questions. Can you help me Light Harmonics and Angels Can you connect those for me? Can you explain: Do the Angels use the Light Harmonics? Do the Light Harmonics have symbols? It's hard for me to ask this question because it has come to me in an intuitive way. It's not a mental thing. But the whole Light Harmonics thing is I've actually had a lesson in dream time with symbols on it, and so how does that connect to Angels? JENNIFER: This is a great question. So Light Harmonics are basically particular frequencies. It's like a special language, right? So on Earth we have English and French and Spanish and Japanese, and I could go on and on, but you get what I'm saying, right? CALLER: Yes. JENNIFER: So a Harmonic is a natural language. It's a bunch of frequencies that come together to create a certain tone, right? Or a certain color. So the Angels will have Harmonics, Star Beings will have Harmonics, crystals, you know, we could go on and on. And even within the Angelic Realm, each sort of, I'll say, family--host family within the Angelic Realm will have different Light Harmonics. So, for example, anyone who is attracted to this program, there's something about the Harmonics that come out Page 21 of 31

22 of my voice and come through me energetically that allows me to be the translator for everyone who has signed up for this program. Because of all the different Harmonics that it could have come through, blending it with whatever my Harmonics are makes it easier for you to receive it. CALLER: Ha, that's wild! JENNIFER: Because if it's not, then all you would hear through my voice would be, "wah, wah, wah." You know, you'd be like, "What is that person saying?" Even though you would know I was speaking English, it would feel so weird to listen. So we all have, I'll say Well, that's kind of what our Soul Families are, right? Our Soul Families speak the same language. We just understand them. We get them. The sound of their voices. You know, they just make sense to us. We finish each other's sentences maybe. And all of us have that, so how great is that? CALLER: That is cool. JENNIFER: Yeah. And then when our frequencies change, depending on what the relationship is, then we just move on because maybe we're now resonating with a different harmonic. CALLER: So while you're standing and ascending JENNIFER: Mm-hmm. CALLER: Would you need to be taught a new language to go to another level? JENNIFER: You're not learning a new language. See, your ultimate language of Light which is, I'll say, your Creation Story, the way that your Soul speaks at the very moment that you're created as an independent Soul has a frequency, and that is your language of Light. So that's your original, I'll say, grid, right? If you could imagine like a blueprint or a map? Page 22 of 31

23 JENNIFER: And then you set off and maybe your journey is to master the art of joy. And so you set off in different spaces and times, cultivating experiences and connecting with other Harmonics, other Beings of Light, other planets wherever you're going to maintain your journey of mastering joy. You'll always have a Core Harmonic, but depending on what the Harmonic was at the time that you split essentially from the Creator, then whatever other Souls split with that same Harmonic, you'll just always find your way back to them. So ultimately as we ascend, more and more Harmonics will be tolerable. Do you get what I mean? CALLER: Ah! JENNIFER: Because they'll become more and more familiar. CALLER: OK. So if I JENNIFER: Because there's very little difference between us, right? JENNIFER: There's like a billionth of a difference in our DNA, which means we all come from the same Creator, which means we're all essentially holding the same blueprint. There's just a slight variation in the Harmonics, which is why also even when we meet human beings we can be confused. Because we can like what they're saying. You know, let's say we go to someone's website. We can like what they're saying on their website, but we just can't bring ourselves to connect with them. CALLER: OK. JENNIFER: Does that make sense? CALLER: It does. So being introduced with this Light Harmonics lesson, might Page 23 of 31

24 it be other people of my Soul Group, like, leave me messages? You know, I don't know what I'm Was it some kind of a contact, or was it just a new awareness that I'm having? JENNIFER: Well, it could be an awareness. I mean, I would have to spend time with you privately to go into that. One of the things that I know is really helpful is I think about a year or so ago I recorded an Activation for connecting with your Soul Family aligning with your Soul Family. Only because I hear it so much from folks, right? Feeling alone and feeling disconnected and yearning to connect with their tribe their ultimate tribe. So I'm not pimping it out; I just mean that's there on the website if it's something that you're really called to activate. CALLER: OK. JENNIFER: There are some pretty deep Ascension Activations on there. CALLER: OK. JENNIFER: But just know that Harmonics are tones, right? JENNIFER: And some tones are more resonant than others. It's just like when we go through the whole "do re mi fa so la ti do" through our chakras. You know, some are just resonating stronger than others. Some feel more familiar. Some feel more comfortable. It's the same thing. CALLER: OK. JENNIFER: Just on a bigger level. Does that make sense? CALLER: Yes. Page 24 of 31

Even any comments that you have. Press *2 to raise your hand. CALLER: Yes, I had the first question. Hi, Jennifer. I have a question again. You mentioned 12 chakras, right? JENNIFER: Yeah. CALLER: I'm familiar with the 7 or with the 8. There is a Star Chakra right on top of our Crown Chakra. JENNIFER: Yes. CALLER: But where are the if you don't mind, you know JENNIFER: Yeah, so those are just your planetary chakras. You know, that's where you kind of bring the Universe into your body, and then outside of your body, starting with your eighth chakras, which is your Soul Star Chakra CALLER: Soul Star, OK. 26 JENNIFER: That's the one that hovers above your crown. And then you have your ninth chakra, which is helping you understand light and color. The names are slipping me right now, but if you imagine drawing a line up from your Root Chakra right up through your Crown, you would see 4 additional chakras up there, and that's your Solar Spine, basically. That's where you're connecting in to the Universe, basically. So if you imagine being like an antenna JENNIFER: And the antenna starts at the twelfth chakra, that antenna radiates messages out into the Universe and then it brings messages from the Universe in through that twelfth chakra. CALLER: OK. OK. is. JENNIFER: But the twelfth chakra is the chakra that connects you with all that CALLER: I see, I see. So when I'm talking to my angels and I hear them mentally you know, telepathy are they communicating through the higher chakras? Is that how I'm taking it in? JENNIFER: Yeah. It doesn't mean they're not helping you with the lower chakras as well. Depends on what realm they're in and what their responsibilities are. When we were going over the Healing Angels, right, in call #2? What different areas of the body that they really support with? CALLER: Right, right. JENNIFER: At the end of the day, anytime we call in Angels, they're going to help us out (laugh). Not unlike we would do in a family where maybe we call out for the Angels, and one Angel shows up and says, "Oh, not my territory! Hey, Raphael, why don't you come over here and take a look at this?" 27 JENNIFER: You know, they're probably having profuse conversations about us when we're calling in help. But yeah, we do have more Energy Bodies than what are in the chakra. In fact, we have several. We have over 3,000 energy centers in the body. CALLER: Wow! Three thousand! OK. Is that all the meridians and all those points? JENNIFER: Yeah. All the little mini-chakras, basically. The spin centers in the body where if you were to get acupuncture, for example, it would open it up and release the flow of energy through the body. So those are the main energy centers. There are 12 main energy centers, but then we have all of those just in the body. CALLER: Oh, OK. JENNIFER: The thing we forget about the body is that the body has consciousness. We never actually have a conversation with our body, but our body has its own wisdom. It's a being, right? It's an energy, and if we learn to communicate with it better, it could actually partner with us on our journey (laugh). JENNIFER: It's like our car, right? We never have a conversation with it and say, "Oh, hey, your tires are flat. I should probably go and get those tires fixed." Or whatever, right? We just hop in and hop out and do our thing. Not suggesting you do that, right? But typically as a species, we're not very connected with our bodies. So you can imagine when we have this antenna that reaches out that far, and every time we bring energies from that twelfth energy body down, it does reverberate through the body in such a way that it kind of throws us off for a little bit. CALLER: OK. Page 27 of 31

28 JENNIFER: Was that helpful? CALLER: Yes, that is helpful. And I had just a follow-up question. It's about DNA. When you say as we take in more Light, our DNA shifts and things like that, is that the same thing as people talking about the Ascension and saying that right now we have the 2 strands but there were originally 24 strands. But because of tampering and all that a long time ago, we only came down to 2, but now the rest are unraveling. Is that the same thing when we're talking about more Light, or is that something different? JENNIFER: It is different. I mean, it's somewhat relevant, but I would really be and I believe I said this through the program anything that I share in this program, I'm not speaking it as gospel truth in the sense that if it doesn't resonate, it doesn't resonate. JENNIFER: I'm just providing information through me. It'll get channeled through me and it comes through. And there's a lot of information out there about different DNA strands and people are doing over are there 12? Are there 24? Are there a multitude? JENNIFER: And that goes to show you that there is no definitive truth around that. So really just more importantly, it's less about the tampering of the DNA. The DNA ultimately if I were to define it differently would be our language of Light. We have had our language of Light the original blueprint, right? That original grid of knowingness and our original Harmonics. That's been tampered with, but I say that loosely because it has journeyed through millions and gazillions of lifetimes and spaces and experiences. So our Ascension Journey is to restore as much of that as possible and restore it within our human experience as much as we can. So the lighter we become, and the more we release the interferences, and the more we release the implants and subliminal programs and hooks and cords and all those things that tamper Page 28 of 31

29 with us and hold us back, then the lighter we become. In a lot of ways, the "baggage," so to speak, that we have been carrying does keep us dense and it kinds of helps us as Light Beings. We need a bit of density, right? Because otherwise we'd float away like a helium balloon. CALLER: Right, right. Exactly. We need to have it. JENNIFER: So having some density isn't necessarily a bad thing (laugh). Exactly, exactly. JENNIFER: Yeah, I mean, ultimately at the core of it, we've got stories in our cellular memory and in our language of Light that are a true reflection of what we on a deep, deep soul level want them to be. JENNIFER: And so it's our journey in coming here to shift that perspective and to remember who we really are and to master that through gravity, basically. To master that through physical manifestation. CALLER: Right, right. OK. I understand. JENNIFER: Wonderful. CALLER: Thank you. JENNIFER: Thank you! I'm glad you brought that forward. Wonderful! And I'm wondering, Jennifer, if each of us would typically from now on sense the Angels helping us in the same way that we sensed the presence of the Angels during the Ascension work? Or might we have several different ways that we might feel them? To feel that they're JENNIFER: I would say that, for sure. Because your frequency is always going to change. Your awareness is going to change. It's like when you read a book and then 6 months later you go back and read that book and you read things in the book that you didn't even see the first time. You almost feel like you're reading a different book. CALLER: Yes, OK. JENNIFER: It can be similar to that, so not unlike any relationship that we have with humans, those relationships evolve and change and we're kind of reacquainting ourselves a lot to those relationships. It s the same kind of thing. You know, we just get to enjoy the journey and expanding the relationship with them. CALLER: Thank you. And is there any real way to tell the difference between, let's say, a Spirit or God answering our call versus the Angels if we have everybody to join in (laugh)? JENNIFER: Well, I mean, does it really matter? Page 30 of 31

31 CALLER: No, not really. I was just curious. It really doesn't matter because JENNIFER: If you're calling everyone in, it's going to create like a mixing pot, right? Like a yummy, hearty stew of energy. So the way you will know is because people ask me this a lot because they're asking out of curiosity, but ultimately if you are continuing to be in tune with God and you're really clearly imprinting what that frequency feels like in your body, then the more you fine-tune that, perhaps over time the more you would be able to identify it in a crowd of other beings. CALLER: Mm-hmm. That makes sense. Well, I have had this awesome melting pot, mix pot of heavenly stew during this call, so it's been really fabulous! Thank you for doing it. JENNIFER: Wonderful!
