1 The Power Hour Genesis Radio Network [Joyce] Well I am upset about what s going on in this country and so is Bill Malden. So Bill Malden unlike many of us decided to find out where all this stuff came from; why are we not the sovereigns that we should be or why do they think we are not sovereigns. And joining us, today, is Wild Bill Malden. A lot of you know him; he s been on many times on the power hour radio show. He is a retired Air Force senior master sergeant which shows you he loved his country, he still loves his country, he served his country but now he says, wait a minute, what were we there to die for? Thank you very much, Billy Malden for joining us today on the Power Hour. [Wild Bill] Oh, you re more than welcome, Joyce. [Joyce] Man alive, did you hear that story we just did on the rubber bands? [Wild Bill] Absolutely, and that reminds me that yesterday I was in my local health food store and I saw a brochure and the brochure, the banner on it was, What You Should Do If You re Not Able to Get a Flu Shot. And I went to the proprietor and I said, did you see this? And she said, yes. I said, do you know what the first thing you should do is? She said, no. I said, thank God. [Joyce]That s right; that s right. [Wild Bill] That s the first thing you should do is thank God that you weren t able to get it. [Joyce]And even the health food store didn t know that? [Wild Bill] Nope, they didn t know that. [Joyce] That is bad news. [Wild Bill] That child in the school in Florida; if they do ban him from school, that s the first thing he should do, thank God. [Joyce] That s right. [Dave] Yes, you got that right. [Wild Bill]The most important thing for anybody, today, is get your kids out of that public fool system or you re going to lose them. I ll guarantee it. And, Joyce, go through the mail and find that CD that I sent you. And that will tell you exactly what s going on, 1 of 17

2 today. It s repeating itself completely. If you want to find out what s going on today read Mein Kampf by Adolf Hitler. It tells you exactly; he told the people exactly what he was going to do. And he didn t take Europe by force; some of it he did, but they disarmed the people and he took France in seventeen days. [Joyce] And you notice that we were talking in terms of the light blue everything changing to light blue, right now, and how they re morphing us into this new acceptance of NATO and the New World Order. And you heard the psychiatrist that had been debarred from practicing medicine because he talked about the New World Order with his patients. So, there s a lot coming down, right now. But let s get to the issue that we re having you on the program because when I ask everybody, I say, should we have Bill on for two hours? I got overwhelming numbers of s that said, no, not for two hours; how about a full six weeks until he gets it all said and we all understand what s going on. I said, well, I don t know that I can give him six weeks, but anyway, let s get going here, Bill. Let s start talking about what the real issues are as you see them. [Wild Bill] Ok, well, first of all, let s start out with the draft. There is going to be a draft, I ll guarantee it. But now, for everybody that s of the draft age they tell you that you have to fill out one of these cards a registration card and that you have to register for the draft. I m trying to find my card, here, and I don t seem to see it but I ll [Joyce] The selective service draft card; yes, you re supposed to fill that out even though there s not going to be a draft and nobody has any intentions of doing one but you better do it or there s what, a $200,000 fine, correct? [Wild Bill] Well, I believe it s a $100,000. But anyway [Joyce] Oh, what s a $100,000? [Wild Bill] Yes, what s a $100,000 more or less but on that form, on the middle page when you open it up there s a chart that says who must register. It says, with few exceptions all male US citizens, lower-case c, and male immigrant aliens residing in the United States and it s territories must register within 30 days of their 18 th birthday. That s exclusive for US citizens. And then, go down the categories and it says, all male, US citizens born after December 31, 1959 who are 18 but not yet 26 years old except as noted below. And they have a few ridiculous notations. But if you are not a US citizen then this does not apply to you. [Joyce] The critical issue, are you or are you not a US citizen and the answer is: [Wild Bill] Most people don t even realize what the difference is. You ask anybody on the street; are you a US citizen? Of course I am, what do you think I am, Chinese or something? [Joyce] That s right. 2 of 17

3 [Wild Bill] And they don t realize where this comes from and that takes me right into, well where did this come from? Let me tell you where the US citizenship comes from. But first, it comes from the 13 th and 14 th amendment, the 13 th amendment is the gateway to the 14 th amendment. The 13 th reads, in effect, neither slavery nor involuntary servitude will be allowed in the United States and the territories and etc. Well, what s the difference between slavery and involuntary servitude? [Joyce] I don t know. [Wild Bill] There has to be a difference or they couldn t have used the term, neither. [Joyce] Right, and I recall you telling us that and I ve forgotten, right now. [Wild Bill] Ok, now, to realize just what that difference is you have to look at the obverse or the reverse or the reciprocal of the two terms. Now, what s the opposite of slavery? It s freedom, right. And what s the opposite of involuntary servitude? [Joyce] Oh my goodness, voluntary servitude; that s it, yes. [Wild Bill] Absolutely; you ve got to volunteer into it. Like I said, that s the gateway, then to the 14 th amendment. The 14 th amendment reads in effect I might not quote it exactly but it says that any person well, that creates a problem, right there; I am not or never have been a person, especially a juristic person. In other words, your allcapital-letters name is a juristic government-created entity and that is a person. And according to Blacks Law Dictionary a corporation is a person, a trust is a person. I have never been anything as defined in the law dictionary as a person. I am a flesh-and-blood man. You can t even say, human, because human is defined as a beast. But I am a fleshand-blood man created in the image of my God. So, I am not a person ; I never have been and I never will be and nobody can ever make you anything that you don t want to be. You have complete control over what you are. Then it goes on to say, born or naturalized in the United States. Well, let s take that term, United States and go to the definition of the United States. In Black s Law Dictionary there s three definitions for the term, United States. When you see that you know right then and there you re in trouble because that blows the whole theory of the United States meaning the union of states or the several states all to pieces. [Joyce] Alright, let me ask you, which Blacks Law Dictionary do you use? [Wild Bill] I have the fifth and sixth abridged and the 7 th but I don t use the 7 th. [Joyce] Ok, so you utilize the 5 th and 6 th for what you re telling us, here. [Wild Bill] Right. Yes, I have the 5 th and 6 th. But the 7 th says that same thing. The 7 th even has the United Nations Charter in it and there s a lot of terms missing and they ve put in a lot more, what I call meaningless terms. But anyway, whenever you see that there s three definitions to the term, United States ; notice I said, terms. Terms are 3 of 17

4 words that have specific meaning, not necessarily what you think they mean. You take the term, United States and you go and you find out there s three meanings of it and then you know, right there, there s a problem. Well, which one are they talking about? Well, if they re talking about residence and that else there s only one they can be talking about and that is the District of Columbia, Guam, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Virgin Islands, federal enclaves and military reservations. That is the United States. And if you will go to Delaware s Secretary of State s website and look up corporations you will find that the United States of America is a Delaware registered corporation. Please, Bill, get the site; I ve been looking for it, myself, because you told me this bombshell, last night. What is that website, sir? [Wild Bill Ok, yesterday Dave mentioned the corporate borg; I don t think he realizes just how accurate and correct he was. [Dave] Bill, what is the website? [Wild Bill Ok, you ready? [note: the address is case-sensitive; enter capitals and small letters as indicated] [Joyce] Ok, we re going to try to bring this up and try to get this to Wanda, our webmistress but I wish you would have sent that to me last night so we could have gotten that up. [Wild Bill] I did, I sent you an with it on there. [Joyce] I cannot get my ; Dave, why don t go up and see if we re able to get it, now, because we haven t been able to get it all night, unfortunately. [Dave] I will. [Joyce] Ok, so at the Department of State, Delaware website you can actually see that the tell us what you see there, Bill. 4 of 17

5 [Wild Bill] Ok, you will come up with a page and down at the bottom of that page it has a general information name search. Into that block put United States of America; it is not case-sensitive so you don t have to observe capital letters in that. [Joyce] How did you find this website, by the way? [Wild Bill] One of my friends found it. [Joyce] Ok, just poking around, eh? [Wild Bill] Yep, yep. Ok. You will come up with a bunch of different sites and you go down to the United States of America Corporation. You will see that the United States of America was incorporated on January 16 th of 1984; the file number is and it is a front it simply says, corporation, domestic. [Joyce] Corporation, domestic, ok. [Wild Bill] Most of them say non-profit, religious. [Joyce] Ok, I m curious why this would have been incorporated in Any idea about why the 1984 date? [Wild Bill] Well, that s when it was incorporated in the United States. I will cover later when it actually became a corporation; I ll get into that later. But not only is the United States a corporation but also let s see, let me give you a few more. Corrections Corporation of America which runs our prisons; The Social Security Department, the Social Security Corporation, Department of Health, Education and Welfare. A couple more, here: The United Nations the United Nations is even a Delaware Corporation in fact, they have several branches of it, but the main one that we re interested in for the United Nations is United Nations Order-World Administration Inc. [Joyce] Whoa. Now, might there be let me just take the devil s advocate position, here might there be a reason why they would need to legally incorporate in a state and they might have picked Delaware? [Wild Bill] Well, most of your corporations, Delaware and Nevada, are the two largest states for incorporating. The laxity of the laws in those two states makes them the favorite. But now, all of this, everything here, is statutory. Now, whenever like I said, when Dave mentioned the corporate borg and he really hit the nail on the head because just about everything is incorporated including the Central Intelligence Agency. [Joyce] We ll get into that one; let s save that one when we get back. 6 He is not only a listener to the Power Hour but he is a researcher that has some information that we all need and that was the bombshell he told me about last night that in the state of Delaware there are several United Nations corporations, one regarding the world order, there are corporations such as the CIA, the United States of America are all incorporated in Delaware. Bill, at the break we were talking about the CIA being incorporated. Tell us the name of that one. [Wild Bill] Ok, that s the Central Intelligence Authority Incorporated. And it s at entity type and it says, general. General means that it is a for-profit corporation. Now you take the Federal Reserve Association, that listen to this, now, that s a religious non-profit corporation. That s a 501(c)(3) corporation. [Joyce] You talk about worshipping the dollar. [Wild Bill] Yep. And the Internal Revenue Tax and Audit Service Inc is a for-profit Delaware Corporation. [Joyce] That is amazing; that is just amazing. Now, shall we find out if there isn t some legitimate reason that they re doing this? [Wild Bill] That s a good question; I really don t know, Joyce, if there s a legitimate reason. [Joyce] When I put in Google in Central Intelligence Authority Incorporated nothing comes up doesn t match. [Wild Bill] Well, of course, it won t. But if you go to just the regular name of the organization you ll come up with all kinds of stuff and most of the sites have a gov in them. But we do not have a government. [Joyce] Ok, now what does all this mean? If we have an IRS incorporated in Delaware; if we have a CIA incorporated in Delaware, the United States of America, etc., etc. what does all this mean? [Wild Bill] That means that this country is completely fascist. [Joyce] That we are a corporate entity, basically. [Wild Bill] That s right. It s a corporation running the country. Everything in this country is a corporation and it didn t just happen, yesterday. Later on I ll get into when it did occur. [Joyce] Ok, well I m just going to let you run with it, now. [Wild Bill] Ok. We were at the 14 th amendment where it says, born or naturalized in the United States. Well, I think we ve got the United States pretty well pegged. Ok, it goes 6 of 17

7 on to say, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof. Now, it doesn t say, is subject to the jurisdiction thereof, it says, and. That means some are and some are not subject to the jurisdiction thereof. Now, who are and who are not? Well, I for one, am not because I have not volunteered into that slave status or voluntary servitude status of being a United States citizen which, by the way, is a privilege. You re not must made one automatically you ve got to volunteer into the privilege and accept the privilege. [Joyce] And let me not just pass this up; how do we volunteer to be in that system? [Wild Bill] Oh, there s a lot of ways. One of them is the driver s license application. Right up at the top there s a block that says, US citizens. [Joyce] That s right. What do you put on yours, Bill, what do you put on your driver s license applications? [Wild Bill] Put a line through that and put state citizen. And they didn t do anything about it. I also have a couple of other things on my driver s license that negates the effects of it, but anyway, that s beside the point. You have to volunteer into this servitude. Now, it goes on to say after that, are citizens lower case- c of the United States and of the State capital S State in which they reside. Now, if you go back to this Delaware corporation you might find your state there but all the states, I ll guarantee you, are incorporated just like the United States is and if you see the designation with a capital S then you are looking at the corporation the State of [Joyce] Ok, let s repeat that, if you are looking at a capital S in the name of your state like the State of Kansas or the State of Missouri, then that is the corporation that they are referring to. [Wild Bill] That s right; that is not the union state or the republic. That is the corporate state. The states are subcorporations of the United States Incorporated. This corporation, you must have volunteered into it; the driver s license is only one place. A bank signature card, they ask you if you re a US citizen. The voter registration, that s another good one. Are you a US citizen? Well, if you check, yes, you have just volunteered into it but you don t have to be. You can take action to rescind all of those forms that you didn t enter into knowingly, voluntarily and intentionally. You must have all three of those. [Joyce] Ok, driver s license, voter registration and what s the other one? [Wild Bill] Bank signature card. And applying for a socialist security. [Joyce] Now, when you do this and let s just talk about this for a second because I know we re going to get inundated with questions on this. And by the way, the phone lines are getting jammed right now and I know everybody wants to talk to Bill, but I want to wait till the top of the hour. So if you want to call back and get in line, then, because I want him to get this information out. Let s say, to go back and remove yourself from the US 7 of 17

8 citizenship with the driver s license, the bank signature card and social security number, is this a lot of paperwork or is this one letter that you send to them? [Wild Bill] No, you can make up one form letter and send it to everybody and tell them that you did not enter into that knowingly because that s one of the parts of a contract. These are all contracts; everything is a contract. We are completely in a business mode in this country. In fact, 27 CFR says that all crime is commercial. It s all business; the prisoner system is business; everything is business; the Uniform Commercial Code applies. Codes and regulations are for government employees, only, and 99.9% of them are not backed by the statutes at large. But, so much for that back to the 14 th amendment. It says, are citizens of the United States and of the state in which they reside. Now, reside is another key word. If you reside, then you live in a federal zone. You must be a US citizen to live in a federal zone. If you re a state Citizen then you cannot be a resident. It s impossible to be a state Citizen and a resident, too. So that s another one of those terms that they use to entrap you into volunteering. That this whole work, like I said, the contract must have three components; it must be knowingly, voluntarily and intentionally. And voluntary is the only one that they have to stand on. Knowingly, is absolutely out of the question and, intentionally voluntarily, is the only one that they could go on because you signed the form. And the others are completely questionable. They would negate any contract any one of them would. But you cannot be a resident and be a state Citizen. You must declare your state Citizenship like I have. I have a declaration that I am, by birthright, a Citizen of the union state, Arkansas. Now, until I, me, myself renounce that Citizenship and take up Citizenship somewhere else nobody can make me anything that I don t agree to be. [Joyce] Ok, so you are not a citizen of the state you are living in, but the state you were born in. [Wild Bill] That s right by birth, unless you have renounced that and taken up citizenship in another state. [Joyce] Now, how would you do that? How would you renounce that or how would you [Wild Bill] All you would have to do is declare it. That s up to you; that s not up to anybody else, that s your declaration of what you are. [Joyce] How did you make the choice to remain a citizen of Arkansas versus Tennessee? [Wild Bill] Well, why not; I m already there, I m already a citizen of that state by birth, so why change it? I see absolutely no reason to change it. If a good reason ever came along for me to change it, I would. But there s absolutely no reason to ever change it. [Joyce] Ok. I just wanted to know what that reason was or why someone would make a decision to do that. 8 of 17

9 [Wild Bill] Yes, there s no specific reason to ever change that that I can think of because that s your determination, that s personal and nobody can have any influence on what you decide for it. And the consequences of not being one far outweigh the little bit of effort it takes to make your declaration and declare what you are to the world. [Joyce] Ok, so we got that settled that you are a Citizen of the state; you are a Citizen of the state that were born [Wild Bill] That s a lower-case s and a capital C Citizen. A Citizen is a proper noun. It s supposed to be capitalized and by all rules of grammar and even the government style manual that the word, state, is not a proper noun and it should never be capitalized. Now, the state of Kansas should be lower-case s state of, and then, capital K Kansas. [Joyce] Capital C for Citizen, small s, capital K. [Wild Bill] That s right. And all of these are terms that have specific meaning. They are not words and they don t even follow the grammatical protocol of anything that s published. Ok, let s see, that s just about it for the 14 th amendment. Now, where did we get that 14 th amendment the 13 th and 14 th amendment? We got those right after the war, after the War of Northern Aggression. The War of Northern Aggression had two goals, two purposes. First of all, it was to get the country, get the United States out from under the control of the Constitution. The Constitution, the organic Constitution, of 1787 does not have a name, it is simply the Constitution and it starts out with bold letters, We the People. Now, you take any constitution after that, it s the Constitution of, the Constitution for, or something else. But that is not the organic Constitution of the United States. And the purpose of the Civil War was to get the government out from under the control of the Constitution and to completely destroy state s rights. Now, it did those things very well with one little exception. Even after the Civil War and all the way up to 1913 the Senators were selected by the State Legislatures. So, they couldn t have that; the states still had some representation in the de facto government so they had to get rid of that. So, they came up with the 17 th amendment that caused the Senators to be selected by the popular vote and they re responsible supposedly to their constituents instead of to the state. Now, that brings us into now, that I m into the Constitution let s talk a little bit about what constitutes law and who it affects. You go to Article One, Section Eight, Clause Seventeen; that reads, in effect, that Congress has exclusive legislative authority over the ten-mile square district. Now, what does that mean? Does that mean they rule that district; does that mean they own that district; does that mean that everybody in that district is special, or what does that mean? Legislative authority means simply that they make law for, absolutely nothing else; they make law for. Now, when they make law under Article One, Section Eight, Clause Seventeen they are not restrained by the Constitution. The Constitution has no authority in the District of Columbia, the organic Constitution or their territories. And they can make any law, rule, regulation or whatever they want for that ten-mile square district. But, does that affect me and you? Not in the least. We come under Article One, Section Eight, Clause Eighteen which says that Congress has the legislative authority to exercise the foregoing authorities granted to them in the clauses one through sixteen of that same Constitution and absolutely nothing 9 of 17

10 more. In other words, they can only legislate for you and I to exercise the authorities granted to them in that Constitution. So, that means that there s two types of legislation that Congress does or it s supposed to do. [Joyce] And we re talking to Wild Bill Malden today; I want to stay on-track, here, because he has so much information you need to know, No. 1: We re talking about the United States being incorporated along with the Federal Reserve, the IRS, Delaware corporations; talking about you become part of the corporation and that is by your driver s license, your bank signature card and your social security number. We were talking about how you become a citizen of that corporation or that US entity and that is by those items I just mentioned, but retaining your citizenship in your local state. In other words, when you fill out your driver s license you are a capital C Citizen of the lower-case s state of the capital State[?]. That would make you a citizen of that state. Ok, we re talking about the War of Northern Aggression and, Bill, go ahead; we re going to take calls at the top of the hour because they re really stacking up here, but go ahead. [Wild Bill] Ok. I mentioned that there was a law legislated under Clause 17 and Clause 18. Well, how does one know which of these applies to him? So, there s a way to very easily tell which laws apply to you and which laws apply only to the District of Columbia and that is if the law is enacted as positive law if the legislation is enacted as positive law then it has general applicability throughout the union of states. And it must state right in the body of it that it is enacted as positive law. And in the United States Code there are 50 categories and less than half of them have been enacted as positive law. A couple of examples of positive law is the Title 1, General Provisions; Title 3, the President; Title 4, flag and seal, seat of government of the United States and 5, government organizations and employees but they have completely usurped that one. And some examples of non-positive legislation is Title 27, Title 26, Title 25. Title 25 is Indians; they can t make law for Indians so they have to designate it non-positive law so it s only applicable to US citizens. 26, the Internal Revenue Code, 27 they try to tell you it s Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms but that s not true. The true title of Title 27 is Intoxicating Liquors and it has not been enacted as positive law. So, therefore, all of these laws that they come out and then tie to the Patriot Act and all that other crap that they try to tell is law is not applicable to you unless you are a US citizen. [Joyce] Unless you entered in to the contract. We re going to be right back with Billy Joe Malden. The subject is sovereignty, the draft, how do you enter in to become a US citizen so that you are liable for the draft or liable for income taxes or liable for you-fill-in-the-blank. Bill, we ve got a whole bunch of people that are holding on the line, here, and let s go if you don t mind let s start with Randy in Georgia and we ll take calls for this five minutes and then we ll get back to the subject. Randy in Georgia, Paul in Alabama I m sorry Paul in Alabama, you re on the air, go ahead, please. [Paul] Yes, Kudos to you, Bill. [Wild Bill] Thank you, Paul. [Paul] I wanted to I m a testimony I was vice-president of the fourth largest software company in the world; about twelve years ago I started seeing this and I am no longer a US citizen. I haven t paid taxes since 1996; I sold off my paper assets and have gone through relieving myself of these 14 adhesion contracts that you mentioned. And I have gotten control of the artificial entity that the US government set up for me and no longer have to call myself a slave. And we finally called the small-case citizens out there they re knuckle-draggers [Joyce] That s a good visual. [Paul] And I think it fits pretty well. If you read the Bible and are a Christian then I think some of these things might apply a little more to you because the same thing is going on now that went on in Egypt and Rome and all the previous things that the Bible warns us not to enter into. And I notice that people fear the US government and the IRS and I m offering this to you: who you fear is your god. So I fear the one that can send my soul to hell and all these other guys might one day try and hurt my physical body but they can t do anything to my soul. And I m offering to you Knuckle-draggers listening that you need to throw the television remote away and unplug your TV or let your kids watch it or whatever [not a good idea why brainwash you kids with evil?] and go pick up some books and start getting with it because I can tell you that they re going to be closing the loop on this and if you think you ve got problems, now, with the government that you worship, then you are going to be in hell-on-earth. [Joyce] Ok, Paul, give us an idea what books would you start with if you were just beginning this? [Paul] Well, the things that Bill quoted on the Titles and the Constitutional 13 th and 14 th amendments are good places. And also, they need to start learning the Uniform Commercial Code because in 1964 that became one of the colors of law Bill mentioned 11 of 17

12 statutory law and that incorporates Uniform Commercial Code and equity law and some things like that kind of rolled into one. And that s called color of law because it s not really law. [Wild Bill] It has the form and semblance of law but not the substance. [Paul] That s right. So, the Uniform Commercial Code is an international banking law and they ve substituted our original common law which was English-based for this new color of law. [Wild Bill] Yes, the law merchant. [Paul] Very good. So, Bill is telling you the truth and I m telling you that you can get out of the system but you got to have a way to pick your knuckles up off the ground and pick up a book. And I think that maybe we can come up with a series of things to start reading but no one can do this for you and you re the only one that can save yourself. [Joyce] Wow, Paul fourth largest software company, he got out of the system, listeners and he is trying to be a living testimony for you. We ll be right back three minutes. {break} [Dave] I ve been trying to get a yes/no answer to a simple question and this is the story that we carried about what s going on down at the Liberty Middle School in Orange County and I don t have an update for you but I just want to let you know, folks, that I can t get an answer to a yes/no question, I ve talked to at least a half a dozen people more than that, voice mails. The question is, is this a real news story? Is there a thirteen year old kid that was suspended for an incident with a rubber band? And nobody will talk to me. I m going to continue. [Joyce] Ok. Nobody will talk to him about that story, isn t that interesting they re not denying it, they just say they won t talk about it. 13 [Randy] Hey, I wanted to add that they got us all set up in the corporations; they do that through the birth certificate and when you get the birth certificate that creates the corporation and when you get the social security number that s the EIN number. Every time you get a letter from the IRS at the top of the letter it s got first of all, you got capital letters, you name like RANDAL A BROWN will be in capital letters and at the top it has SSN/EIN which is the employee identification number. And they also just about forty-five minutes ago you were talking about the definitions of persons and United States. You can look under Title 26, 7701 and that gives you all the definitions of the [Wild Bill] That s for the purposes of the income tax, only. You need to go to a law dictionary to find the specific meanings of those terms. [Randy] Well, when you were saying about the draft is who they are talking to is the US citizens, like you re saying, but if you claim to be a natural person under God, they don t have any authority over you no jurisdiction. And that s how they do it with the corporations, they got us all set up under. That s what I understand, anyway stuff I ve been reading. [Joyce] Ok, Bill, your response? [Wild Bill] Well, basically, he s right. They take your birth certificate, when you re born, and it is monetized. Right now, the sum is for $1,000,000, but can well, I won t even go into that. But it s monetized for $1,000,000 and it s turned over to the Department of Commerce and it is traded as a security throughout the world. That island that they built the airport on in Japan was funded by United States birth certificates, driver s license, marriage licenses and voter registration cards. [Joyce] What! Now, wait a second; do you know how crazy people are going to say that we are if we say that an airport was built with marriage licenses? [Wild Bill] Absolutely, it was. [Joyce] Oh, my goodness; how did you find out about this, Bill? [Wild Bill] Oh, I ve known about this for a long time, especially the monetizing of the birth certificates. [Joyce] I wouldn t tell anybody about it if I were you. [Wild Bill] The enumeration at birth is easiest thing in the world to avoid. The avoidance is completely lawful. It is evasion that is illegal. I ve purposely used the terms, lawful and illegal because they have completely different meaning. If you re within the system, you re within the legal system; if you re outside of the system, the state system, it must be lawful. The birth certificates are monetized and the easiest thing in the world to avoid if you know what you re doing. Whenever you have a child in the hospital give birth in the hospital they re going to try to coerce you to sign that application or an SS form 5, 13 of 17

14 but it can be completely avoided simply by not naming the child until you get out of the hospital. Or, if you do name the child, don t tell them the name; keep it to yourself till you get out of the hospital and they cannot enumerate that child as a John Doe. But that s the easiest thing in the world. Another thing, whenever you get married there is no license none, absolutely none, that you are required by law, not colorable law, by law to obtain because a license is permission by the state to do something that if you didn t have the license would be unlawful not illegal unlawful. And there is nothing unlawful about a man taking a wife. Now, if you want to get married, they tell you, you have to have a marriage license. That is not true; you do not have to have a marriage license. But to expedite the things and not make any waves you go and get a marriage license. It costs you $5 or so. So then, you go and you get a I would get a minister, nobody else in my eyes has the authority under God to make a couple a man and wife and you through the marriage ceremony. After you go through the marriage ceremony you fill out two documents. The one and only the one is the document that you were married by and that is the marriage certificate. That has the witnesses names and the name of the minister and husband and wife on it. And by that you were married under God. Now, that license, whenever that license goes back and is recorded that makes the State a third party in that marriage and the controlling party in that marriage. The State owns your kids. [Joyce] Ok, now what do you do if you are already officially married by the State and you have the State s license. [Wild Bill] You can annul that license due to fraud constructive fraud, fraud and fraud in the inducement. You were told that you had to have it which is a lie. To get rid of your marriage license if you already have one, it can be annulled; all you have to do is make up a letter explaining that there was fraud involved with it and send it to the County Clerk in the county in which you were married. Now, whenever you do get married and you have a marriage license in your hand, do not under any circumstances give that to the minister and let him send it back. You take and you tear that thing up because you are married in the sight of God by that marriage certificate. Do not let that license get recorded. [Joyce] Interesting! That is interesting. [Larry] That s right; but, the one with the two which was the first iteration of this; you have an S and two vertical lines, can you see September 11 th in this? [Joyce] Whoa, that is interesting. [Dave] I don t know; it could be a stretch. [Larry] Well, it s a stretch, but isn t our whole life a stretch with the way they re maneuvering us? [Larry] My other thing was that you, when you did a Google search I forgot what it was for, but Bill was talking about two or three, four different corporations the CI, something or other. And where does he find this information that they are incorporated, is it here or is it in Britain? [Wild Bill] No, they re incorporated in the State of Delaware, all of the organizations that I mention earlier. [Larry] Under what authority? [Wild Bill] Under their own authority; they simple went and incorporated. Now, this all goes back to the Act of You look up the Act of 1871 on Google and you ll find out where all this stuff comes from. The Act of 1871 was an act to provide a government for the District of Columbia. Now, back to the dollar sign, real quick. The dollar sign is just like the terms that I mentioned earlier. They have specific meaning. The true term dollar with two lines specifies a specific amount of silver pure silver. And in that, only, is a dollar. A dollar is unit of measure like an inch, quart, pound or mile. 15 of 17

16 [Larry] I heard gold was not even mentioned. [Wild Bill] Gold is not mentioned. Gold is a derivative of the value of silver. It s all based on the value of silver. And one of the maxims in law is, he who receives nothing from the State owes nothing to the State. Now, you can t straddle the fence. You can t draw retirement benefits, social security, and then claim you re a sovereign. [Wild Bill] No you absolutely can. [Danny] Then you put yourself right back under US [Wild Bill] No, you do not. If you have we ll say captured your strawman with the UCC-1 [Danny] I ve already done that. [Wild Bill] Ok. Then, you are the holder-in-due-course of that entity, ok? [Danny] And I m acting as the agent for the strawman. [Wild Bill] No, you re not acting as an agent. You can t act as an agent for it. You own it; you have a permanent lien on it that if you have filed a UCC-1 properly and have done that. Erie Railroad v. Thomkins has to do with the judiciary and law; we moved from being under public law into being under public policy with the Erie Railroad v. Thomkins decision. But, after that, in 1942, you look up the Clearfield Doctrine and Clearfield Trust v. United States and you will find that you have a remedy to all that. The Clearfield Doctrine states that whenever any government uses commercial paper and notes then they are reduced to the status of a mere person or a corporation. So there s no immunity from the government. Now, that s a 1942 decision under public policy after we moved under Erie Railroad v. Thomkins to the public policy.
