2 Duct Tape Flower Pens What you need: Colored Duct Tape any color you want. (patterned or not patterned) A pen with a cap Scissors What you do: Cut a small strip of duct tape. (It can be as big or small as you want it to be.) Bring the corners to the middle and fold them like you would fold a paper air plane. Attach it to the end of the pen. Keep doing this until you have a few layers around the pen. This is what a flower pen looks like when it is finished. Story of the Month Zack s Father- Part 2 Zach finds out he his a demigod in Zack s Father Part 1. It continues here... Correct, Emily said. We are both demigods. 3 cloud. Help!, he said. It s okay, Zack, Emily said. Just fall. What! okay, Zack said nervously. So Zack fell off his cloud onto a rock in the middle of the lake by Emily. okay, Emily said. Time to tell you a lot of things. Let s start at the beginning. I know that you know about Greek Mythology. So gods came down from here to Earth and married mortals. That made us, demigods. So when we first find out that we are demigods, we go to Mount Olympus. There we find our TRUE mother or father there and we find another demigod there. We all have powers depending on what are parents are. My father is Poseidon, so I can control water and all the animals that live in them. What powers do I have?, Zack said. Find out what happens next in Zack s Father- Part 3! This is the lake that Zack is at with Emily. Movie of the month Dolphin Tale Dolphin Tail is about a dolphin named Winter who gets captured in a fishing net and washes up on shore. Her tail gets infected and they cut it off at Clear Water Marine Hospital. Winter is now faced with the challenge of swimming...without a tail.

7 Extra! Extra! Read All About It! How the Newspaper started I bet you guys were wondering how the Newspaper started. If you were wondering, read on. If you don t really care, don t read this page. Ok, this is how it started. One day, we were reading the activities that we could do for our story in our Trophies book. One of the activities was a thing that said write a newspaper article. Then Ryan said We should have a school Newspaper. Then one of our teachers said You can ask Mr. Palm. And that is how we got the idea for the Newspaper. Yes, we had to get people and plan how we were going to do it and what the name was and all othat boring stuff that you probably don t want to know about. And finally, the Newspaper started. Yay!
