1 BEe Healing Guild September 2016 Part 1 Lady Spirit Moon Fall Apitherapy Class Here we are in our 2016 Fall Apitherapy Class. Before each class begins I sense the students to see what they would like to learn. This time I knew most wanted to learn how to help their friends, so I taught them how to use Applied, Kinesiology. I call it Applied Kinesiology, but when I was shown, I was taught how to use it to connect to the individual s energy body to reveal what is needed to know. I have been teaching this off and on for several years and enjoy watching how each student applies their own touch in the application. Through this and other methods, the student learns the importance of touch in relation to healing. What I have seen is that the heart and body knows, even if the brain doesn t. And everyone learns how to appropriately touch each other physically and on other levels. Apitherapy is an art form that envelopes your soul as you compassionately connect with others through a very small animal that can teach humans how to communicate, organize, and look at and understand our surrounding environment. The honeybee is an ancient 1

2 entity that takes from living elements in our existence to create healing powers from its body within its domicile and is willing to share its wisdom and miracles. It is connected to everything plants, soil, air, water.. In helping our ancient beings we can become stewards for Mother Earth and in the process become more humane. The class was filled with people seeking apitherapy for professional and personal uses. The theme overall was love; love for nature, love for self, love for others. I left with close connections to classmates and stronger conviction for using the healing properties of the hive. Lady is so knowledgeable and experienced in helping others to renew their health. I left there feeling like we had touched the tip of the iceberg. Thank you Lady! JM, NC Lady Spirit Moon Cerelli s Apitherapy Class is transformative. It was as if she reached deep into my soul and pull out my truth. The hive has always served as a metaphor for my life, but in Lady s presence I began to truly understand my role as a Divine servant. (Ed. Note: This student spent all 5 days attending all 3 events and continues with): My heart is so full after my days with you and all the bee lovers on the mountain! I couldn t possibly even create all the words to express the deep gratitude and oneness I continue to feel. MC, NC I was drawn to take the Apitherapy Class with Lady Spirit Moon, like a honeybee is drawn to a flower. The information provided was humbly presented as foundational, but I found it to have many facets for all levels with no limitations. Every student was provided knowledge and loving support to embrace and enjoy the journey with ourselves and our Bee-Loved Honey Bees, and the special gift we get to help others together. JH, FL The apitherapy course I took with Lady as our teacher was very informative. We followed along in her book while she elaborated on different topics. It was very hands on with making propolis tinctures, propolis butter, and several other wonderful concoctions. Then, saving the best for last, we did BVT on each other. It was amazing, intriguing, and very interesting. She made a believer out of me! SB, VA Thank you for an amazing journey. Like you said, "Anyone can sting someone...and 2

3 you probably won't hurt anyone," but not everyone can truly heal others with apitherapy. That is much more than the "text book" answers of how and where and when; that is the gift of sensing how and where and when, and quietly listening to the ancient teachings offered to us. It is a practice that must always be approached with respect and an altruistic desire to help others. You truly are a great teacher and a great healer and I thank you with all of my heart for sharing! JH, VA I truly enjoyed this class and the level of participation permitted by Lady! She kept good control of the group and, I felt for the sheer quantity of topics covered both in her book and in her class, she did an EXCELLENT job!. I have already performed my first sting on a family member (which went quite well). I really appreciate the extent of the preparation, the appropriate use of visuals aid (PPT) and the handouts. I can t say enough about this class and the hands-on experience. I met some wonderful people Lady especially and hope to attend another event in the future!! LC, VA Apiary BEe Perspective Beekeeping, a no-treatment methodology Nearly everyone in the Apitherapy Class was in the Apiary Class. Students learned how to approach the hive and when; what to look for in front of the hive and how to smell the odors to determine whether or not to go into the hive; how to enter the hive. They learned about finding a slow, efficient routine system that would allow them to do things in systematic ways for the honeybee to determine where they can travel in the hive while it is being inspected. Once this routine is established, the beekeeper s brain can perform other tasks like what to look for on the comb, gauge the stores and health of the hive, learn the hive s personality, hear its song. The students also learned about honey bee diseases and the causes and how my lacto formula is 100% effective against EFB within 10 minutes, proven by an EFB test. They were also given the same formula using honey instead of store bought probiotics and learned how bringing down the ph that will grow good bacteria and not mold. Next year, I hope to expand the class to 3 days with a day in my apiary or a place where there is a beehive. The class will be BEe Perspective Beekeeping, a no-treatment beekeeping methodology of getting the human ego out of the picture. The Gathering We had less than a 100, but everyone got close through sharing, dining, and dancing, including the presenters. Most of the presenters have consented to be our future teachers. For 2 days participants listened to 6 teachers speak on all aspects of earth and honeybees. They heard Dr. Don Huber, speak on what Roundup is doing to Mother Earth and her inhabitants. Goodheart spoke on Permaculture and the Beekeeper and Corwin Bell on Holistic focus on behavioral immune system through attentive observation, intercommunication through right timing and sustainable methods. His CD of the hive song 3

4 took us through a meditation. Laura Ferguson - Founder/Director of College of the Melissae, spoke on the Six Fold Path: Science, Sacred, History, Mystery, Art/Medicine, and Activism. Jacqueline Freeman Author of Song of Increase: Listening to Beekeeping and the Wisdom of Honeybees for Kinder and a Better World spoke on communicating with the honeybee. Les Crowder Topbar Hive, Author Top-Bar Beekeeping: Organic Practices for Honeybee Health. Benjamin Pixie Beekeeping, mead maker, and herbalist. Even I, Lady Spirit Moon Certified Apitherapist, spoke on What Apitherapy can do for us and the honeybee. Saturday evening Matthew Willey, founder of The Good of the Hive has committed to paint 50,000 honeybees in murals around the world to raise awareness about their current struggles and gave a presentation of what he has done thus far, including our BEe Bed. Doug Elliott played the harmonica and told stories. Tarleton Brooks demonstrated social dancing in a circle, especially in the opening and closing of the Gathering. Next Year As I continually walked between buildings during workshops to be sure everything digital worked and things were in place, I kept thinking about the pivotal moments in my life. Monday after the Gathering I sat on my porch as I often do to think or to release my mind. I listened to the wind knew it never leaves the earth and is continually cleansed of pollution; but the ancient voices remain and are sometimes very distinct. I listened to the creek laughing at what it has seen and the music of the water flowing over or through debris washed down from the mountain top. The rain sounds like an orchestra from its soft whisper of drizzling in the beginning to its loud and sometimes thunderous percussions 4

5 during a downpour before softening to a muted note as the last drop falls off the roof. Before I arose from my rocker, I knew where the Guild would be going and what its job is to be. Our ancestors worked, lived and worked with Mother Earth and her inhabitants. We have forgotten their knowledge and wisdom on how to be land stewards and honor the earth. The Guild will teach how to care for the soil through permaculture and organic practices. How to passively not buy harmful chemicals or products, including seeds and plants that work against us, the soil, the environment. Standing in front of an individual or company with angry signs, words, and gestures do not work. Hitting their pocket book does. If you feel the need to do something then do what they do and contact those in your local, state, or federal government and make an appointment. Once inside the office, close the door and say, What can I do to help you to help me? We will teach how to counterbalance the lost nutrition created by commercially grown food, even if it s starting with just one large container of lettuce or herbs on a balcony in the city or apartment. We will teach herbal formulas from homegrown plants. BEe Perspective Beekeeping will teach how to keep bees from the honeybee s perspective, leaving the ego out of the equation, and how to raise resistant, healthy honeybees. We will teach how to communicate with bees and with the elements in our environment. It is important to know and understand that there is a Universal connection to everything, everywhere, at all times, and that anything we do will impact the totality of that energy network. If we don t do something to bring back our ancestor s ancient knowledge and to again be stewards for Mother Earth and help her heal, thereby healing ourselves, we will be responsible for the deaths of the generation that follow us. *** 5
