Come to dance, play, drum, or listen. Free Introduction to the Art of Ascension Sunday: 7/09 The Ishayas' Ascension is a series of simple, effortless, and mechanical meditative techniques. These techniques, called Ascension Attitudes, are based in the ascending emotions of Praise, Gratitude, and Love. They very easily and naturally bring the mind inward from the often busy surface level to the deepest, most expanded level of our being, the Source, the Silence, or what we call the Ascendant. The bi-products of practicing Ascension include the simple

2 release of stress, greater mental clarity and physical energy, deep relaxation, more joy, and the direct conscious experience of the Source within. The practice of these techniques requires no belief so they can be practiced by anyone regardless of faith, creed, or system of belief. It extends from the bones of the skull, face and mouth which make up the cranium, down to the sacrum, or tailbone area. This system influences the development and performance of the brain and spinal cord, an imbalance or restriction in it could potentially cause any number of sensory, motor or neurological disabilities. These problems could include chronic pain, eye difficulties, scoliosis, motor-coordination impairments, learning disabilities and other health challenges. CranioSacral Therapy is a gentle method of detection and correction that encourages your own natural healing mechanisms to dissipate these negative effects of stress on your central nervous system.
