1 S T E P F O U R Law of Attraction Journaling is your personal potter s wheel to realize Divine Self Expression. Step Four: Surrendering to the Process In this step we want you to get the aha realization that: Your life is perfect just the way it is and you are perfecting it. You are outside the conflict, you are clear that your life is unfolding just as it should be. You have put forth your desires, you are clear as to what is not yet quite right, and you are free to enjoy your day. Law of Attraction Journaling "1

2 STEP FOUR: SURRENDERING TO THE PROCESS The essence of Step Four is that in writing down and revealing your thoughts, your situations, your desires and reframing them in such a way as to reflect your truth, you become aware of the language that vibrationally resonates with your hearts' desires. And in this awareness, you create a vibration that is a match to what you want to attract. When you see as clearly as you are able at any given moment, and you have ample opportunity to revisit your words and images to reframe them more specifically to your desires, you surrender and let go, thereby allowing the universe to answer in kind. From your expanded consciousness, you re open to receive intuitive insights. Your soul is seeking to channel itself to you, to guide you toward reasonable and harmonious actions. Guidance from your heart will always feel comfortable and right--the experience of 'yes'; that s how you recognize it as true guidance from your heart, your higher self. Practice these Steps until you are clear that you are a spiritual being having a human experience. This is the essence of Revelation and your path forward is clear. This is the heart of truly understanding the Law of Attraction and your ability to create and manifest with the potter's wheel of Law of Attraction Journaling. Your point of attraction is your words written on the Journal fields, which hold structural tension, balancing your Vision with your Current Reality. Be conscious of living your life as balancing serenity and passion, taking only those reasonable and harmonious action steps that align with your vision. Know your Self as having a unitive mindset the ability to balance your heart s desire with your present reality handling and integrating whatever arises. "You're the agenda and writer. That's the purpose of consciousness. Everything that is is just the energy bending itself towards consciousness like gravity. Every portion of consciousness is like a planet. It bends that stage time around itself. You're like that too all the time. That energy itself has no agenda. It has no preference. It has no buckets. It doesn t recognize hell or heaven. All it recognizes is your energy, your attitude, your demand, your request, your expectation in a sense, consciousness. That's all it recognizes. It is an absolute slave to consciousness. No way for grace out there because whatever is out there is waiting for you. It's a vicious cycle. You wait. It's just waiting there for you because it doesn t have a preference. 3 STEP FOUR EXERCISES: Step Four exercises will give you practice in surrendering to the creative potential of the universe, your spiritual home as well as to discern and take those gentle, harmonious and reasonable actions as are congruent with your heart s desires. 1. Say to yourself, My life is perfect just the way it is and I m perfecting it. Sit quietly repeating that phrase until you are clear that this is true for you. 2. Choose a topic in the Category you re working on, review what you have written in the Appreciation, Knowing, Vision Categories. Ask yourself, Is this true now? Is there fresh energy that you can add to what you have written? If what you have written is not yet quite right, reframe, rewrite until you get to that aha realization that this is a Yes! and exactly how you want things to be. It's not your work to make anything happen. It's your work to dream it and let it happen. Law of Attraction will make it happen. In your joy, you create something, and then you maintain your vibrational harmony with it, and the Universe must find a way to bring it about. That's the promise of Law of Attraction. Abraham During this relaxed state, you may intuit a reasonable and harmonious action step that you can put into play in the short term. Is there something you are comfortable to address right now? If so, see if you can take care of it. 4. Repeat this process until you get the hang of it, i.e. you re an unconsciously competent creator. When working with Step Four, please keep Steps One and Two in your mind. Are you Appreciating Contrast? Are you Being Clear? On completing these exercises and developing the spiritual, cognitive and practical approaches as presented in these Four Steps you are ready to fully and confidently engage the Law of Attraction Journaling program and fulfill its promise as a potter's wheel to allow Divine Self-Realization. 3. Then let it go. Release your Vision, heart s desire to the Universe. Take a break, relax, refresh, if needed and/or give your attention to something you would enjoy doing or would like to improve. "You don t have to maintain your energy. You don t have to maintain anything. The power doesn t come from your conscious mind. It doesn t come from your attention.
