Entries must be postmarked no later than midnight April 10th, All entries postmarked after this date will be returned. 4 - Good check or money order MUST accompany your entry. Make all checks payable to Illinois New Zealand RBSC. There will be a $25.00 additional fee for any returned check. 5 - Mail all entries and banquet reservations to: Norma Hart 190 N First Ave Coal City, IL Coop numbers will be used and shall be placed in the right ear by the exhibitor. Permanent ear numbers will be checked by the judge on all placed rabbits. 7 - Please use the entry blank that has been provided. Please feel free to make additional copies if necessary. We only need the variety, sex, and class of the animal. DO NOT SEND PERMANENT EAR NUMBERS. This eliminates the need for substitutions. You will declare your permanent ear numbers upon arrival. You MAY NOT change your age classification, sex, or variety from your original entry form. 8 - The Illinois New Zealand Rabbit Breeders Specialty Club will not be responsible in case of fire, theft, accident, or providential destruction; however, every precaution will be taken to prevent same. 9 - It will be assumed that you will carry your own rabbits, or make arrangements for your own carriers. All rabbits shall be brought to the table promptly when called. No rabbits will be brought to the table after the class closes. Judges will be removed from the table until each rabbit is in place and ready for judging We reserve the right to add or substitute judges as necessary The showroom will be open to receive rabbits AFTER 12 noon on Friday, April 26, 2002 and will remain open until 10:00 PM. Showroom will be open at 6:00 AM on Saturday, April 27th. ALL RABBITS MUST BE COMPLETELY CHECKED IN AND COOPED BY 8:00 AM CST APRIL 27, Judging will start at 8:30 AM Rabbits will be released after 8:30 AM on Sunday, April 28, 2002.

The answers would be found in the NZ Guide Book, the ARBA Guide Book and the New Zealand section of the ARBA Standard of Perfection. I will have drawings of rabbits to judge. This will enable me to put on a pretty detailed contest even if there are no live rabbits to handle or judge. I again would encourage any youth who plan to participate to either me at sprite2@erols.com or write me, Dr. Wendy Feaga, at Triadelphia Road, Ellicott City, MD including your name, age and sex, so I can be sure to bring enough tests with me. I hope to be present in the show room Friday evening to administer the test for any who are present then, and catch up with the rest who would like to try during the show on Saturday. Wendy

Please enter through Gate 11 and proceed North to the Swine and Jr. Home Ec Buildings where you will turn left to access the drive to the Orr Building. Sangamon Ave runs East & West from I-55 directly in front of the Fairgrounds and Gate 11. You will enter the Fairgrounds diectly from Sangamon Ave. Leaving the Fairgrounds and traveling East on Sangamon Ave you ll turn left (North) on Dirksen Parkway to go to the Headquarters. The Northfled Inn will be on your right. The banquet will be held at the Headquarters.
