1 OAK GROVE CEMETERY Oak Grove, sometimes called the Reed Cemetery, is the southwest part of the county south of Chewalla and almost in Mississippi. Take Hwy 57 to Ramer. Turn left just across the railroad tracks on Chewalla Rd. Go several miles, through the little community of Chewalla, across the railroad tracks. Turn right on Turner Road, go ½ to 1 mile and turn left on Reed School House Rd. (Road used to be called Oak Grove Rd.) It is 1 ½ to 2 miles on the left, just before you go into Mississippi. Don t know if there is a marker showing the Mississippi line. Harold Cox says there are several unmarked grave, some marked with sandstone, concrete blocks, etc. One unmarked grave is Sarah Sellie Mask Graham, first husband was Louis Caste Austin. From Cemeteries of McNairy County by Nancy Kennedy Thanks to Helah Wilson & Janice Switcher Surveyed 06/11/2006 Please allow for errors. Some old tombstone are hard to read and typo s are sometimes made. * Double Stone Name Birth Date Death Date Remarks Baldwin, E. G.
