2 Chris Hughes Lead Pastor! God has given us a clear calling to start a church in Winter Garden, Florida. My 15 years of ministry experience in diverse ministry settings, along with Launch Network Training, have prepared me for this church planting journey. As a pastor, my passion is to be a leader who is balanced spiritually and creatively. My desire is to develop leaders who live with passion and conviction, grow as a communicator of God s word, and aggressively follow God s commission to be and make disciples. My goal is to encourage the church to lead people to encounter love, reflection, and change through Christ Jesus.! Marketing!! Our marketing strategy is going to feature a vintage, faded, and classic feel that targets men. We believe that if we reach men, we will reach their families.

2 strategic mailers to young families in our area! Partnership with the city to sponsor and serve the annual 4 th of July celebration! Sponsorship of and significant presence at local car shows!

6 Marketing!! Our marketing strategy is going to feature a vintage, faded, and classic feel that targets men. We believe that if we reach men, we will reach their families. We will utilize our icon to create awareness of our church in our community during the months leading up to launch.! A strong web presence that utilizes social media! 2 strategic mailers to young families in our area! Partnership with the city to sponsor and serve the annual 4 th of July celebration! Sponsorship of and significant presence at local car shows! Support for local bike races and marathons, which are culturally significant! A church office in downtown Winter Garden for consistent community presence! Free Starbucks Coffee and Krispy Kreme Doughnuts for shoppers on Black Friday! The New Hope Church Ice Cream truck will be giving away free ice cream in neighborhoods and at community events all summer long. The truck will be wrapped in professional graphics and used as a powerful marketing tool.!
