Warren and Van Praag, Inc Consulting Engineers heretofore employed for that purpose by the Village of Chatham have prepared and placed on file with the Village Clerk, for public inspection. plans and specifications for the improvement of the existing waterworks system of the Village of Chatham by purchasing facilities from the Auburn. Divernon. Girard, Pawnee. Thayer and Virden \vater Conunission. Sangamon and l'lacoupin Counties, Illinois, consistine; of the pumping stating, reservoir, water mains and valves located between the North side of the Auburn Pumping Station and the Covered Bridge Road. lying approximately two miles South. and by constructing improvements and extensions consisting of a twelve inch transmission main to be constructed along and parallel to the existing six inch main, together with the necessary hydrants. valves. gate valves, fittings and appurtenances required to make the said improvements an integral part of the existing waterworks system of the said Village of Chatham. and ImEREAS. Harren and Van Praag, Inc., said consulting engineers have placed on file with the Village Clerk of the Village of Chatham an estimate of the cost of making the improvements to the waterworks system of said Village as above referred to in said plans and specifications and said estimate of costs, including engineering, legal fiscal and administrative expenses, bond discounts and contingencies, is the sum of $ and WHEREAS. The President and Trustees of the Village have examined the said plans and specifications and estimate of costs and approve the same. NOliI. THEREFORE. BE IT ORDAINED. That the plans and specifications for the improvement of the existing waterworks system of the Village of Chatham, prepared by Warren and Van Praag. Inc., consulting engineers
