Sprouse, of Abbeville, County of Abbeville, South Caro lina, being of a disposing mind, memory and understanding and desiring to make disposition of my property in case of iqy death, do hereby make, publish and declare the following as and for my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking 1 all wills and instruments of a testamentary nature heretofore by me made. Item I.- I direct my executor, hereinafter named, to pay all ray just debts. Item II.- I will and bequeath the sum of One Hundred (f ) Dollar^ 31 ^ to Sharon Cemetery, in which is located the plot of my parents; and One Hundred (#100.00) Dollars to Long Cane Cemetery, in which is the plot of my late husban, J. Lewis Sprouse, and where I desire to be buried, said suras in trust, to be used for the care and maintenance of said plots. Item III..- It is my desire and wish that all of ray personal effects, n vj furniture, china, silverware, and all other household goods, be distributed to such persons as I shall name in a list prepared by me and attached to this Will, such distribution to be made in accordance with said list and instruction*, \ K Item IV.- All the rest and residue of my property of every kind, both real and personal and wheresoever situate, I will, devise and bequeath unto my three stepchildren, Florence S.
