2 Kim moved Earl seconded to approve a Beer License Carry out only for Hardtimes II at 655 S State Street for 2016 Approved unanimously Earl moved Kim seconded to approve a Beer License Carry out only and a Wine License Carry out only for Broulims Supermarket at 570 S State Street for 2016 Approved unanimously Adam moved Kim seconded to approve a Beer License Carry out only and a Wine License Carry out only for Food Plaza at 174 N State Street for 2016 Approved unanimously Kim moved Adam seconded to approve a Beer License Carry out only and Wine License Carry out only for Good to Go Stores at 510 S State Street for 2016 Approved unanimously Earl moved Jeff seconded to approve a Second Hand Sales License for Georg Siems at 178 S Emerson Avenue for 2016 Approved unanimously Jeff moved Kim seconded to approve a Pawnbroker Food Storage Firearms Sales License for Darin Yancey at 136 E Maple Street for 2016 Approved unanimously Kim moved Adam seconded to approve a Kennel License for Kathleen Butchart at 680 Longhurst Lane for 2016 Approved unanimously Earl moved Kim seconded to approve the General Business Licenses to be renewed for 2016 as presented list attached Approved unanimously Jeff moved Earl seconded to approve all new General Business Licenses as presented for 2016 list attached Approved unanimously Sandy said she received a letter from the Mayor of Pocatello asking all cities to write the Legislative Committee reviewing Urban Renewal Legislation asking for support for the cities and to create a formal resolution stating so Sandy said each year the Legislative Committee discusses Urban Renewal regulations and try and make them more restrictive This proposed letter and Resolution is to ask the Legislative Committee to consider ways to make the URA tool easier to use rather than more restrictive Jeff discussed ways the URA is beneficial to the cities Mayor Pascoe said this is a very important issue to support for the future growth of our city Jeff moved Earl seconded to adopt Resolution asking for easier tools for Urban Renewal Areas Approved unanimously Sandy will send the letter and Resolution to the Legislature BJ said the city looks great and he wishes a Happy Holiday to everyone Sandy said she received a dividend check from the State Insurance Fund in the amount of Camille from Forsgren presented a Holiday bucket with goodies in it to the Mayor and Council in appreciation of our working relationship Council Meeting December

3 Adam confirmed that the Christmas employee luncheon will be held on December 24th at noon He said the Christmas lights and decor in the city look great Kim said Pam and Scott will need to register for a pool chemical class that will be held in Pocatello sometime in February She commented on the beautiful lights in the city also Jeff said he is still working with Golden Valley Natural on a Development Agreement which he will have BJ review once it is finished He said he also needs the legal descriptions for the right of way easements Jeff also said the city looks great Earl said Chief Mohler is gone to a conference in Boise He said the new officer Stephanie Morgan is on board and has been doing field training He said the city looks great and Merry Christmas to all Mayor Pascoe said he is pleased with the city and the new businesses He said he appreciates everyone and everything has been going well Adjourned 800 pm ATTEST 1 U APPROVE Council Meeting December
