1 MONDAY JANUARY 10, 2005 The Board of Supervisors met at 9:00 a.m. Monday the 10thday of January 2005, in the Supervisors' Room at the County Courthouse, Town of Poplarville, Mississippi with the following members of said Board and officers of said County present, to-wit: Larry Davis, President, member from District No. Three; Vice- President, Danny Wise, member from District No. Two; Anthony Hales, member from District No. One; Robert Thigpen, member from District No. Four; Troy Stockstill, member from District No. Five; Nova Carroll, Board Attorney; Adrain Lumpkin, County Administrator; David Earl Johnson, Chancery Clerk; and Joe Stuart, Sheriff. 2 ORDER TO WRITE LETTER TO MISSISSIPPI LEGISLATORS REGARDING HILLSDALE PUBLIC WATER ASSOCIATION There came on this day to be considered by the Board of Supervisors of Pearl River County, Mississippi, the matter to write letter to Mississippi Legislators regarding Hillsdale Public Water Association.
