WILLIAMJ, of jbeville County, South Carolina, being of sound mind and disposing mind anc memory, do hereby make, publish, and declare the following as and for my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all other Wills and Codicils heretofore by me made. FIRST^ All property, both real, personal, and mixed, which I shall own at my death, and all property over which I shall then have any power of appointment, I give, will, devise, and bequeath to my beloved wife, Jiattie. M.. Williams, in fee simple..second: I appoint my wife, Hattie M. Williams, to be the executrix of this my Last Will and Testament. THIRD; Without undertaking to distinguish between the duties and powers of my executrix and by way of illustration and not of limitation of her powers, I hereby authorize my executrix as follows: (1) To sell any property, real or personal, publicly or privately, for cash or on time, without an Order of Court, upon such terms and conditions as to her shall seem best, without liability on the part of the purchaser to see to the application of the purchase money..fourth: I request that no executrix be required to give any bond. 16 my youngest child attains the age of 21 years and said deceased child leave a child or children, then in that event, said child or children of my deceased child shall receive the share of the deceased child the same as if said child had been in life at the time of making the division, that is, when my youngest child becomes 21 years old. Should my mother and father die prior to my youngest child's reaching 21 years of age, or should one of my aforesaid children die before said date, leaving no child or children, then my estate shall be divided into as many shares as are surviving and equally divided between the surviving of my children and my parents.
