The simlaion process is as follos. Mahemaical model The fillin and casin of liqid meal is he flo process in he comple mold ih resis and free srface and he hea ransfer process ih he mold [6]. Incomplee mold fillin and ho ears defecs appear commonl in he hin all casins. From simlaion resls, he casin parameers e choose are reasonable for mold fillin.
