We extend our condolences to the Imam of our time, Al Hujjah Al Mahdi (ATFS) and to you all as we commemorate the great martyrdom of Imam Hussain (AS), his family and the faithful companions who sacrificed their lives to save Islam. Alhamdulillah, over the last couple of weeks, since the change in management at Hyderi Islamic Centre, we have worked very hard to continue the smooth running of the programmes and have had success with the help of Allah (SWT). Inshallah, over the course of the next two years, we aim to serve our community to form a better, more productive and integrated society with this in mind and keeping in mind our duties towards reducing our carbon footprint on our environment especially in the 21 st Century, I would like to suggest we reduce unnecessary postage & packing especially in the area of diary of events. The benefits of doing this are as follows: More up to date Jamaat information readily available Reduced time and cost to Hyderi Islamic Centre Increased productivity Environmentally Sound As such, we propose, this version of the dairy of events (till January 2017) is the last copy that would be sent by post. I will assure you that the website, social media, the Jamaat notice board and the ansaphone will continue to be updated as per normal. We do understand that some members may still prefer to have paper copies of the dairy of events and we will keep copies at both the ladies and gents desk at the centre. Alternatively, please do let us know if you would still prefer the diary of events by post and we will cater for this Insh Allah. Along with the above, below are a few reminders as follows: Please remember to renew your Hyderi memberships at the ladies and gent s desks. We are offering an amnesty on membership until the end of Muharram This will allow you to forgo any outstanding membership fees you owe for a period of 5 years by paying a minimum of one year s membership fee and the current year s fee. Please enquire at either desk. Have Sura-e-Fateha recited for your Marhumeen any day at 2 per name, 40 for the whole of Muharram and Safar or 100 for 3 names for the same period. Please give the names at either desk. The list will be displayed on screens. Please note: The programs on Tuesdays and Thursdays will be slightly longer than usual due to the recitation of Dua Tawassul (Tuesday), Dua Kumayl and Ziyarate Warith (Thursdays) being added to the regular program If you wish to recite Quran, Dua, Marsiya, Mataam or ziyarat then please register your interest by filling a form on our website. Please sponsor Nyaz on the following nights: Shahadat Imam Zainul Abideen (as), Shahadat Imam Hassan (as), Ashra-e-Zainabbiyya majalises on Sundays, Arbaeen Day, Imam Hussain (as) Day, Shahadat of Holy Prophet (SAWW).
