2 Eastchurch All Saints Primary Dear God, Thank you for our joyful school. We take care of things you gave us. We are glad you are with us in our school. Thank you for our lovely Island. We respect the people around us and spread the message of your love. We are glad you are with us on our Island. Thank you for our future. We wonder what will happen. We are glad you are with us all the way. Amen. By Caitlin Chessill

3 Eastchurch St Clement Dear Lord, Thank you for our wonderful past but can we please ask for a positive future. May we become who we want to be and follow the guiding footsteps of our role models. We hope for no wars because they break friendships between countries. We ask that you support those who have to stay in hospital every day suffering please give them the courage they need. Most importantly please can you keep the kindness in everyone s heart and we ask that people can forgive one another when they ve done something wrong. Amen Louise Pattenden, Year 6

4 Halfway Houses Primary Lord Jesus, Thank you for our friends, families and all of the caring staff at Halfway Houses Primary School. We are grateful for our wonderful countryside and natural beaches. May we continue to accept and respect all other religions. We ask that you keep our school community and wildlife safe. In the spirit of you, our Lord. Amen.

5 Minster We are very grateful that you help the children in our school to be happy and safe, learning Numeracy and Writing but also how to make friends and learn new skills. We thank you for our School Dog: Magic. We love her very much and she helps children who find it tricky to talk to adults sometimes. We love having her and we pray that you help us to keep her safe. Thank you also for our families. We are very lucky to have people that love and care for us but we also remember the important people that aren t with us, please keep them safe and say hello from Minster Primary School! We pray that you will help our community to work together so that we can help one another and make new friends. We pray that you will help everyone around the world to work hard to help look after our planet and give us the power to help make the changes too! Finally we ask that people without homes, all over the world, have hope that they will find somewhere new to live; that the people in charge will work together to help those who need it. Give us the compassion to welcome new people into our school and make them feel as at home as we do. Amen.

10 St George s CofE Primary Dear Lord, Thank you for the Bible and the things it has taught us. We can read about your experiences and life in the Bible. Thank you for giving up your life for us, we will remember you now and forever. We love and trust in you and we live up to your example through our Christian school values. Amen Tate Cunningham (Year 3, Birch Class) Dear Lord, Thank you for Easter when we remember your son, Jesus, who rose from the dead. We look forward to spending this special time with our family and friends and when we eat our Easter eggs, we will remember you and Jesus and his new life. Amen Evie Gray (Year 4, Sycamore Class) Dear God, Thank you for the wonderful places we live and the delicious hot food that keeps us alive and healthy. 12 Thistle Hill Academy Father Lord, I would like to say that I am thankful for having a roof over my head without it getting bombed like Paris and Iran. Can you please just look after people in places of conflict and make sure they are safe. By Freya Popple Dear Lord, Thank you for letting me be safe. 13 West Minster Primary Dear Lord Jesus, Thank you for our lives: Our family and our friends. Please guide us and guard us, Wherever we go. Thank you for our peace. Please help those in trouble. 14 Oasis Academy Isle of Sheppey Creator God, We thank you for the gift of your Son, Jesus Christ, who we remember especially at this Easter Time. We thank you for his example, showing us what it is to have positive character traits: Resilient and hopeful: beating sin and death by rising from the dead on Easter Sunday An active citizen: showing others an inclusive love and care, by involving everybody who wanted to know him, changing the world by his attitude towards others Through his creativity, Jesus showed us another, better way to live. A way that blesses God and shows others that better way. We thank you for the responsibility that Jesus showed, taking our wrongdoing to the cross, allowing us to be right with God. Through effectively communicating stories, we know that Jesus showed people both then and now the importance of loving our neighbour and challenging us to do the same And finally by his caring nature for healing the sick, raising people from the dead, taking care of the outcasts and choosing imperfect and fallen people to follow him, Father God we thank you. Help us to follow the example that Jesus showed us. Amen.
