When a flood came, the torrent struck that house but could not shake it, because it was well built. 49 But the one who hears my words and does not put them into practice is like a man who built a house on the ground without a foundation. The moment the torrent struck that house, it collapsed and its destruction was complete.

4 The week ahead Mon 25 th June 7pm Holiday Club meeting (church hall) All team leaders are encouraged to attend this short meeting as we will be going over the teaching for the holiday club week. Mon 25 th June 7.30pm Bible study (church hall) Tue 26 th June 7.30pm Holiday Club drama practice (church hall) Wed 27 th June 7.30pm Midweek prayer meeting Fri 29 th June 7pm Lionel School gym. If you re free, please come along to help set up the gym for the holiday club. Services next Sunday 1 st July am church: Holiday club preparatory service, led by Mr John Hebditch and Mr Chris Barrowman 6pm church hall: Dates for your diary Monday 2nd July - Friday 6th July 2-4pm. Mission Rescue Holiday Club at Lionel School. The club is for all pre-school to P7 children. There is a closing celebration on the final night, when family, friends and neighbours are all invited to see a taster of all that has gone on in the week.
