There are special sessions designed just for children each time we meet. Children will be able to talk with our missionary guests and participate in special hands-on projects and games. Children should stay with their parents in the auditorium until dismissed for KWAM. The only exceptions to this procedure will be during the Sunday School hour at 9:45 AM, when children should meet in Room 9, and on Wednesday evening for Awana clubs. Children should go directly to their Awana clubs when they arrive Wednesday night. On Sunday mornings during the 11:00 worship service, children in grades K-3 will be dismissed for Junior Church as usual. Children in grades 4 and up should stay in the service with their parents. 5 FRIDAY, MARCH 9 5:00-9:00 PM: YOUTH NIGHT All youth, grades 7-12, are invited to join us for our Funday Friday: Missions Conference Edition. We will begin with dinner with our missionary guests, then have a lesson given by one of our missionaries, and end with a round of Underground Church. This event is free, but please sign up at the youth bulletin board. Students are asked to wear sneakers and dark clothing and are encouraged to bring friends! SATURDAY, MARCH 10 7:30 AM: MEN S BREAKFAST at Kinzer Fire Hall. Enjoy an all-you-can-eat breakfast for $10 for adults, $5 for boys 4-12, and free for children 3 and under. Sign up in the lobby by Sunday, March 4. A few of our missionary guests will share their testimonies. 11:30 AM: GLOBAL DESSERT LUNCHEON LADIES EVENT (Lefever Hall) All ladies are invited to a celebration with our missionary guests to enjoy desserts from the countries or regions they represent. In addition to the sweet treats, a light lunch will be served. We will also have the opportunity to hear from our missionaries about their ministries around the world. The cost for lunch is $10 for adults, $5 for girls 4-12, and free for children 3 and under. 6 CONFERENCE PARTICIPANTS Emmanuel & Alice Adomako Doug & Elaine Emmanuel & Alice are in Lancaster finishing their degrees at LBC (Emmanuel a Masters in Biblical Counseling, and Alice a Bachelors in Nursing). However before the Lord led them to CMBC, they had initiated the ministry they call Love in Christ, Int l, founded in Since then they have ministered to some 5,000 people in rural Ghana through crusades, conferences, & medical outreaches. They are planning to return to their native country of Ghana in June They will resume their ministry in Biblical & leadership training for rural pastors & evangelists, medical outreach, and rural kids education. They desire to impact Africa with Christ s love. Doug was saved at age 12 and Elaine at age 5. After completing college, both worked in the business world before Doug entered Seminary. Doug was 10 years in pastoral ministry before entering missions in The family (including children, Kara and Sheldon) served two terms in Australia. Since 2001 Doug has been involved in assisting national churches in sending their own missionaries to reach their own people, or into nearby countries. Elaine has served as a faithful partner each step of the way. Mindy Boyd Larry Ferguson The Lord called Mindy into missions after a trip to the Philippines at age 15. She attended Columbia International University in SC where she majored in Intercultural Studies and Bible Teaching. During that time her desire to reach the lost and plant churches only deepened. After college, she returned to PA and became more involved in the local music scene, playing regularly in coffeehouses and churches and leading worship for various events around the world. The Lord also used this time to prepare her for future ministry. In 2007 He called her to work with Craig & Debbie Borgard in Schkeuditz, Germany, where she ministered for 7½ years. Since September 2016, she has had the privilege of working alongside Jeff & Anne Ingram to plant a church among atheists in Dresden, Germany. Larry serves with Tomorrow Clubs, an offshoot of missons started here at CMBC. Tomorrow Clubs partner with the local churches in 10 Eastern European countries to bring the Gospel of Jesus Christ and long term discipleship to children in underserved communities through weekly Bible clubs.

7 CONFERENCE PARTICIPANTS Lisa Fish Jeff & Anne Ingram Lisa grew up at CMBC, and it was during a Missions Conference here that the Lord called her as a missionary. She has served as a teacher and youth leader in Bolivia ( ), Uganda ( ), and Texas ( ). She is returning to Uganda in August of 2018 to teach at Heritage Int l School and to continue developing youth ministries in the Africa Gospel Church. These ministries have grown and are impacting Uganda and the world for Christ. Jim & Amber Glasscock Anne was raised in a missions-minded pastor s family whose influence led her to commit her life to serving Christ abroad. Jeff sensed God s call to missionary service during college. Anne & Jeff met and married while studying Bible at Columbia Int. University in SC. Jeff served as asst. pastor here under Bob Reid from CMBC commissioned them to serve in Poland, then in Germany where they have been planting churches since The Ingrams have been in Dresden for 4 years and started the Ev. Free Church Dresden-South in April The former East Germany is one of the most atheistic regions in the world. The Glasscock Family, going to Uganda with International Training and Equipping Ministries (ITEM) to train and equip national pastors. As pastor for 20+ years, Jim is passionate about expository preaching and teaching others how to study God s word. In the past few years, Jim has traveled several times to Uganda to train pastors to reach their own people for Christ. Now he plans to continue this ministry full time in Africa. Jason & Barb Henry Jason and Barb are members of CMBC (Barb grew up in Lancaster). They were individually sent to Mongolia as missionaries and met there in They and 3 of their 4 children will be returning to Mongolia soon (Hadassah will remain at Millersville University), where they have been ministering for 23 years. They are church-planters in a rural town, and operate a farming business as a platform for ministry. Bud & Barb Speck Bud and Barbara have served with Wycliffe Bible Translators since Bud currently is working on a global team as a Communications Liaison for the Wycliffe Global Alliance in Europe. There are 19 Wycliffe organizations in Europe that are engaging with churches and individuals to send out laborers in the harvest field for Bible Translation. Bud seeks to encourage, equip and facilitate these organizations to effectively communicate the Bible translation need. The need worldwide is still very great. Current estimates suggest around 160 million people speaking almost 1,800 languages still have a need for the Word of God in their own heart language. Barbara serves in an intercessory prayer ministry where she has extended times of private worship and prayer for Wycliffe Bible Translators, churches, missionaries and many others.

8 Sean & Daphne Stewart Sean is CEO of Children s Bible Fellowship of New York. CBF is a discipleship ministry to the inner city youth of New York City and to individuals of all ages who have a disability or special need. They operate 2 summer camps (Camp Hope and Camp Joy) and engage in ministry year round in the NYC metro area. Mark & Estella Trostle Mark grew up at CMBC, and also served an internship here. Mark & Estella Trostle served with the Papua New Guinea Bible Translation Association (BTA). BTA is the local Papua New Guinean Wycliffe organization, working to bring God s Word to their own people. The Trostles have served BTA through Church Engagement, helping churches partner with BTA to accomplish the enormous task of reaching the 300 people groups still without one verse of Scripture in their language. In 2014 they started and now administer a Staff Care program in BTA to assist their PNG co-workers, addressing various aspects of well-being including spiritual, emotional, relational, physical and economic matters.
