Mother of Mercy Bereavement Group St. Timothy s Bereavement Group will meet next Sunday, January 28th, from 3 to 5pm in the St Timothy School Library. The school library is in a separate building behind the school. We will be on the first floor. Our spiritual coordinator will join us that day. All adults who are experiencing the sadness of death are gently encouraged to attend these support sessions. Each of us is here to offer our help. 4 2018 Bishop s Lenten Appeal Begins! This month many of us will receive a mailing from Bishop Burbidge regarding the 2018 Bishop s Lenten Appeal (BLA). The theme for the 2018 BLA is Living in Faith~Giving in Gratitude. After reflecting upon the many blessings that God has given you, please prayerfully consider making a pledge to this important appeal that funds many programs and ministries that serve the people in our diocese. Together, through the BLA, let us renew our personal commitment to the Lord s work in our diocese. 4 Young Adult Inspire with Holy Desire Conference: Keys to Happiness in Relationships and Life Are you a young adult looking to grow in your faith and find some keys to happiness and deepen your relationships this Lent? Are you a young adult married couple looking to find ways to renew your vows and live them out in a more fulfilling way? If so this Day of Reflection is for you. Day Includes: Talks on developing the virtue of friendship, how to get motivated to go after your dreams and realize your potential, marriage and vocational tips for single, married, and those discerning their vocation, as well as a Holy Hour, Mass, and Confessions after the retreat. There are only 50 slots for the retreat. Cost is $20 and will cover continental breakfast, lunch, and overall day of reflection.
