3 Jerome Bizimana International Peacemaker from Rwanda Jerome Bizimana, International Peacemaker from Rwanda, is visiting our Presbytery September 21 through September 27, bringing a message of hope and forgiveness. Reverend Bizimana, President of Remera Presbytery, is the initiator of the Light Group, bringing together survivors and perpetrators of the 1994 genocide of Tutsi Rwandans. 5 PULPIT SUPPLY for a minister leading worship and preaching for a congregation as a visiting minister should ordinarily receive $100.00, plus the IRS approved mileage amount per vouchered mile (2018 IRS rate $0.545 per mile).
