9 bishop s training day When Ministry is Challenged and Challenging Reflections on Paul's ministry from 2 Corinthians 2 Corinthians is the often overlooked gem of Paul's writings. It is not impressive like Romans or engaging like Philippians; it also feels a little choppy and some say that it is made up of two or more separate epistles. However, if we ignore this epistle we lose a vital insight that reflects deeply and painfully on the question of what happens when relationships in ministry go wrong. During this day we will be looking at some of the key passages of 2 Corinthians through this lens and asking what it might teach us about our own ministry today. A Bishop s Training Day with Dr Paula Gooder for Clergy, Readers, and all those involved in ministry. Tuesday 13th November :30am - 3:30pm Portsmouth Cathedral Lunch and drinks will be provided but we do need to know you are coming. Please tell us!
