To help with dollars, our youth will collect your financial donations after each service. All proceeds this year will go to Mission Central in Mechanicsburg, who works with West Shore Bethesda Mission. Thank you in advance for your support and care. It s our plan to take VBS to Guatemalan children at the girls school currently being completed by Tree4Hope, and also to spend quality time at the Hogar (children s home) that Tree4Hope supports. Come as you are and bring friends to make a fresh start to 2019! YG is for everyone in grades 6-12; it s tons of fun, fellowship, faith, and group bonding with your peers. Pizza and drinks are always provided. For the month of January, do NOT bring snacks but instead bring canned and boxed foods for our Souper Bowl Sunday collection. C U there! Music, music, music! Monday, Feb. 4, at 7:30 pm Harrisburg Youth Symphony and Junior Strings Free Gregory Woodbridge and Krista Kriel conduct this next generation of fine musicians who will leave you in awe. Chancel and Concert Choir members needed, especially sopranos and altos, for the spring 2019 semester. If you have a pleasant singing voice and some notereading abilities, we want you! The Chancel Choir leads traditional worship and rehearses Thursdays from 8-9 pm. It s Sunday, March 3 (rescheduled because of snow) time for the 7th annual Chili Cook-Off immediately following the late services. Sign up at or in the Gathering Space to bring a crockpot of chili (compete in Traditional or Creative categories), cornbread, or to help with this fun and popular event. Fortunately, one year ago, Trinity s Finance Committee re-established an Operating Fund Reserve Account, allocating $10,000 in order that monies would be available for budget deficits or other unforeseen budget/operating fund situations. In the case of the 2018 deficit, the Finance Committee authorized the release of reserve account funds to reimburse the operating fund for that amount.
