Donations may be placed in the barrels in the Main Church or in the vestibule of the Historic Church. Adoration: Experience the Greatest of Actions Eucharistic Adoration is the greatest of actions. To adore is to share the life of Mary on earth when she adored the Word Incarnate in her virginal womb, when she adored him in the Crib, on Calvary, in the Divine Eucharist. As we prepare for Our Savior s birth during Advent, please consider spending an hour each week in Our Lady s Chapel adoring our Lord in the Blessed Sacrament. Find the Perfect Gift Christmas celebrates the Perfect Gift of God s love in Jesus, and Advent is the time when we prepare our hearts to welcome this gift. This week, take time out of the busyness of the season to slow down and reflect on the miracle of God becoming man. After some quiet reflection, share your joy and inspiration with someone you love or on social media to spread the Perfect Gift of Jesus this Christmas season. Visit FindthePerfectGift.org to find Christmas resources and Mass times across the Archdiocese of Washington. BAPTISM The celebration of infant Baptism takes place on the second and fourth Sunday of the month at 1:30 P.M. in the Main Church. To assist parents in preparing for the Sacrament of Baptism, the parish requires a preparation class for parents. For more information on Baptism Preparation and to schedule a Baptism, contact the Rectory office, RECONCILIATION AND EUCHARIST Children are prepared for First Reconciliation and First Eucharist annually. Please contact the Religious Education Office for more information. CONFIRMATION This Sacrament is offered annually to our 8th grade students in our school and Religious Education Program.
