7 Interview Experience /11/2018 Name Suman Paswan State -- West Bengal Filled the form from Bihar.. Interview Venue -- Madhya Bihar Gramin Bank, Bihar Reporting Time - 1 pm & interview time -- 5:35pm ( As my Biometric didn't match they allowed me without biometric registration after writing a letter at last). I was the second last candidate of my panel.. ( Panel 1) There were 4 members in my panel. 1F & 3M. As I am from mathematics background so most of the questions were asked from maths. I entered the room, greeted everyone with smile.. All the four members asked me the questions. Interview duration was of 5mins (approx) as my panel members were in hurry.. M1 -- Graduation Subject? 11 my interview was in lucknow on 14 nov(shift 1) my name is manish kumar and i belong to ghaziabad UP 5 members in my panel one female rest are males but only 3 members asked question other two were observers. M1: Where are you come from?? M1: ghaziabad is famous for what?? Is there any famous industrial area in ghaziabad?? M1: tell me about your family background?? M1: You have done msc maths...which sub do you like the most in mathematics?? M1: question from differential and integral calculas?? M2: Have you heard about NABARD?? What is NABARD and what does it do??? M2: how nabard helps rrb?? F1: what is bank?? tell me functions of bank EXCEPT deposit cash,loans and regulation of govt schemes??? F1: what is demand draft?? and what is the difference between cheque and demand draft?? apart from these ques they asked 1-2 ques on banking. That's it. I hope that it will help them, whose interview is left.
