Court decreed in favor of plaintiff for sum of 38 pounds 6 shillings 7 pence (Matthew Armstrong died abt intestate, wife Mary Morrison was appointed Administrator of the estate. The widow Mary Armstrong later married Wm Thompson, who became guardian of Mary Armstrong (the widow) and Mary s daughter Mary about Daughter Mary married Andrew Morrison. In 1801 they sued Wm Thompson for her portion of the estate of her father, Matthew Armstrong.) Andrew Morrison to Wm.
