In obedience to an order of Court hereunto annexed we the subscribers have proceeded to divide the Lands of Joel Hollowell dec d among his three children viz: Daniel Hollowell, Sally Riddick wife of Robert Riddick and Ezekiel Hollowell all Children of the Dec d the Division is represented by the above plan. N o /3 Acres to Daniel Hollwell Beginning on the side of the River Run John Jones Corner thence with his line N 37 ½ E 53 ch s to said corner thence with the Back line N 75 W 42 poles then S 37 ½ W to the River Run down the run to the first station. N o /3 acres to Sally Riddick wife of Robert Riddick Beginning on the side of the River Run Daniel Hollowell s corner tree as by the above plan thence with his line N 37 ½ E 50½ chains to the back line thence with back line N 75 W 40 poles then S 37 ½ W to the River Run down the run to the first station with the privilege of moving the Kitchen home off of Ezekiel s part. N o /3 Acres to Ezekiel Hollowell except the Kitchen house which may be moved on N o. 2 Beginning on the side of the River Run Salley Riddick s Corner thence with her line N 37 ½ E 42 ch s to the back line thence with the back line N 75 W 48 poles to Miles Stallings line thence with his line to the River Run then down the River to the first point station all which is submitted to the worshipped Court.
