5 SOMETIMES HE USES PAIN (TO PROVE HIS LOVE) With tear filled eyes they held each other tight As they knelt beside his bed they prayed with all their might O the pain to see their baby lying there They cried out to the Father Lord please hear our prayer. On a cold rainy morning she stood there by his grave As she looked up to the heaven she tried so hard to be brave O the pain of losing the one she loved She cried out to the Father, Lord Your will be done. 8 THE WAY GOD SEES ME Long before He formed me in my mother s womb He knew me and approved of me no doubt He d be my groom His way for me is holy but through the fall of man I was blinded to the truth of life and could not see his plan So one night kneeling by my bed I cried out to Him And asked to be forgiven and delivered from my sin That night He came into my life and gave me eyes to see Now through His Word I ve found the plan that He has made for me So I started to see myself the way God sees me A gentle spirit and a humble heart He has filled me with His love now I ve found victory Cause I started to see myself the way God sees me Now I look back on my life to see how far I ve run Only by the grace of God could I overcome All the trials and temptations all the mountains and hills Are nothing but stepping stones to help me do His will So I started to see myself the way God sees me A gentle spirit and a humble heart He has filled me with His love now I ve found victory Cause I started to see myself the way God sees me
