2 Stewardship Definition The lifestyle of one who accepts Christ s lordship, walking in partnership with God and acting as His agents to manage His affairs on earth. It is human s side of the Lordship of Jesus Christ It is all of the me in response to all of God

3 Why are we Stewards? God created the world In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth. Genesis 1:1 (KJV) 27 So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them. 28 And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth. 4 Why are we Stewards? All things belong to God The earth is the LORD's, and the fulness thereof; the world, and they that dwell therein. 11 Stewards of Talent Our talents are given to us by God according to our abilities, see Matthew 25:15 And unto one he gave five talents, to another two, and to another one; to every man according to his several ability; and straightway took his journey. - KJV If we use our talents wisely and invest in them we will learn new talents.
