Last year was Women s day and sports. Some sort of service project was suggested, possibly a community clean-up. Sil reported that President Wilson was willing to plan an activity if the SYC could not think of one. It was agreed that the SYC will have a week to find an appropriate service project, and if that fails, Sil will ask President Wilson to run the event. 2.8 Food: Friday night snack (Markham); Breakfast (Steve Wilson); Lunch (Pizza); Dinner (Stake YW presidency); Fast Sunday (no food). The breakdown is as follows
4 -Deacons/Beehives (Elder s Quorum room), facilitated by Yostin, presided by Pres Myers -Teachers/Mia Maids (3 rd floor), facilitated by Claudine, presided by Pres Wilson -Priest/Laurel (Primary Room), facilitated by Malachi, presided by high councilman Sacrament meeting will take place on 3 rd floor. Toronto Ward is responsible for sacrament. Claudine or Yostin will conduct. Kyle Quinagoran will play the piano. Claudine and Yostin will let him know of the hymns to play. Having a musical number was suggested, but no assignment was made Logistics: President Wilson will contact Brother Goldthorp about access to the institute rooms on the 3 rd floor. This should include the ability to open the room dividers. Because we are at the Bayview Chapel on Friday night, we will not be able to set up for the day beforehand. Perhaps the Institute can help set up chairs. Sil will ask President Wilson to ask Bro. Goldthorp for help. 3.
