Tower of Babel Languages of agreement -- Hebrew picture signs and words vs agreement of meaning Defining the words - How a word is used and the meaning of that word is the exclusive the responsibility of the speaker. Never let the listener interject their interpretation into your meaning. That is referred to as isogeisis, injecting ones belief into another understanding. - The words use by YHVH in scripture are defined by how they are first use by YHVH MIDRASH: The word 'Midrash' is based on a Hebrew word meaning 'interpretation' or 'exegesis'. Tested and Proven methods of deduction. 1. Ancient Documents Documents that have been tried, tested and proven in the past are not subject to reexamination. 3 Ex: the Roman government acknowledge that Judaism preceded the roman empire and therefore allowed the people of Judah to conduct all of their affairs under their rules and law, except executing the death penalty, which is reserved for the Sovereign. Ex2: The Koran has contradictions between peaceful earlier writings vs later aggressive writings. In order to get Mohamidist to accept the aggressive writing, the people are told that what is newer supersedes that which is older. It is with this missed understanding that give mohamidist the notion that new profits are greater than the original. 2. Rules of evidence concerning law are the same to determine Truth All understanding and every matter must be established in the mouth of two or three witnesses. All scripture must be supported within itself. (First and second witnesses.) All education will be Scriptural based emanating from original languages (Hebrew, Aramaic and Greek), as we understand each language today through it s history. 3. Rules of Maxims of Law A matter must be expressed to be resolved. In Law, TRUTH is sovereign. TRUTH is expressed in the form of an AFFIDAVIT. An unrebutted AFFIDAVIT stands as TRUTH in Law. An unrebutted AFFIDAVIT becomes the judgment in Law. An AFFIDAVIT of TRUTH, under [commercial law], can only be satisfied: (i) through a rebuttal Affidavit of Truth, point for point, (ii) by payment, (iii) by agreement, (iv) by resolution by a jury by the rules of Common Law. A workman is worthy of his hire. All are equal under the law. Law is similar to mathematics. E.g. If A=B and B=C then A must equal C. If one fact or maxim is true and equal to a second then a third fact/maxim that is equal to the second must equal the first. The following are Maxims of Law: no one is bound to do what is impossible, abundant caution does no harm, the act of the law does no one an injury, consent makes the law, a contract is a law between the parties, which can acquire force only by consent, the agreement of the parties makes the law of the contract, it is a fault to meddle with what does not belong to or does not concern you, every one ought to be subject to the law of their place where he offends, an error not resisted is approved, to refer errors to their origin is to refute them, it is the part of a good judge to extend the jurisdiction, it is the part of a good judge to acknowledge an asserted jurisdiction challenge when it appears. 4. YHVH s words are easy to find and are not hard to understand, if is complicated or difficult to find, it is of man and therefore, of the Adversary. -- PaRDeS and the rules of Hillel and Ishmael (See Attached) 1. 4 Together with our fellow Israelites everywhere, we celebrate tonight the eternal story of the Israelite people. It is forever linked with the Divine deliverance Seven foundations of the TRUTHS of YHVH 1. YHVH, ELoHYM is one. The Creator of all things has revealed Himself to His creation through His personal Name which is represented by the Hebrew letters Yud-He-Vav-He. He has revealed that in His divine nature. Hear, O Israel: YHVH (hw"hy>) is our ELoHiM (~yhil{a). He is One (Echad)YHVH (hw"hy>). He alone is YHVH (hw"hy>). (Deuteronomy 6:4) 2. Y SHuA is the only begotten son and is the salvation of the world. Y ShUA is the Messiah. The firm belief in MaSHiaCH Y ShUvA ([wvy) (ToRaH in the flesh) and YHVH (hw"hy>) are One Deity in accord with (Deuteronomy 6:4) and that Y ShUA ([wvy) HaMaSHiaCH, is the Virgin Born Son (Isaiah 7:14, Luke 1:26-35), having come in the flesh as our Emanuel, lived a sinless Life in accordance with the ToRaH (t'roat), performed Miracles, was sacrificed for the Atonement (the Kinsman Redeemer) of His people in accordance to the Word of YHVH (hw"hy>), was bodily resurrected on the third day, ascended to sit at the Right Hand of YHVH (hw"hy). Y ShUvA ([wvy) of Natzeret is the Messiah (MaSHiaCH) of Israel, the Savior of the world, the King of kings and Lord of lords. He is YHVH (hw"hy>) who Tabernacled among mankind in the flesh, and now is glorified with all Power in Heaven and in Earth, at the Right Hand of YHVH (hw"hy>). (John 1:12-14) He Died and Shed His Blood for the sins of the whole world (1John 2:2). Y ShUA ([wvy) HaMaSHiaCH reigns over the Single Body of the Renewed Covenant Israel, (All Believers) as Cohen HaGadol of the Melchizedekian order. He will fulfill this Role forever (Hebrews 7:17). 3. As Y ShUA is the word in the flesh, then the Written Word is are the two witnesses of Truth of ELoHYM. MaSHiaCH Y ShUA ([wvy) is the ultimate and final Pascal (Passover) Lamb required for the removal of sins. That only the precious, Holy (set apart) blood of the Lamb of YHVH (hw"hy>), MaSHiaCH Y ShUA ([wvy), can totally remove and remit one's sins (John 1:29). He died by execution stake (stagion) on a tree (xulon) and rose from the dead three days afterward. Everyone who repents of their sins, and trusts that Y ShUA ([wvy) is HaMaSHiaCH (The Messiah), who died as our Passover Lamb and rose again, are forgiven their sins and come into a renewed covenant with YHVH (hw"hy>) through Him, and therefore become inheritors of all the promises YHVH (hw"hy>) made to Avraham, Yitzhak (Isaac), Ya akov (Jacob) and Yisrael. (Romans 10:9-11, 1 Corinthians 5:7.) 4. The ShaBBaT (Sabbath) is from the beginning and is forever. The appointed times are shapes and shadows of the Messiah ShaBBaT (tb'v) [Sabbath], the seventh day of the week, is the created Holy (set aside) day of YHVH (hw"hy>), which He gave to mankind and covenanted with His people as a Page 4 of 6

5 sign forever. All of the appointed times, Holy days and special times are also called ShaBBaT (tb'v). ShaBBaT (tb'v) is the foundation and key to a ToRaH (t'roat) based society. (Exodus 31:16, Genesis 2:2-3, Isaiah 58:13-14, Matthew 12:8.) ShaBBaT (tb'v) observance is the signature and rod (standard) of YHVH s (hw"hy>) people and through the ShaBBaT s (tb'v) comes the understanding of ToRaH (t'roat) and Y ShUA ([wvy) HaMaSHiaCH. 5. The Authority of the Written Word and the Witnesses of the Living Word The Scriptures are the first, the last and the only Authority. YHVH (hw"hy>) and His Words are eternal, that is: He, His Word and His Will has always, and will always, be the same. YHVH (hw"hy>) is not a man that he would lie. (Malachi 3:6, Hebrews 13:8, Matthew 5:18; 24:35). All Scripture is given by the Breath/Spirit of YHVH (hw"hy>), and is to be used for doctrine, for reproof, for correction and for instruction in righteousness. (2 Timothy 3:16). We are to obey His Word, His statues (ordinances of the Word) and His judgments (YHVH s (hw"hy>) own righteous and merciful decisions.). That Scripture, specifically ToRaH (the first five Books), is YHVH s (hw"hy>) teaching and instruction. Anything added to or taken from that instruction must be considered deceptive and therefore avoided (Deuteronomy 4:2, 12:32, Revelation 22:19, Hebrews 4:12). MaSHiaCH Y ShUA ([wvy) taught all His true followers, Jew and non-jew, Israelite and non-israelite, that all the precepts of the written ToRaH are eternally binding. Y SHUA ([wvy) HaMaSHiaCH never negated ToRaH and commands us to follow ToRaH (t'roat), so as to continually renew our love for Him by our obedience. 6. Obedience by His love, Salvation by His Favor Two Houses: Ephrim and Judah All understanding and every matter must be established in the mouth of two or three witnesses. All scripture must be supported within itself. (First and second witnesses.) Foundational Ideas Among the basic ideas that are foundational to a ToRaH (t'roat) Society with MaSHiaCH Y ShUvA ([wvy) Page 5 of 6

6 (The King of kings, Priest of priests) are: 1. Know the Lord (ELoHiM (~yhil{a)) YHVH (hw"hy>) is One (Echad). Hear, O Israel: YHVH (hw"hy>) is our ELoHiM (~yhil{a). He is One YHVH (hw"hy>).
