1 FATHER, SON AND HOLY SPIRIT The Great Commission 16 Then the eleven disciples went to Galilee, to the mountain where Jesus had told them to go. 17 When they saw him, they worshiped him; but some doubted. 18 Then Jesus came to them and said, "All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. 19 Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20 and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age." 1. As to the Father The water of His Words cleanses the soul. 2. As to the Son His shed blood is the only way to the Father. 3. As to the Holy Spirit Receive the Spirit of the Father to be reborn and enter the kingdom of YHVH. 1 John 5:7-9 (NASB) 7 For there are three that testify: 8 the Spirit and the water and the blood; and the three are in agreement. 9 If we receive the testimony of men, the testimony of God is greater; for the testimony of God is this, that He has testified concerning His Son. The Bible a.k.a. Judeo/Christian Bible and Old and New Testaments, is the inspired Word of YHVH and can only be interpreted by the selfsame Spirit of YHVH. 2 WE ARE ONE IN THE SPIRIT Jews consider God s name too Holy to speak. They use YHWH (Yahweh), Adonai, and other names that describe God s powers. In the Hebrew alphabet it is spelled yud, hey, vav, hey. Vav can be either w or v. Throughout this presentation God will be referred to in His Hebrew name YHVH (Yahavah) Elohim YHVH (Yahavah) is the Hebrew personal name of God. God used the root of his name HVH (Havah) in Exodus 3:14 rendered I AM. Yahavah our Elohim, creator and redeemer resides in the infinite heavenly realm beyond human finite understanding. He refers to himself as Redeemer 18 times in the Old Testament. Throne of YHVH, also known as God, LORD, Adonai Genesis 1:1 In the beginning Elohim created the heaven and the earth. Genesis 2:4 in the day that the YHVH Elohim made the earth and the heavens, Elohim is an image word. It is the plural form of El (god) and means Strongest or Highest when used in reference to YHVH. YHVH Elohim is the Highest. He is Elohim above all gods and creator of all. YHVH is a spirit person whose Spirit we call the Holy Spirit, Spirit of YHVH, or Holy Ghost (Unity of the Spirit Ephesians 4:1-7). Elohim created man in His image as a spirit person--genesis 1:26. YHVH Yahavah s Spirit is: Omniscient (all knowing 1Corinthians 2:10-13) Omnipresent (present in all places at all times (Psalms 139:7-13) Omnipotent (all powerful Romans 4:17-24)

3 THE VIRGIN BIRTH OF JESUS CHRIST Luke 1:26-36 NAS 26 Now in the sixth month the angel Gabriel was sent from Elohim to a city in Galilee, called Nazareth, 27 To a virgin engaged to a man whose name was Joseph, of the descendants of David; and the virgin s name was Mary. 28 And coming in, he said to her, Hail favored one! Elohim is with you. 29 But she was greatly troubled at this statement, and kept pondering what kind of salutation this might be. 30 and the angel said to her, Do not be afraid, Mary; for you have found favor with Elohim. 31 and behold, you will conceive in your womb, and bear a son, and you shall name Him Jesus. 32 He will be great, and will be called the Son of the Most High; and Yahavah Elohim will give Him the throne of His father David; 33 And He will reign over the house of Jacob forever; and His kingdom will have no end. 34 And Mary said to the angel, How can this be, since I am a virgin? 35 And the angel answered and said to her, The Spirit of YHVH will come upon you, and the power of the Most High will over-shadow you; and for that reason the holy offspring shall be called the Son of YHVH. 36 And behold, even your relative Elizabeth has also conceived a son in her old age; and she who was called barren is now in her sixth month. 37 For nothing will be impossible with Elohim.

4 JESUS IS ANOINTED BY THE SPIRIT Heaven, the house of Jesus Father Throne of YHVH, also known as God, Lord, Adonai YHVH our Elohim Matthew 3:13-17 NAS 13 Then Jesus arrived from Galilee at the Jordan coming to John, to be baptized by him. 14 But John tried to prevent Him, saying I have need to be baptized by You, and do You come to me? 15 But Jesus answering said to him, Permit it at this time; for in this way it is fitting for us to fulfill all righteousness. Then he permitted Him. 16 And after being baptized, Jesus went up immediately from the water, and behold, the heavens were opened, and he saw the Spirit of God descending as a dove, and coming upon Him,(Is.11:1-5) 17 And behold, a voice out of the heavens, saying, This is My beloved Son, in whom I am well-pleased. The line in which Jesus was born HOUSE OF DAVID According to Hebrew law the firstborn male is the heir of his father s house. Before Levitical law was established the firstborn also shared the position of priest with his father. The priest is holy to YHVH and must be consecrated to him. The consecration of a priest included being washed in water for repentance of sin, anointed with oil, and giving a sin offering at the altar of YHVH. Jesus began to fulfill his obligations as firstborn and heir to his father s house and heir to the throne of David the day he was washed in water by a descendant of Levi, John the Baptist. The sin offering had to be unblemished. As the son of YHVH, Jesus was born sinless. At Calvary he took the sin of all mankind on himself to be the sin offering for a Kingdom of Priests that would come after him.

Jesus ascended to heaven to receive glory and his throne next to his father: Revelation 5:13 NAS And every created thing which is in and on the sea, and all things in them, I heard saying, To Him who sits on the throne, and to the Lamb, be blessing and honor and glory and dominion forever and ever. John 14:23 NAS If anyone love Me, he will keep My word; and My Father will love him, and We will come to him, and make Our abode with him. (Baptism in the Spirit of YHVH, a.k.a. Born again --John:3:3-21) Jesus then says the same thing in the OT understanding of a Comforter. John 14:26 (KJV)--But the Comforter, the Holy Ghost, which Father will send in my name, that one shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you. Father and Son are accessible through the blood of Christ and Spirit of YHVH!

6 WHAT IT MEANS TO BE ONE WITH YHVH Throne of JESUS The Son Throne of YHVH, also known as God, Lord, Adonai The Person Jesus The Person YHVH John 11:30 NAS--Jesus said, "I and the Father are one." Jesus and His father (YHVH) are two persons in one accord in the power of His Father s Spirit. Jesus knows what His father wants of Him and He obeys without question. Jesus was anointed in the seven spirits of YHVH; The spirit of wisdom and understanding, the spirit of counsel and strength, the spirit of knowledge and the fear of YHVH. And He delights in the fear (reverence) of YHVH (Is. 11:2-3). The seven spirits of Yahavah are, for want of a better word, seven aspects of Yahavah s Spirit. Yahavah, by the power of His Spirit anoints, edifies, teaches and reproves the body of Christ--all born again believers-- with His wisdom, understanding, counsel, strength, knowledge, and the reverence of YHVH in order to build a Church that will honor and glorify him and overcome in the name of Jesus Christ His son. When believers live under this anointment they are said to be one in the Spirit of YHVH. They are one with YHVH, one with Jesus the head of the Body and one as the Body of Christ. 7 HOLY SPIRIT FLOW BORN AGAIN IN THE SPIRIT OF YHVH The Spirit is shown as an infinity symbol motion from YHVH--Father through Jesus--Son to anoint believers back through Jesus to YHVH in worship, prayers, Request for council. The Spirit of YHVH is: Omnipresent everywhere Omniscient all knowing Omnipotent all powerful The infinity symbol is only to show the flow of YHVH s relationship with his creation that was lost through Adam and renewed through Jesus Christ
