1 UNMASKING The End Time BEAST KINGDOM A clear, unsealed, revelatory understanding of the past, present, and future events and entities engaged in end time warfare against the kingdom of God By Jim Sayles Part 5: The little horn, the head that receives a deadly wound by the sword (war) and comes back to life, and the strong delusion that will condemn many John visualizes the emergence of the final form of the Beast Kingdom: And I stood upon the sand of the sea, and saw a beast rise up out of the sea, having seven heads and ten horns, and upon his horns ten crowns, and upon his heads the name of blasphemy. Revelation 13:1 KJV We are told that all four of the great end time stages of the 7 th and final beast kingdom come up from the sea, which by context means the people and the political world systems in which the world population operates, also known as the world (kosmos or world systems of government, banking and finance, science, education, music, media, and religion, including some aspects of institutional Christianity), of which Satan is god, though he is NOT God of the body of Christ, which is the sole representation of the kingdom of God in the world. These four progressive stages of the 7 th and final beast kingdom are also identified as the four horsemen, with the 4 th horseman, the rider of the pale green horse, whose name is DEATH, (synonymous with Satan ) ultimately dominating and incorporating all the previous forms. 1 st seal white horseman 1 st beast lion with eagle s wings Revelation 6 Compared with Daniel 7 The Four Stages of the Final Beast Kingdom 2 nd seal red 3 rd seal black 4 th seal pale horseman horseman green horseman 2 nd beast a 4 th beast diverse devouring bear from all the others 1 3 rd beast leopard w/four heads/wings The use of the singular pronoun, his, in describing the beast has caused some to think of this beast as the individual man who ultimately rules this beast,

2 but the singular pronoun is used to identify the beast as an entity unto itself with the secondary suggestion of the beast being ruled by a single, satanically empowered human entity, the man of sin, also referred to as the Beast and as the Antichrist depending on context. What we need to note is that this is a composite, past, present, and future beast kingdom, and that the 7 th and final form itself goes through four stages described prophetically as the four horsemen of Revelation 6 and the four beasts of Daniel s vision recorded in Daniel 7, giving us both OT and NT metaphorical identifications of this emergent final form of the beast kingdom. Leaving this thought for a moment we see the final form of this Satanically ruled beast, the 7 th head (king/mountain kingdom) as having ten horns with ten crowns. And the ten horns which thou sawest are ten kings (governing authorities), which have received no kingdom as yet (at the time of this prophecy) ; but receive power one hour (3.5 years of great tribulation a.k.a. the hour of trial/temptation) with the beast (referring to both the Satanically empowered individual who rules this beast kingdom and the beast kingdom as a whole). Revelation 17:16 KJV (inserts are the author s) The BEAST Kingdom (Mountain Kingdoms ruled by a King) 1 st Head- 2 nd Head-3 rd Head-4 th Head-5 th Head-6 th Head-7 th Head 10 Horns - Crowns The seven head kings, then, are different from the ten horn kings that have not, yet, received power, and are prophesied to receive power with the seventh head / king / mountain empire in the one hour that corresponds with the 3.5 years of the 7 th seal of Revelation, also identified as great tribulation (Matthew 24:21) and as the hour of trial that will come upon the whole world. (Revelation 3:10) The metaphorical picture as seen both by John and by Daniel is the beast kingdom ruled by seven progressive heads (mountain kingdoms ruled by kings), with the 7 th and final head also having ten horns and ten crowns. This does not mean that the ten horns have not existed as horns/kings/kingdoms prior to the 7 th seal, but they have not received the empowerment of the beast in unity with the other horns/kings/kingdoms, which takes place after the opening of the 7 th seal. 2

3 Horns throughout biblical scripture indicate spiritual empowerment, and the ten horns each have crowns, indicating that these are political powers under the influence and control of Satanic princes. These ten horn / crown kings of the final head, mountain kingdom BEAST are identified as the ten future nation-states that rule the world government formed out of a revised United Nations shortly after the Gog-Magog war. Yet, their ultimate empowerment as co-rulers of the final beast kingdom does not take place until the opening of the 7 th seal after the man of sin has declared himself to be Messiah on the temple mount in Jerusalem. This means that the initial form of the ten horns (ten crown-kings) is likely to be a revised United Nations, headquartered in New York, with the ten nations/kings having a consensus vote rather than a veto option. But these do not control the whole world in unity with the beast at that time. So there is a world government during the 4 th, 5 th and 6 th seals of Revelation, a period of time identified by the Lord as tribulation. (Matthew 24:9) And this world government, will be recognized by most believers for what it represents, but any opposition to the new world order that brings with it a promise of peace, prosperity, and hope, will be crushed in an openly anti-christian manner, at least equal to, if not worse, than the persecution of Christians under Chairman Mao. Yet, at the same time, the whole world is not under the absolute control of the antichrist man of sin until the little horn nation/king usurps the power of three of the existing nation/kings. I considered the horns, and, behold, there came up among them another little horn, before whom there were three of the first horns plucked up by the roots: and, behold, in this horn were eyes like the eyes of man, and a mouth speaking great things. Daniel 7:8 KJV (emphasis is the author s) Notice carefully that the Antichrist man of sin is not THE little horn. He is IN the little horn, and the little horn is not one of the original ten horns. But the little horn nation plucks three of these ten horn nations up by the roots indicating a combined political/militaristic coup. Then we learn in Daniel 8 that this little horn nation emerges from one of the four divisions of the Grecian Empire at the time of Alexander s death. And out of one of them (the four horns of Alexander s kingdom ) came forth a little horn, which waxed exceeding great, toward the south, and toward the east, and toward the pleasant land (Israel). 4 The Grecian Empire at the time of Alexander s death Upon his death, Alexander s empire was divided between four of his generals, and the general, Ptolemy, had control of Palestine. The little horn was prophesied by Daniel to ultimately arise out of the area controlled by Ptolemy, and it is important to note that Alexander s empire did NOT include Rome, so a revival of the Roman Empire is not in view here. Note that the man whose flesh is joined to Satan as the literal antichrist man of sin is in and of the little horn. The little horn, then, is an emergent power in the beast, and the Antichrist is in and of this nation-state. Therefore, the Antichrist is not directly identified with the ten horns until, at that point when he will uproot and subdue three of the existing horns or nation-states and ultimately, but not immediately, become the king of this great final form of the beast kingdom. And of the ten horns that were in his (the composite Beast s) head, and of the other which came up, and before whom three fell; even of the horn that had eyes, and a mouth that spake very great things, whose look was more stout than his fellows. I beheld, and the same ( little ) horn made war with the saints and prevailed against them. Daniel 7:20,21 KJV (insert and emphasis is the author s) Keeping in mind that the little horn is the nation/state, and the antichrist man of sin is IN the little horn, this pivotal event describes the moment in which the Luciferian antichrist is revealed IN and THROUGH the little horn nation-state, demanding that he be worshipped as God and Messiah, in much the same way Nebuchadnezzar, his primary prophetic forerunner, did. 4

5 We can presume that the little horn nation-state is directly associated with the seventh head / mountain empire, the mountain empire to come, also identified as the head that suffers a deadly wound with the sword and causes the whole world to wonder when it comes back to life. And the angel said unto me, Wherefore didst thou marvel? I will tell thee the mystery of the woman (the Harlot), and of the beast (kingdom) that carrieth her, which hath the seven heads and ten horns. The (composite final form of the) beast that thou sawest was (a kingdom), and is not (a kingdom at the time of the prophecy) ; and shall ascend out of the bottomless pit, and go into perdition: and they that dwell on the earth shall wonder (in worshipful awe), whose names were not written in the book of life from the foundation of the world, when they behold the beast that was, and is not (at the time the prophecy is spoken), and yet is (at the time the prophecy is fulfilled). Revelation 17:7,8 KJV (inserts and emphasis are the author s The abyss, is a place of spiritual judgment and condemnation, and the desolate geo-political nation of Israel and its corporate worship of God through Judaism and the Law, having rejected their mashiach when He came to them, was condemned by God to the abyss until 1948 when, for the purposes of God, it was allowed to ascend out of the bottomless pit but NOT for the purpose of restoration to God as Satan would have us believe...(and as the vast majority of Christians, as well as fundamentalist Jews, DO believe because of dual covenant, Jewish supremacy doctrine foisted on us through the poisoned fruit of that doctrine, the pre-tribulation rapture of the church). The Seven (7) Heads At the time of the prophecy Five have fallen One is One is to come Egypt, Assyria, Babylon, Greece, Persia Rome The head, mountain empire that was, is not (at the time of the prophecy), and yet is (at the time the prophecy is fulfilled) We have already noted that this seventh head cannot be the Roman Empire, because the Roman Empire was the one is at the time the prophecy was given to John. 5

6 Strangely, though, it COULD be the political nation-state of Israel. The nation-state of Israel, under Roman rule, rebelled and was killed by the sword (war) as Titus sacked Jerusalem in 70 AD and tore down the temple with not one stone left on top of another just as the Lord prophesied. The Lord also prophesied the specific events in the sacking of Jerusalem by the sword (war) and the Diaspora of the Jews into the nations ending the national statehood of Israel. And they shall fall by the edge of the sword, and shall be led away captive into all nations: and Jerusalem shall be trodden down of the Gentiles, until the times of the Gentiles be fulfilled. Luke 21:24 KJV (emphasis is the author s) For two millennia, then, the Jewish people were in Diaspora scattered among the nations, but in 1948 the deadly wound was healed with the help and influence of the white horseman, and the whole world wondered after the head /future mountain empire of Israel that suffered a deadly wound with the sword and two millennia later came back to life. No other nation or people shares this incredible history, and the world, including almost the entire professing church of Jesus Christ wonders and marvels at this astonishing re-emergence of Israel as a nation two millennia after it suffered a deadly head wound by the sword (war). But, at the same time, most of professing Christianity falsely, and emotively, believe that this re-emergence of the nation of Israel somehow serves the positive, prophetic intent of God toward the nation of Israel. PAY ATTENTION, then, because Satan s primary end time deception is being exposed to the light for the benefit of the wise. And, though, the Pharisees of our faith will angrily accuse me anti-semitism, the truth being revealed here is not anti-semitic. It is, instead, an exposure of Satan s primary deception, a deception that will condemn many Jews, and many Christian believers, if they continue to be caught up in the deadly LIE. Revelation 13 is not the only source of revelatory truth in this matter, and we have a second witness. Ezekiel 38:8 confirms that ISRAEL is the head that was killed by the sword, and, in the end time recovers from the deadly wound, causing the world to WONDER at this unique event in world history. After many days thou (Magog) shalt be visited: in the latter years (which began as spiritual Israel received the promised Holy Spirit on Pentecost) thou (Magog) shalt come into the land that is brought back 6

7 from (death by) the sword, and is gathered out of many people (which is obviously national, ethnic Israel returned from Diaspora in 1948). Ezekiel 38:8 KJV (inserts and emphasis are the author s) Here we see, specifically, that it is the land of Israel that is brought back from death by the sword, though numerous prophecy experts have attempted to apply the head suffering a deadly wound by the sword to an individual. In this passage Ezekiel is prophesying the attack of the land of Israel by Magog in the latter years AFTER the nation of Israel has been brought back from death by the sword and is gathered out of many people. This attack has not, yet, taken place, but Israel is specifically identified in this passage as being the head that received a deadly wound by the sword (war) and recovers. The whole world has already wondered at this unique event that was fulfilled in 1948, and this wondering has even become a subtle form of false WORSHIP by all those who believe that God will yet restore His covenant relationship with the Jews and the nation of Israel, which is, in turn, understood by the wise as being the antichrist denial of the fact that the Father has already redeemed Israel in Christ. But even if we are not in denial that the Father redeemed Israel two millennia ago, we are shocked by the identification of Israel, the nation of our Lord s birth, as the ultimate capital of the final BEAST KINGDOM mountain empire that will rule the whole world for 3.5 years of great tribulation. But the wise understand Satan s purpose in this through his antichrist objective to both oppose and imitate Jesus Christ in order usurp the worship that rightfully belongs to the Father and the Son. And, though it should be obvious to most, a spiritual cloud of deception has concealed the obvious truth that the one whose purpose is to oppose and imitate Christ will empower an ethnic Jew from the tribe of Judah and the lineage of David to be THE man of sin whose world capital will be JERUSALEM where he will masquerade as the Jewish mashiach anointed to rule the world with an iron rod. What better way to oppose God than to cause the covenant people of God to reject their Messiah when He came to them, and what better way to imitate God and usurp the worship that rightfully belongs to Him, than to have that same nation and those same people receive him and worship him instead? 7

8 Prophesied by Jesus to the Pharisees after they blasphemed Him for healing a man on the Sabbath: I am come in my Father's name, and ye receive me not: if another shall come in his own name, him ye will receive. John 5:43 KJV In Luke 21:24 previously quoted, the Lord confirms Israel as the prophetic nation that falls by the sword (war), and He specifically states that Jerusalem will be trodden down by the Gentiles until the times of the Gentiles has been fulfilled. We also note that the times of the Gentiles was obviously not fulfilled (completed) in 1967 when Israel took control of the entire city of Jerusalem, and it will NOT be fulfilled until the end of the 7th seal at the return of Jesus Christ in glory. A study of the Hebrew and Greek words translated as Gentile indicates that this is a covenant term identifying those who are separated from covenant status with God. This term originally included all those who were not of the lineage of Abraham, though some Gentiles were reckoned by God s sovereign election as being righteous. Thus it took on the racial aspect of applying to all those who were not of the seed of Abraham. From the resurrection of Jesus Christ forward, though, all those who are included in Christ have become a holy nation and are now spiritual Jews and the Israel of God in Him, while those who are separated from the redemptive covenant of God in Christ are spiritual Gentiles, meaning that unsaved Jews are now Gentiles as far as the covenant of God in Christ is concerned. And, in this regard, Jerusalem will be trodden down by Gentiles until His return on the day of the Lord, which is the fulfillment of the feast of Atonement ten days after the last day resurrection, which is the fulfillment of the feast of Trumpets. In Revelation 11 we have, yet, a fourth witness specifically identifying Jerusalem as the capital of the beast that ascends from the abyss. And when they (the two witnesses) shall have finished their testimony (of judgment), the beast that ascendeth out of the bottomless pit (the nation state of Israel ruling the entire world during the final 3.5 years) shall make war against them, and shall overcome them, and kill them. And their dead bodies shall lie in the street of the great city, which spiritually is called Sodom and Egypt, where also our Lord was crucified. Revelation 11:7,8 KJV (inserts and emphasis are the author s) 8

9 Here we see a direct connection between the beast that ascendeth out of the bottomless pit (abyss) with Jerusalem. Our Lord was crucified in JERUSALEM, and the city of Jerusalem during the 7 th seal events of Revelation is identified metaphorically with Sodom (as being spiritually and morally corrupt) and with Egypt, the antichrist head, mountain empire that initially held national, ethnic Israel in bondage. The event with the two witnesses occurs during the 7 th seal, which is identified by the Lord as BEING the final 3.5 years of great tribulation. This is also identified as the specific time that the antichrist is given to rule and reign along with the ten horn kings. (Revelation 17:16) And these, whose world capital is Jerusalem, are ruling and reigning in opposition to the Lamb and His saints. The Babylonian beast kingdom as a whole has obviously existed for a long, long time and has manifested itself in opposition to God s covenant people through six great anti-god mountain empires at the time the prophecy is spoken, but the final dominant form will be fully manifested as a beast kingdom empowered by Satan himself inhabiting the flesh of a man, the man of sin who rules the beast arising from the abyss in the form of the little horn, and it is this final form that will OPENLY oppose spiritual Israel, the Israel of God in Christ during the final 3.5 years prior to the return of the Lord. The cruelty and blasphemy of Satan is revealed when the beast that was, and is not at the time the prophecy is given, but will come up out of the abyss, is demonstrated to be none other than the nation-state of apostate Israel, that was the anti-god beast, upon which apostate Judaism rode, as it rejected the Messiah, and in judgment suffered a deadly wound by the sword with the Jews being scattered among the nations. And I saw one of his (the final beast s) heads (kings/mountain empires) as it were wounded to death (no longer existed as a nation-state, even under foreign rule) and his deadly wound was healed and all the world wondered after the beast (beginning in 1948). Revelation 13:3 KJV (inserts are the author s) What most have missed in Revelation 17:8 previously quoted, is that the ones who will continue to wonder in worshipful awe at the head that was wounded to death by the sword (war) and two thousand years later comes to life, are those whose names are NOT written in the Lamb s book of life. 9

10 In Revelation 13 all the world (including spiritual Israel, the body of Christ) wondered after the beast, but at some point only those who are subject to the strong delusion (that the Father did not redeem Israel two millennia ago and that the Father will, yet, restore His covenant with national, ethnic Israel) will continue to wonder in worshipful awe long after the TRUTH has been revealed. And these, whose names were previously written in the Lamb s book of life, because of extreme deception, (the strong delusion that will condemn many) will believe that the man of sin IS Jesus Christ returned, and they will receive the covenant mark of the beast in their foreheads and on their forearms in imitation of the sealing that all the sons and daughters of faith will ultimately receive. Those who are still in doubt, then, are WARNED that this truth is an end time DIVIDING LINE between the wise and the foolish virgins, and, according to Revelation 17:8, only those whose names are NOT written in the Lamb s book of life (i.e. the apostate foolish virgins who are subjected to the strong delusion because they believed the lie that Israel was not redeemed at the resurrection of Jesus Christ) will continue to wonder in worshipful awe as the man of sin declares himself to be both God and Messiah returned to Israel to rule the world with an iron rod. * * * A deeper insight, demonstrating that the end times was / is not / is formula that specifically refers to national, ethnic Israel as the head killed by the sword (war) coming up out of the abyss of God s judgment to become the final head manifestation of Satan s beast kingdom is demonstrated beautifully in James Lloyd s book, The 6,7,8 Cycle available from Christian Media Network.
