2 A note Friends, What a privilege it is to share this project with you! This 100-day reading and prayer plan was created by the people of Journey Church for the people of Journey Church and beyond. Each day includes a Bible verse and prayer with space to record your thoughts. We encourage you to take time to reflect on the Scripture, write down any observations and life applications, and then pray the prayer written at the bottom of the page. Our hope is that this plan will encourage your heart and help you better experience full life with Jesus. You re not alone on the journey - remember, we re in this together. 3 1 Philippians 4:19 2 Jeremiah 1:8 And my God will meet all your needs according to the riches of his glory in Christ Jesus. Do not be afraid of them, for I am with you and will rescue you, declares the Lord. Lord, You are so faithful. You supply me with everything I need according to Your riches. Thank you for Your greatest gift of Christ alive in me. It s easy to feel afraid of so many things: what others think, what may happen tomorrow, my finances, and more. Yet today I am reminded that with You, Lord, there is no fear because You drive it out! Thank you for rescuing me from my enemies and fears. 4 JOURNEY CHURCH 100 DAYS OF 5

4 3 Romans 10: Thessalonians 5:17 Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved....pray continually... Lord, thank you for offering the gift of salvation to everyone! May my life be a reflection of the hope I have in You. Lord, help me to be continually mindful of Your desires for my life and for the people around me. 5 5 Proverbs 11:25 6 Galatians 6:7b A generous person will prosper; whoever refreshes others will be refreshed. A man reaps what he sows. Lord, help me to see where I can be generous with my time, talents, and money, and then give me the faith to act. Lord, help me to be thoughtful of where and how I invest my time and energy. 6 7 Proverbs 14:23 8 Joel 2:28 All hard work brings a profit, but mere talk leads only to poverty. And afterward, I will pour out my Spirit on all people. Your sons and daughters will prophesy, your old men will dream dreams, your young men will see visions. Lord, I pray that you help me become someone who works hard to expand Your kingdom. Supply me with the energy needed to fulfill Your will. Lord, thank you for the gift of the Holy Spirit. I want to see You and know You more. 7 9 2 Corinthians 9: Corinthians 13:13 And God is able to bless you abundantly, so that in all things at all times, having all that you need, you will abound in every good work. And now these three remain: faith, hope, and love. But the greatest of these is love. Thank you, Lord, for providing abundantly. Please use me as a holy vessel that shares Your blessings. Like a gardener, help me to bring life to arid places. Lord, when I experience Your incredible love for me, my love for You deepens. I m am so thankful to be in a vibrant and loving relationship with You because it helps me to love others in my life even better. 8 11 Isaiah 6:3 12 Romans 8:28 And they were calling to one another: Holy, holy, holy is the Lord Almighty; the whole earth is full of his glory. And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose. Lord, You are holy. None can compare to You! I am overwhelmed as I think of Your magnificence. I humbly ask to see a glimpse of Your glory today. Lord, I love You and I choose to trust You even in difficult times. 9 13 Proverbs 27: Corinthians 16:13 As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another. Be on your guard; stand firm in the faith; be courageous; be strong. Lord, I need honest people in my life that will lovingly help me see my blind spots. Help me find these people and invite them into my life to make me more like You. In a world where people place their faith in many different things, Lord, help me to put my faith in You. With Your help, I can be sure of what I hope for and certain of what I do not see. 10 15 Lamentations 3: Psalm 128:1-2 Because of the Lord s great love we are not consumed, for his compassions never fail. They are new every morning; great is your faithfulness. Blessed are all who fear the Lord, who walk in obedience to him. You will eat the fruit of your labor; blessings and prosperity will be yours. Lord, thank you for Your great mercy in my life. Each day I can experience a fresh start because of Your overwhelming faithfulness. May Your unfailing love flow in and through me today. Lord, I want to walk in Your ways. 11 17 Proverbs 3: Chronicles 15:7 Blessed are those who find wisdom, those who gain understanding... But as for you, be strong and do not give up, for your work will be rewarded. Lord, please fill my mind with godly wisdom and understanding, and help my heart to align with Yours. Thank you, Lord, for being my strengthener. Please give me the perseverance to do Your will in this day. Help me to not work for human approval, but for You. 20 JOURNEY CHURCH 100 DAYS OF 21

12 19 1 Corinthians 12: Corinthians 12:9 But God has put the body together, giving greater honor to the parts that lacked it, so that there should be no division in the body, but that its parts should have equal concern for each other. If one part suffers, every part suffers with it; if one part is honored, every part rejoices with it. Lord, help me to see with Your eyes and to feel with Your heart. I will cry out against what breaks Your heart and sing with joy and praise over the things that delight You. Use my hands for lifting and my words for encouraging. But he said to me, My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness. Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ s power may rest on me. Lord, replace my spirit of pride with humility. You deserve all praise! Where I am weak and lacking, You are mighty and abundant. 13 21 Psalm 5: Ruth 1:16 But let all who take refuge in you be glad; let them ever sing for joy. Spread your protection over them, that those who love your name may rejoice in you. Surely, Lord, you bless the righteous; you surround them with your favor as with a shield. But Ruth replied, Don t urge me to leave you or to turn back from you. Where you go I will go, and where you stay I will stay. Your people will be my people and your God my God. Lord, thank you for the gift of Your son, Jesus. He is my Savior. In Him, I am righteous, protected, and filled with joy. Holy Spirit, throughout the day, remind me that my identity is found in Jesus. Lord, today I ask for Your strength to continue loving and serving others even when the future seems scary. Jesus, may my heart be true to Your example. 24 JOURNEY CHURCH 100 DAYS OF 25

14 23 John 14: Timothy 4:17 But the Advocate, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, will teach you all things and will remind you of everything I have said to you. But the Lord stood at my side and gave me strength, so that through me the message might be fully proclaimed and all the Gentiles might hear it. And I was delivered from the lion s mouth. Lord, thank you for sending Your Holy Spirit to live inside of me and remind me of Your promises. I appreciate Your generous heart and unending love. You are so faithful and loving, Lord. You stand right by my side and tell me exactly what I need to hear. You speak life, favor, blessing, promise, encouragement, peace, hope, and strength to my spirit. 15 25 Isaiah 40: Corinthians 3:16-17 But those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint... But whenever anyone turns to the Lord, the veil is taken away. Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom. Lord, when the burdens of this world are too heavy, I cry out to You. Thank you for looking down on me with the aching heart of a concerned Father. May Your words of hope renew my body, spirit, and soul. Today I am thankful that through Jesus sacrifice, the veil that once separated me from Your holiness has been torn. I am now free to approach You and live in communion with You. Your spirit lives inside of me and I am fully free from all shame, guilt, and condemnation! 28 JOURNEY CHURCH 100 DAYS OF 29

16 27 Isaiah 52:12 28 Psalm 51:7 But you will not leave in haste or go in flight; for the Lord will go before you, the God of Israel will be your rear guard. Cleanse me with hyssop, and I will be clean; wash me, and I will be whiter than snow. As I face pain, uncertainty, or happiness, I know there is nothing that surprises You. Lord, I thank you for going before and behind me. There is no place I can go that Your protection is not all around me. Thank you, Lord, for sending Jesus to cleanse my sins by his blood on the cross! I am pure and blameless because of Your great love. 30 JOURNEY CHURCH 100 DAYS OF 31

17 29 Philippians 4: Corinthians 15:33 Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. Do not be misled: Bad company corrupts good character. Lord, thank you for offering a peace, security, and assurance that the world doesn t understand. Today I choose to center my life on Jesus alone and trust Him with my struggles. Lord, please give me friendships that are marked by love, encouragement, wisdom, and grace. 32 JOURNEY CHURCH 100 DAYS OF 33

18 31 Micah 7:8 32 Philippians 2:3 Do not gloat over me, my enemy! Though I have fallen, I will rise. Though I sit in darkness, the Lord will be my light. Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit. Rather, in humility value others above yourselves... Lord, though life may feel dark, You illuminate the path beneath my feet. You lift me to solid and safe ground while my enemies try to hurt me. I will not be overcome with You by my side. Lord, I confess there are times when I think too highly of myself. 19 33 1 Corinthians 3:16 34 Philippians 4:8 Don t you know that you yourselves are God s temple and that God s Spirit dwells in your midst? Lord, I m overwhelmed by Your desire to live in me. I am a house fit for a King. Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable if anything is excellent or praiseworthy think about such things. Lord, please fill my thoughts with Your holiness. May I run from evil and pursue Your greatness. Thank you for leading and guiding me each day. 36 JOURNEY CHURCH 100 DAYS OF 37

20 35 Psalm 51:10 36 Ephesians 5:1 Create in me a pure heart, O God, and renew a steadfast spirit within me. Follow God s example, therefore, as dearly loved children... Cleanse my heart of all that is offensive to You, Lord. Lead me from shadow into light and remove all the darkness from my sight. My trust is in You, my faith is in You, and my hope is in You alone. Lord, help me to see and correct the parts of my life that do not imitate you. May the world gets the best view of You through me. 38 JOURNEY CHURCH 100 DAYS OF 39

21 37 Ephesians 1: Corinthians 4:20 For he chose us in him before the creation of the world to be holy and blameless in his sight. For the kingdom of God is not a matter of talk but of power. Thank you, Lord, for choosing me and seeing me as holy and blameless. Help me to live confidently in this truth today. Thank you, Lord, for not simply talking about the importance of change, but actually using Your power to transform lives. 40 JOURNEY CHURCH 100 DAYS OF 41

22 39 Psalm 84: Timothy 1:6-7 For the Lord God is a sun and shield; the Lord bestows favor and honor; no good thing does he withhold from those whose walk is blameless. Thank you, Lord, for bringing light and clarity to my life. Even when I stumble and fall, You lift me up and help me stand on higher ground. Give me the wisdom today to walk according to Your word. For this reason I remind you to fan into flame the gift of God, which is in you through the laying on of my hands. For the Spirit God gave us does not make us timid, but gives us power, love and self-discipline. Lord, You have given me everything I need through your Holy Spirit. I have the power to speak Your truth boldly. Your Holy Spirit lives inside of me and is a consuming fire so there is no room for fear in my life. 42 JOURNEY CHURCH 100 DAYS OF 43

23 41 Ephesians 2:10 42 Psalm 136:1-3 For we are God s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do. Give thanks to the Lord, for he is good. His love endures forever. Give thanks to the God of gods. His love endures forever. Give thanks to the Lord of lords: His love endures forever. Thank you, Lord, for creating me on purpose and for a purpose. Help me to clearly see that purpose today. 24 43 Psalm 34:3 44 Job 33:28 Glorify the Lord with me; let us exalt his name together. God has delivered me from going down to the pit, and I shall live to enjoy the light of life. Lord, will You expand my sphere of influence today? I ask for an opportunity to talk to someone about You and the good news of Your son, Jesus. I am so thankful for all you have done for me, Lord. You lift me up and shine Your light on me. I will choose to enjoy my life today; I will not live in the pit of despair. 46 JOURNEY CHURCH 100 DAYS OF 47

25 45 2 Corinthians 5:21 46 Joshua 1:9 God made him who had no sin to be sin for us, so that in him we might become the righteousness of God. Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go. This is the great exchange: Jesus took on my sin so that I could become the righteousness of God. I didn t deserve to be set free, and yet that is exactly what He did. Lord, I am so thankful for the price Jesus paid. The victory is mine! Today I choose to live in freedom. How can I be discouraged when You are by my side, Lord? You tell me to be strong and courageous because You already know the outcome of my situation. You have promised to never leave me or forsake me. I choose to trust You today. 48 JOURNEY CHURCH 100 DAYS OF 49

26 47 Micah 6:8 48 Psalm 136:23-26 He has shown you, O mortal, what is good. And what does the Lord require of you? To act justly and to love mercy and to walk humbly with your God. Lord, thank you for expressing Your heart for the marginalized and oppressed. May my eyes be opened to those in need around me. Help me to bring justice and pour out mercy, and to do so with a humble spirit. He remembered us in our low estate His love endures forever. And freed us from our enemies. His love endures forever. He gives food to every creature. His love endures forever. Give thanks to the God of heaven. His love endures forever. Lord, thank you for remembering and rescuing me. 27 49 Philippians 4:13 50 John 16:33 I can do all this through him who gives me strength. I have told you all this so that you may have peace in me. Here on earth you will have many trials and sorrows. But take heart, because I have overcome the world. This promise fills me with courage and makes me a more effective and faithful servant. Thank you for giving me strength to do all things. Lord, my heart is heavy for those who are suffering in loss, pain, and sickness. My own burdens are also heavy. Yet I will lift my eyes and give praise for a Savior who tramples death and sin and promises eternal life. 52 JOURNEY CHURCH 100 DAYS OF 53

28 51 Psalm 123: Micah 5:4-5a I lift up my eyes to you, to you who sit enthroned in heaven. As the eyes of slaves look to the hand of their master, as the eyes of a female slave look to the hand of her mistress, so our eyes look to the Lord our God, till he shows us his mercy. Have mercy on us, Lord, have mercy on us, for we have endured no end of contempt. Lord, I choose to focus my eyes on You today. I see Your goodness, love, and mercy all around me. Help me to be a reflection and expression of Your mercy. He will stand and shepherd his flock in the strength of the Lord, in the majesty of the name of the Lord his God. And they will live securely, for then his greatness will reach to the ends of the earth. And he will be our peace... What a beautiful picture, Lord. You are my wonderful, strong, protective shepherd, and I live within the security of Your loving arms. You are my peace because You provide all I need. 54 JOURNEY CHURCH 100 DAYS OF 55

29 53 Psalm 116: Ephesians 3:16-21 I love the Lord, for he heard my voice; he heard my cry for mercy. Because he turned his ear to me, I will call on him as long as I live. Lord, thank you for loving me. Thank you for hearing my cries, my praise, and my voice. Thank you for caring about the details of my life no matter how big or how small. I love You! I pray that out of his glorious riches he may strengthen you with power through his Spirit in your inner being, so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith. And I pray that you, being rooted and established in love, may have power, together with all the Lord s holy people, to grasp how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Christ, and to know this love that surpasses knowledge that you may be filled to the measure of all the fullness of God. Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us, to him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, for ever and ever! 30 55 Ezekiel 36: James 1:5 I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit in you; I will remove from you your heart of stone and give you a heart of flesh. And I will put my Spirit in you and move you to follow my decrees and be careful to keep my laws. If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to you. Lord, soften my heart. Break down the wall that is around my heart so that I can live a fully surrendered life with You. Breathe new life into my spirit so that I can receive what You are longing to give me today. Thank you, Lord, that Your Word says You will give wisdom generously. I need wisdom when I make decisions today. Help me to walk in a way that pleases You. 31 57 1 Corinthians 13:2 58 Psalm 139:11-12 If I have the gift of prophecy and can fathom all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have a faith that can move mountains, but do not have love, I am nothing. If I say, Surely the darkness will hide me and the light become night around me, even the darkness will not be dark to you; the night will shine like the day, for darkness is as light to you. Lord, help me to share Your love with others and to be an example of Your love. Lord, sometimes the darkness in my life is overwhelming. I feel hopeless in the depth of despair, but even the darkness cannot hide Your face. You promise to always make a way and light my path. Give me eyes to see Your light today and rejoice in You! 60 JOURNEY CHURCH 100 DAYS OF 61

32 59 Psalm 18: John 4:13-14, 28 It is God who arms me with strength and keeps my way secure. He makes my feet like the feet of a deer; he causes me to stand on the heights. He trains my hands for battle; my arms can bend a bow of bronze. Thank you, Lord, for lifting me lift me up and keeping me secure. Thank you for strength and protection when life feels unstable. Teach me to run to You and rest in You always. Jesus answered, Everyone who drinks this water will be thirsty again, but whoever drinks the water I give them will never thirst. Indeed, the water I give them will become in them a spring of water welling up to eternal life. Then, leaving her water jar, the woman went back to the town... Lord, thank you for the reminder that I can leave my burdens at Your feet. And in place of that heavy load, You provide overflowing and full life to my soul. Help me to leave my burdens at Your feet each day so that I can share Your goodness and truth with others. 62 JOURNEY CHURCH 100 DAYS OF 63

33 61 James 1: Corinthians 10:13 My dear brothers and sisters, take note of this: Everyone should be quick to listen, slow to speak and slow to become angry... Lord, when things don t go my way, help me to trust in You rather than get angry or frustrated. May my words be seasoned with Your grace. No temptation has overtaken you except what is common to mankind. And God is faithful; he will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted, he will also provide a way out so that you can endure it. Temptation will come my way, but the truth is that You will provide a way out every time. 34 63 Psalm 117: Psalm 106:1 Praise the Lord, all you nations; extol him, all you peoples. For great is his love toward us, and the faithfulness of the Lord endures forever. Praise the Lord. Praise the Lord. Give thanks to the Lord, for he is good; his love endures forever. I praise You, Lord, because You are filled with mercy and grace. You are slow to anger and so good to all. I praise You for Your love and faithfulness! You are a good father and I am loved by You - what an incredible truth! Your love is beyond measure and knows no end. 35 65 Hosea 14:1-2, 4-5 Return, Israel, to the Lord your God. Your sins have been your downfall! Take words with you and return to the Lord. Say to him: Forgive all our sins and receive us graciously, that we may offer the fruit of our lips. I will heal their waywardness and love them freely, for my anger has turned away from them. I will be like the dew to Israel; he will blossom like a lily. Like a cedar of Lebanon he will send down his roots... Lord, just like the Israelites and Hosea s wife, I am easily distracted by other people and things. Forgive me for my inability to stay on a path that is constant with You! Thank you for chasing after me and for not leaving me in the desert. Your ways are right, true, and lovely. 66 Psalm 139:23-24 Search me, God, and know my heart; test me and know my anxious thoughts. See if there is any offensive way in me, and lead me in the way everlasting. Lord, You see all my thoughts and offensive ways, yet You still love me. Today I ask that You search me, cleanse me, and give me a clean heart that glorifies You. 68 JOURNEY CHURCH 100 DAYS OF 69

36 67 Psalm 31:3-5 Since you are my rock and my fortress, for the sake of your name lead and guide me. Keep me free from the trap that is set for me, for you are my refuge. Into your hands I commit my spirit; deliver me, Lord, my faithful God. 68 Isaiah 41:10 So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand. Great are you, Lord! You have great plans for me and lead me at all times. I choose to trust You. You provide a path for me to follow and show grace when I fall short. May Your strength and power shine through my life today! Some days, I need to remember that You are with me. Give me strength, Lord, when I walk through the valleys of life. I choose to take great comfort in knowing that You are a God of both mountain tops and valleys. 70 JOURNEY CHURCH 100 DAYS OF 71

37 69 Isaiah 59:1 Surely the arm of the Lord is not too short to save, nor his ear too dull to hear. 70 Luke 8:24 The disciples went and woke him, saying, Master, Master, we re going to drown! He got up and rebuked the wind and the raging waters; the storm subsided, and all was calm. Lord, You rebuild broken, wounded, and weary lives. Thank you! I love that You have a beautiful plan for my life and that You hear me when I call out to You. It s never too late for You to make things new. Lord, I often feel like the disciples: out of control, afraid of what may happen in my life, or even concerned about being left behind. Help me to call out to You with my fears just as the disciples did. I want to surrender control and give You complete reign. 72 JOURNEY CHURCH 100 DAYS OF 73

38 71 Numbers 6: Proverbs 15:9 The Lord bless you and keep you; the Lord make his face shine on you and be gracious to you; the Lord turn his face toward you and give you peace. The Lord detests the way of the wicked, but he loves those who pursue righteousness. Lord, what a great promise of blessing! I receive Your protection, grace, and peace today. I stand here with open arms and receive the abundance of Your goodness. Lord, I long to be found righteous in Your eyes. 39 73 Psalm 118:24 The Lord has done it this very day; let us rejoice today and be glad. 74 Deuteronomy 31:8 The Lord himself goes before you and will be with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged. Lord, I am thankful for this day. Each day is a blessing! Help me not to waste this day or take one moment for granted. When I am afraid, You are my strength. When I am discouraged, You are my peace. When I am lonely, You are my comforter. You never fail me, Lord. Help me to always remember Your goodness and love. 76 JOURNEY CHURCH 100 DAYS OF 77

40 75 Psalm 116:5 The Lord is gracious and righteous; our God is full of compassion. 76 Exodus 33:11a The Lord would speak to Moses face to face, as one speaks to a friend. Lord, Your grace is unfathomable and I receive it with an open heart. Help me to surrender today s struggles and triumphs to You. Thank you, Lord, for allowing me to talk to You at any time about anything. I love that I can talk to You like I talk to a dear friend. 41 77 Psalm 27:1 The Lord is my light and my salvation whom shall I fear? The Lord is the stronghold of my life of whom shall I be afraid? 78 1 John 2:17 The world and its desires pass away, but whoever does the will of God lives forever. I depend on Your light to guide my feet, dispel the darkness, and guide me in truth. Why should I ever be afraid? Help me to live in the truth that you are the stronghold of my life. Lord, thank you for the promise of eternal life. Help me to steady my focus on You and Your eternal kingdom rather than the things of this world. 80 JOURNEY CHURCH 100 DAYS OF 81

43 81 Proverbs 18: Corinthians 4:16-18 The name of the Lord is a fortified tower; the righteous run to it and are safe. Thank you for Your promise of safety when life feels chaotic or frightening. I choose to rest in the truth that You are strong and mighty. Therefore we do not lose heart. Though outwardly we are wasting away, yet inwardly we are being renewed day by day. For our light and momentary troubles are achieving for us an eternal glory that far outweighs them all. So we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen, since what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal. Lord, life can be so beautiful at times and yet so difficult and unexplainable at other times. Thank you for never leaving me and for preparing me for Your glory here on earth and in heaven. Lord, I am not worthy, yet through Jesus I am healed and made holy. Give me opportunities to extend that same mercy and grace to everyone who crosses my path. Help me to be slow to anger, quick to forgive, and always ready to offer encouragement. Lord, give me the strength I need to carry out Your mission and purpose. I love You and want to serve You, yet sometimes I feel tired and discouraged. Remind me that my labor is not in vain. And hope does not put us to shame, because God s love has been poured out into our hearts through the Holy Spirit, who has been given to us. Because of Your love, I am free and will not be put to shame. Thank you for offering grace and listening to my requests. Help me to be a vessel of Your grace through the power of the Holy Spirt. Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight. But when they looked up, they saw that the stone, which was very large, had been rolled away. Lord, today I ask for perseverance. There are many times I struggle to feel confident in what You have called me to do. Instead of looking at the barriers, help me to believe that You can roll away the stones that are too big for me. Walk with the wise and become wise, for a companion of fools suffers harm. Thank you, Lord, for surrounding me with wise people. When I am tempted to have selfish or impure thoughts, help me to surrender to You. Lord, You are a promise maker and a promise keeper. You have things in mind for me that I can t even imagine. Because You are for me, nothing can be against me. Today, I choose to live in the light of Jesus. Lord, You suffered and conquered death, so I apply the blood of the cross to my life today. Thank you, Lord, for carrying me. The waters and the rivers of life flow fast and hard, but You promise that they will not overtake me. You uphold me in all things and I love You!
