4 As Thanksgiving nears, may America walk with You, God... May she once more be the nation of people that is united under Your Authority. May she be the nation that practices Your Pure and Undefiled Religion, "To visit orphans and widows in their trouble and to keep oneself unspotted from the world." James 1:27. We humbly ask that You would please select America's leaders, and remove those who do not fear and honor You as the Creator of our universe and nation, and as the Creator of our Constitution that is the basis for our rule of law. We reverently ask You as America's Commander-In- Chief, to please protect our military as it needs Your omniscient and omnipresent leadership. May our troops and leadership turn to You in their time of need, and may they be amazed how You answer their prayers! We cry out and ask You, Father, to please send Your Holy Spirit to touch, the hearts of Americans living here and abroad to have a sincere yearning and desire for You and Your Son and Holy Spirit... May Your Love and Peace descend upon America, and heal our nation and this war-torn, violent world. We, as Your children, ask You, Abba Father, to guide and protect us in America's darkest hours. May true patriots like Nathan Hale and Ethan Allen arise and give hope to Americans and to the world that still cares for America, that there is a hope and a future for the United States.

5 And finally, We ask You, Lord, to teach us how to pray, without ceasing, for the needs of America, Israel, and for the whole World that He has created. May many be saved unto Jesus before He returns. We ask for complete faith in the promises found in Your Word for us. As Your children, wwe ask for the trust and knowledge You gave to Your prophet Daniel, when asked to interpret the king's dream of a statue...knowing it could cost him his life: "Blessed be the name of God forever and ever, for wisdom and might are His. And He changes the times and the seasons; He removes kings and raises up kings; He gives wisdom to the wise and knowledge to those who have understanding. He reveals deep and secret things; He knows what is in the darkness, and light dwells with Him. I thank You and praise You, O God of my fathers; You have given me wisdom and might, and have now made known to me what we asked of You." 12 For Those New to Our One Year Bible and Readings...Welcome! For our faithful intercessors and readers, we have developed a "One Year Bible and Torah Readings Letter," with an attached amplified weekly Sunday-Saturday "One Year Bible" Word document that includes One Year Bible Scripture references, as well as their chapter headings. Our history is that to learn more about our Judeo-Christian roots, over three years ago, we added into the existing "One Year Bible" weekly letter, the traditional Shabbat Torah/Old Testament and Haftarah/Prophets Readings read by observant Jews worldwide. We have also included the Brit Chadashah or New Testament Readings read by Messianic Jews. This easy-to-use format gives us a "heads-up" for daily Scripture readings, and tells us what the weekly Shabbat Torah readings are for Friday and Saturday. We can read and pray through the Bible and Torah readings, and compare their teachings to world, national, state and local headlines; as well as to situations in our daily personal and business lives!
