Becoming Whole : For Such A Time As This Week Twelve: Operating in the Courts of Heaven November 27 Hello My Beloved Esthers, Hopefully you survived the first round of holiday meals and family gatherings. Perhaps we are all ordering fit bits today to start walking off all of the extra cushion that suddenly appeared around our waist as we felt obligated to add to our already overflowing plates. I have yet to figure out how a few days can add on the same five pounds it takes a several months to get back off? In addition to Thanksgiving, I celebrated a birthday and an early anniversary since our anniversary week is here too, so my extra five feels more like fifteen and at my age the age is doing enough to my self esteem I don t need the muffin top to add to it. Ha! So I resolved to add to my spiritual detox a physical detox. I am guessing you were like me last week occupied trying to meet the needs of many, and you may have missed the teachings I sent on the Courts of Heaven. This teaching is so vital I want to revisit this week the foundation, because we are spending the next few weeks learning how to operate in the courts and petitioning for verdicts in our favor. This soaking season is composed of some of the most transforming teachings that I have found that have shifted my identity. This is hands down one of the key teachings to awaken our destiny if not the top. We must get this if we are truly seeking to step into our destiny, because the courts of heaven is where your destiny will be hindered or fulfilled. The problem has been that we haven t understood that we must grant God the legal right as Judge to fulfill His fatherly passion. He longs to answer and bless. Robert Henderson

Having you questioned why prayers aren t answered? Have you lost hope in some promises? Do you feel like you are constantly falsely accused or things are taken from you without justification? Do you long for purpose but can t seem to find it? Are there generational issues that have plagued your family? These are all issues that can be resolved in understanding the Courts of Heaven. If you answered yes to several of these, I highly recommend ordering the book Operating in the Courts of Heaven by Robert Henderson from Amazon. It is about $10. If you are one of those that needs to see every detail in scripture, you will have every piece of evidence you need to understand that there are Heavenly Courts. When you read scripture now you will begin to notice words like judge, judgements, the righteous judge, verdicts, witnesses, courts, accusations, petitions everywhere. The entire Word is saturated with implications to the Courts of Heaven. For Review: Last Monday, we looked at your enemy as the ACCUSER. He is the accuser of brethren according to Revelation 12:10. {Go back if you missed this and look at Monday.} The word in Greek for ACCUSER is like a Prosecutor. He goes to and fro looking for someone to build a case against in the Courts of Heaven. Please understand that what Jesus did at the cross was enough to cover every accusation against us, but it is our job to repent for wrong actions, beliefs, words spoken, judgements made that don t align to our inheritance and plead the blood of Jesus to nullify these accusations. The closer you get to your position of authority and unlocking your destiny, he will begin to build cases in the Courts of Heaven against you to deny your inheritance. He is after your inheritance. Last Tuesday, we learned that there are different ways to approach God in prayer. We can approach God in prayer in different ways as we looked at three different parables. { Visit last week if you missed this.} We can come to God our Father for our own needs. We can come to God as a friend to intercede for the needs of others, but when we have an adversary or we

recognize that we are being blocked from our destiny, we can come to God our righteous judge in the Courts of Heaven. This is basically a different way to pray. It is not a warring prayer but a STRATEGIC PRAYER. Henderson says that often when we don t have our prayers answered we begin to strive and put behind our prayers more effort, but it does not produce fruit. This type of praying is usually trying to reclaim your inheritance which is not only your purpose but your health, finances, legacy, your identity and your relationship with the Father. On Wednesday we looked at scripture that shows us books in Heaven. We meditated on several verses Daniel 7:10, Psalm 40:6-8, Psalm 139: 16, Hebrews 10:5-7 {Jesus s scroll.} So as we enter this week, we must understand our enemy is like a master prosecutor looking to build cases against our destiny. We have a book written in Heaven about what our life was destined to do, and we have a new way we are learning to pray that is strategic in approaching God as our Righteous Judge and pleading our case. We are not speaking to the enemy at this point. We are purely building our own cases to reclaim our destiny. For today, I want us to marinate on all of this information. Let this get into your spirit today, and revisit last week where needed to see scripture to support.

Monday: Building Your Case I spent much of my high school years learning how to build cases and operate in a court room. I find that so interesting now that God is using a high school passion to give me insight into my prayer strategy today. Because I loved speech, my speech teacher enlisted me for our Mock Trial team. Our Mock Trial team was given cases to prepare both prosecution and defense to compete against other school in our region and state. When I was a junior in high school our team won state and went to nationals in Madison, Wisconsin. It was a big deal for our school and for Mississippi, because as a state we had never been in the top 10 in the nation. We worked long days and late hours hoping to put our school and state on the map for something completely unexpected. When I was a junior, we were honored as third in the nation. Being that almost our entire team were juniors, they had great expectations that we may could win nationals the following year. So once again, we put in tireless hours hoping to be the number one team in the country. We took it a step further our senior year, and our attorney coach s wife took us to buy lawyer clothes. We didn t look like high school students dressed up, but rather we looked like lawyers. We looked our part. We didn t just go into the courtroom making claims, but rather we studied the courtroom. We learned courtroom lingo. We even studied computers and computer hackers because our case was on computer fraud. We found there were ways to gain access to the bench of the judge. Actually, I was the one responsible for delivering our opening arguments that we would build our case around. While my opponents would plea their case from their table or a podium, I learned that I could ask permission to enter the place closest to the judge better known as the well, and when granted I would plead my case right in front of the judge. I might add that I was never denied entry to the well, and even more interesting that our church that we built believing we were called to shift our city is called The Well. Hmmmm? This brings several things to my attention.first, god waste nothing and He is always at work in the details of our lives, even those that seem insignificant. Secondly, if you are apart of this journey at our church, the Well, or at another church that seeks to reclaim your city, I believe this teaching is vital to understand how to redeem our cities so dig deep. Lastly, we don t enter the courtroom too quickly unprepared, but rather we take time to build cases. When we are operating in the courts, we do not need to justify ourselves or be right. We need to remove assignments and we do that by repentance.

Last week, we were supposed to look at the enemy as the accuser. In case you missed that, take some time now and right down any area of your life that you feel like you are being accused. We are building our case right now. Ask the Holy Spirit to bring to mind any area that you are being accused that you may need to repent. Remember if it is 1% true about you then it is true, so just go ahead and release it. If it isn t true, it could be that there is something in your generation which we will talk about later this week. Journal everything that comes to mind today.

Tuesday: Building Your Case {If you missed Monday, please read the importance of building your case.} Today, let s look at our destiny. Are there hopes and dreams we have forgotten? Have we longed for purpose but aren t living it? Does it seem like our breakthrough isn t coming? Have the promises of God not manifest in our life? We don t have to have all of the answers at this point, but we want to recognize where the blocks are. We are simply trying to look at areas the enemy could have a case against us denying our inheritance. I ll give you an example of how the enemy has come against me specifically that the Holy Spirit has shown me recently, and I am still seeking to see the root. I was given a prophetic word by a woman that God had aligned me to people to propel me into my assignment, but the connections keep getting blocked by the enemy that fears my alignment to my assignment. I thought it was odd, but I begin to see the pattern. In going through my journals there have been people the last seven years that oddly almost supernaturally were dropped into my life. I would meet these people and get quality time with them, and I would believe it would be for a longer term connection but then it seemed like there was a wall. I had an investor come into my life to make my Sweetea book characters into dolls and handbags. We went so far to order mockups from another country and set up a booth at Atlanta Gift Market to launch the line, and then it was like he disappeared. How I met him was certainly God ordained, but then he was gone? My spiritual mom called and encouraged me to get to her church 5 hours away, because she felt like I was supposed to meet Christine Caine. I was obviously up for that trip!! I actually got to sit down, eat dinner and spend time with one of my favorite influences in women today, and Christine even encouraged me to stay connected with her, but the person in between would never let me through. It was very odd. I also did the same with several other influences in my life like Graham Cooke and Lisa Bevere. Supernatural meeting and then the connection was dead. I was overwhelmed with our trip to Israel and the connections that we made with thought leaders and owners of Christian television networks etc, and then again nothing. None of these encounters would have happened without the hand of God moving, yet nothing comes from the alignment. I honestly could give you a list of these instances. In none of these cases, did I seek out these people, but rather it was like the relationships were gifted and then taken. I had never thought of it being that something was blocking what God was trying to do until the woman brought it to my attention. This was recent, so I have been seeking the root as you are seeking.

Do you see a pattern of blessings being blocked? I have a similar case with our finances that every seven years it seems something happens to devastate my family financially. There is a personal attack, a health attack, a financial attack that historically comes with seven years. This is another area I am building a case for right now. So take some time and get strategic..what is not aligning in your life to the Word of God for a believer?

Wednesday: Building Your Case Last Friday, we looked at JOB and how the enemy had accused him of having an impure motive which ultimately caused God to remove the hedge of protection about him. Our motives give the enemy access to us. Through this journey of healing, I realized that when I was seven years old I had somewhat of a traumatic memory that had impacted my life. In the moment it didn t seem to be devastating, but in the process of healing the Holy Spirit showed me that this little issue in first grade brought striving and impure motives into my little naive heart. When I was in first grade, I was put in a different class from all of my friends. I was the only one that didn t do four year old kindergarten, so it was assumed that I wouldn t be as smart as the kids who had two years of preschool. I was so embarrassed, especially when we went to recess each day and I was merged with all of my friends. I decided that if I worked harder that the teacher would see and have to move me to the right class, so I began at seven years old to strive. Ultimately, my striving worked and I was moved to the class with my friends. However, I didn t stop there. I graduated the top of my class and graduated college in three years. This vow that I had to work harder and excel to be seen drove most of my life. Even spiritually I found that I was striving to gain God s approval. There was no malice in my heart, but if I were really seeking to be free I had to recognize that my motive may not have been pure. Was I seeking Him purely to find Him, or because I needed His approval through my seeking? If impure motives can block our destiny, we need to get real with our hearts and open wide and see what is the driving force! Search me O God and see if their be any wicked ways in me. Psalm 139:23-24 Look again and record anything the Holy Spirit shows you. What drives you? Look at the desires of your heart today. Do they align to His word? Do you feel a need to prove yourself? Do you wrestle with rejection that causes you to perform? Think about what you desire most and then ask your heart why? Think about what you re doing right now that is taking the most out of you, and ask why?

Thursday: Building A Case Read Zechariah 3:1-7 Satan accuses Joshua the High Priest of being Unclean In this scripture, we find the enemy accusing Joshua of being unclean so that he can interfere with The Lord using Joshua to rebuild Jerusalem. In this case, the Angel of the Lord rebukes Satan and makes Joshua clean so that the purpose of him can be fulfilled. At the end of this, the angel of the Lord tells Joshua, Thus says the Lord, If you will walk in my ways, and if you will keep my command, Then you shall also judge my house, and likewise have charge over my courts; I will give you places to walk among these who stand here. The Lord is not only allowing Joshua in the courts but giving him authority there as he is made clean. When we are born, we are bent toward sin. We are bent not knowing who we are which is the Hebrew meaning of sin to miss the mark. However, when we are born again and made new in Christ there should be a bending toward holiness. We should grow in desire to look like Jesus. We should grow in desire to be transformed into the temple of the Holy Spirit. Spend some time today asking the Holy Spirit if there are areas of your life that you may need to humble yourself and repent to be made clean again. Jesus says that though our sins are like scarlet, He offers us to be washed white as snow. In the words of Natalie Grant, Nothing is too dirty that He can t make clean. Ask Him today if the accuser is using something unclean against you. This includes sexual sin, but it is certainly not limited to it. Gossip and slander make our lips unclean. I beseech you, therefore, bretheren, by the mercies of God, that you present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is your reasonable service. Romans 12:1

Read Isaiah 43: Friday: Building A Case The accuser can hinder our destiny by pleading our bloodline. The iniquity of our fathers can build cases against us. The closer we get to our position of identity and authority the deeper the enemy goes in our bloodline. He will look for anything to use against us to keep us from being used in the Kingdom. Looking into our bloodline can take some time. Many of us don t even know the family lineage that could be held against us. This takes much prayer to find the deeper things that may be hidden, but there are some things that are obvious. Today, let s start with obvious. What is in your bloodline that you recognize is outside of the inheritance of the Father?Look at disease and sickness that has plagued many generations. Do you know history of witchcraft, pagan worship, idols, secret societies? Do you know of sexual sin, abortion, pornography, incest, etc? Do you know of early death or suicide? Sit with the Holy Spirit and ask Him to bring to mind anything in your generation that you may need to clean from your bloodline. This week we are building cases. So we are compiling anything and everything that may be held against you by the accuser of the brethren. I have heard amazing break through testimony from people that have pled cases in the Courts of Heaven, so we just press in to get as much as we can to take with us. Remember, This is a season not a sprint. Do not get anxious, just get wise!

SABBATH REST: You have permission to enjoy Him and those you love today! Today Read Ephesians 4 Meditate on this chapter. It speaks to putting on somethings and putting off somethings. We must speak the TRUTH in Love!!! What is He speaking to you through His Word today? We must rest and fill up today! We are putting off some things as we soak, but what is He calling us to put on? SID: Now Robert, you found a legal secret to answered prayer. What is that? 1 Is there a supernatural dimension, a world beyond the one we know? Is there life after death? Do angels exist? Can our dreams contain messages from Heaven? Can we tap into ancient secrets of the supernatural?
