4 Abstracts of less than 300 words are required for all papers submitted and should precede the text of a paper containing the following sections: Title, Introduction, Material and Method, Results, Discussion and Conclusion, Key words key words: Up to 7 key words listed, in alphabetical order, after the abstract are required for indexing purposes. Preparing persian abstract is necessary. This abstract should be set equal to english one and containing the following sections: مقدمه مواد و روشها نتايج بحث و نتيجه گيري 5- Tables, Figures, Diagrams and Photographs and Equations All tables, figures, diagrams and photographs should be numbered and have a title. The title of tables must be on top and below for the figures. If a figure or table is taken from another source, reference to the original table or figure should be provided and cited in the reference listed. Diagram should be set in one-dimensional format with black and white in color. For convenience of citation of equations, authors are encouraged to use Microsoft Word Equation 3.3. Plain sequential numbering through the manuscript is preferred and use the International System of Units (SI). 6- references All references should be translated in English and they are numbered consecutively in the order they are first used in the text. All references cited in the text must appear in the reference list, and all references listed in the reference list must be cited in the text. Vancouver citation style must be applied for all manuscripts. A superscript number is inserted in your text at the point where you refer to (cite) your source of information. A consecutive number is allocated to each source as it is referred to for the first time. For more information regarding Vancouver citation style refer to Journal's web site. 5 Author Submission Guidelines The scientific Biological journal of Microorganism publishes articles dealing with research in fields related to biology of microorganisms and subjects related to it, including bacteria, yeasts, etc. 1- Topics of interest Structure, metabolism and genetics of microorganisms Ecology and Systematic of microorganisms Industrial, Environmental and Food Microbiology Pathogenic microorganisms Microbial nanobiotechnology 2- Submitting articles Registration in BJM electronic database and completing Submission form is required for submitting articles. BJM electronic database: the author (s) should confirm that their manuscripts report original research and has not been published and is not under review elsewhere; Except for the abstracts presented at the Scientific Assembly (the papers presented at scientific meetings must be noted on the prerequisite form). Authors are responsible for the content of the article. Editors are free to make the final decision on whether to accept or reject a particular manuscript. Manuscripts will be subject to a pre-review and when the approval of the editorial is obtained, it will be published with respect to time. The Innovation and Commitment form (prerequisite form) should be completed and submitted. 3- Manuscript preparation Use Microsoft Office Word 2007 in letter-sized paper (8½ 11 inches) in one column. Manuscripts should be well written and well organized with no grammatical deviation. Authors' names should be listed in the order they wish to appear. Manuscripts should be compiled in the following order: Introduction, Material and Method, Results, Discussion & Conclusion and References. Acknowledge (if required) should be at the end of the article before the references section. 4- Title, Abstracts and keywords A brief and informative title of less than 15 words.

12 در صورت لزوم بخش قدرداني در انتهاي مقاله و قبل از بخش مراجع نوشته شود. از بكار بردن لغات انگليسي در متن مقاله احتراز شود معادل انگليسي كلمات فارسي و نام اصلي نويسندگان لاتين كه براي اولين بار در مقاله به كار ميرود به صورت زيرنويس در صفحه مربوط درج شود. -10 زيرنويسها در هر صفحه با گذاردن شماره فارسي در گوشه بالاي ا خرين حرف از كلمه در متن مشخص شود. شايسته است همه جدولها شكلها نمودارها و عكسها شمارهگذاري شده باشند و به همراه عنوان در متن ا ورده شوند. عنوان جدول در بالاي ا ن و عنوان ساير شكلها در زير ا ن نوشته شود. -11 اگر شكل يا جدولي از مرجع ديگري اخذ شده است در ادامه عنوان جدول يا شكل همانند متن ارجاع داده و مشخصات كامل ماخذ در بخش مراجع درج شود. -12 شود. -13 كلمات و عبارتهاي روي شكلها به فارسي نوشته شود. با توجه به چاپ سياه و سفيد ترجيحا از ارسال شكلها و تصاوير رنگي خودداري فرمت شكل ها در بخش Text Wrapping به صورت In Line With Text انتخاب شود تصاوير با كيفيت 300dpi به بالا تهيه شوند. نمودار ها به صورت تك بعدي و به صورت سياه و سفيد تنظيم شوند. معادلات بايد به صورت خوانا با حروف و علاي م مناسب با استفاده از Microsoft Word Equation 3.3 تهيه و به ترتيب شمارهگذاري شوند واحدها بر حسب سيستم بينالمللي واحدها (SI) معرفي شوند. -17 چكيده انگليسي بايد معادل چكيده فارسي تنظيم شود و شامل بخش هاي زير باشد. Introduction Material and Method Results Discussion and Conclusion واژههاي كليدي فارسي و انگليسي بايد يكسان و حداكثر شامل 7 واژه مجزا باشد كه موضوع تحقيق بيشتر پيرامون ا نهاست. فقط مراجعي كه در متن مقاله به ا نها اشاره شده است در بخش مراجع ا ورده شوند. نام نويسندگان مراجع انگليسي در متن مقاله به فارسي نوشته شود. نام اصلي نويسندگان لاتين كه براي اولين بار در مقاله به كار ميرود به صورت زيرنويس در صفحه مربوط درج شود. -21 نحوه نگارش مراجع بايد به شيوه استناد ونكوور باشد. قاعده كلي اين شيوه اين است كه منابع به ترتيب استناد با استفاده از اعداد در داخل پرانتز شماره گذاري شوند. براي كسب اطلاعات دقيق تر به شيوه نامه ونكوور روي وب سايت مجله مراجعه كنيد. نمونه استناد به كتاب: Lodish H, Baltimore D, Berk A, Zipursky Sl, Matsudaria P, Datnell j.
