I would like to thank all of you for the outstanding cooperation and dedication to the business which I have seen during the last year 2012 and I would like to congratulate all of you for the good results achieved. Despite a difficult year where we faced a lot of challenges, the collective efforts of the team enabled us to overcome them and to push our operation in the right direction this year. Many initiatives were initiated across the 3 countries that have further consolidated and strengthened our operation platform covering inventory management, insurance sales, margin improvement and implementing incentive schemes matching each country s nature of operations. Carrying on from the success of 2012, I would like for all of us to be in top gear as we head in to a challenging and exciting 2013 where we will elevate the success of the business to another level and this can only be achieved through hard work, dedication and a strong team effort which will ensure our delivery beyond expectation. In addition to achieving the basic operational objectives and meeting our budgetary requirements, I am excited and the prospect of working with you all on other key initiatives that will further better our business: Organic growth of our pharmacies Enhancing the retail concept across our pharmacies through branding and signage To create a consistent and high standard shopping atmosphere across our pharmacies Training and Development of retail staff to empower you with the tools to achieve Refresh current SOPs and re implement them across the business Loyalty programs across the countries New warehouses to provide more advanced logistical support for our pharmacies We wish you all a happy and prosperous new year and wish you the best of luck in achieving all of your goals.
