IF NOT YOU WILL FIND AN EXCUSE When I took over my new position as the group CEO, this quote came to my mind and I started reflecting on it and thinking how realistic and motivating it is. Most of us have a long list of I want to : Who I want to become or what I want to achieve, or else... But how many of us persist with their ambition till finding a way to reach it and how many of us find instead an excuse for failing to achieve what they aimed for? Achieving or failing has never been because you can or you can t, it has always been driven by how much you want and how important is this goal to you. So all it takes is to make a decision and start turning those I want to into I want to do and strive to reach your objectives. It might not be easy and probably it won t happen overnight but what you are aiming for is too important for you to settle. Keep in mind that every success comes at a price (Time, effort, attention). You just need to be willing to pay it. Also, I would like to thank all of my colleagues and friends for their kindness and understanding during the time we spent together which enriched my career and personal life, and the entire sister companies for the excellent relations and friendships. After the success of the first media campaign on brand migration aired in October 2017, President Ulker is back on TVC, digital and in your stores to explain to consumer that... nothing changed, just the name! Basketball match organized in Plant on Thursday 28th December 2017 (after quality training session) 5. THE HONORABLE HEROES CONGRATULATIONS ON COMPLETING 10 YEARS OF SERVICE! COMMUNICATION A dedicated TVC Campaign back in January 2017! One month of communication on TV dedicated to explain and reassure on President Ulker brand Migration that will be largely aired on pan-arab Channels!
