1 Para 16 Qȁla alam aqul lak Wonderful events: Musa was not able to be patient on the events so Khidr cleared the reality. Many things seem to be affliction or injustice but they are good for us. Saving from bigger disasters by little afflictions. Mercy of Rabb: There is mercy for the servants in every decision of Allah. Ya ῌayyu ya ي ي يت ويأ ي ي ي و ي أ غ يك تت يم غ يرأ ي تث ي غ ت س أ Qayyumu bi raḥmatika astaghїthu- Effect of good deeds: The effect of good deeds runs to the children. Allah protects the children of a righteous person. Dhulqarnayn: A king abundantly supplied with supplies, still not indulged into comfort and pleasure;

2 rather spends his wealth for the betterment of people in different expeditions. He built a strong wall by melting copper to stop the corruption of ya juj and ma juj. In lost: The greatest losers are those who live and die only for this world and have no conception to meet Allah. Their deeds will not be given any weight on the day of Judgement. Firdaws: Highest paradise, a special reward for those who believed and did good deeds. Words of Rabb: They are eternal, cannot come to an end even if there is ink as much as all the oceans. Supplication of Zakariya: In low voice, with conviction asked Allah for an inheritor from whom everyone will be

3 pleased. ا ج ج اي ب ي ض ي يا waj alhu rabbi raḍїyya-(and you made him o my rabb pleased one). Pious child: Yaḥya was wise, affection, pure, pious, obedient, and was not rebellious. Maryam: A chaste woman; was worshipping in the temple because she was devoted to serve Allah. She was tested by a big test. Allah gave her їsa a child of pious characteristic who spoke in the cradle to free her mother from the blame. Day of Regret: Disbelievers will be regretting on the day of Judgement because they did not believe, and death will be slaughtered and they will be thrown in the hell fire forever.

4 Truthful prophet: Attribute of Ibrahїm, someone with a truthful lifestyle can only speak the truth. Preaching to father: Ibrahїm described to his father in a loving manner to save him from shirk but he did not accept and asked to leave, then he left everything calling Allah with full conviction. Two generations: One is rewarded because of obedience and the other is warned of hellfire because of abandoning prayer and following desires. Passing over hell fire: Everyone has to pass over the bridge of Șaraṭ according to their deeds.

5 Guests of Raḥmȁn: Muttaqїn will be -Yawma ج ي ج ي اج ي ى ل ي ا جم ر ي ا ي جد ي ا naḥshurul muttaqїna ilarraḥmȁni wafdȁ.( That day We will gather those who adopt taqwa to the Raḥmȁn as a group). Love in the hearts: Not of those who are of this world. Ar Raḥmȁn will put love of those who believed and did good deeds in everyone s hearts. For remembrance of Allah: Establish prayer, this was the message given to Mϋsȁ in the sacred valley of Ṭϋwȁ. ب ي ا ج ج ي ي جد د ي ي Mϋsȁ: Supplication of ن ج ي ي جن د ي ي ا ج ج اي ج د ق ي ن ر ن س ي ي -Rabbishraḥ lї ṣadrї wa جه ف ا ج ي ي yassirlї amrї waḥlul uqdata

6 mi(n)lisȁnї yafqahϋ qawlї- (O! My rabb open my heart, ease my task, untie knot from my tongue, so that they understand my speech). Special place: Allah selects someone by testing through different tasks to mold صط س ع ر يغ يس غثي work. him for His waṣṭana tuka linafsї (I have selected you for my service). Gentle talk: They have to speak gently even to Firawn perhaps he accepts admonition. Fabricator: One who fabricates about جدي بي ن ر ي unsuccessful. Allah will be Wa qad khȁba maniftarȁ. (And in ا ج ي fact he failed who fabricated). Development of this world: It will not save from seizure of Allah, what was

7 the end of firawn; no one could be saved if he disobeyed. Pleasure of Allah: One should hasten in doing deeds which pleases Allah, ج يلي ب ي ج ت ي Mϋsȁ did the same ج ع ي ى Wa ajiltu ilayka rabbi litardhȁ -(and I hasten to you my Rabb for your pleasure). ل Supplication of Prophet :ﷺ He was said to ask for increase in knowledge. Rabbi zidnї ilmȁ -( O! My ب ي ي جند ي ج ل ي ا Rabb increase me in knowledge). Resolution and intention: Firm resolution and intention is required in order to be protected from tactics of shaitan.

8 Consequences of forgetting ayahs: He will have confined life in this world and raised blind on the day of judgement. Let us strive to please our Rabb by doing good deeds.
