Wilaya Bouira extends over an area of 4454 km2, representing 0.19% of the national territory. It is subdivided into 45 municipalities and 12 Daïras, with an estimated population inhabitants for It is limited: Geographical boundaries of the wilaya In the north by the wilayates of Boumerdes and Tizi-Ouzou In the South and South West by the wilayates of M'sila and Medea, In the east and southeast by the wilayates of Bejaia and Bordj Bou Arreridj, In the West by the wilayates of Blida and Medea. What is the economic vocation of the wilaya in terms of its potentialities its characteristics and its asset? 2.1 agricultural potentialities The wilaya of Bouira presents an agricultural vocation for industrial because of its natural characteristics. The wilaya consists of three different areas from the terrain point of view : Mountain areas: which represents 31% of the SAT or ha The Plains: They represent 40% of the SAT, or 117,458 ha The Agro pastoral areas: covers 29% of the SAT or ha. 2.2 Water Resources: Dam of Kaoudiat Accerdoun ( M 3 ). 3 Thus, the industrial land available at the territory of the wilaya is as follows: Industrial zone of Sidi Khaled, district of El Oued Berdi of an area of 225 ha, divided up into 105 lots. A new industrial zone (extension of the original Zone) sisie Oued El Berdi a total area of 190 ha, which is in development phase. 12 activity zones, distributed at the territory of the Wilaya of a total area of 93Ha. Four (04) tourism expansion zones with an area of around 300 hectares. 6 3. What is your assessment of the activities of CALPIREF, can you give us an overview on land opportunities for economic investment of the Wilaya? The situation of the investment projects files submitted at the Secretariat of the CALPIREF appears to as follows: Dossiers submitted examined selected Investment cost of the selected Generated jobs Number The projects are as follows: Number of operational projects: 104 Number of projects in course of realization: 155 Number of projects currently being launched: 110 Number of projects stopped: What is your perception of the activities, missions and role of the One Stop Shop of ANDI located in the wilaya of Bouira? Since June 2011, ANDI One Stop Shop has experienced a decentralization operation at the wilaya of Bouira,, in order to facilitate the granting of taxes and tax advantages to the local investors, and achievements of this one stop shop from its establishment to were as follows: sa création Number of declared projects: 268 projects; Generated employment 2560 jobs: Amount of investments: MDA. And to improve the environment for entrepreneurship and companies establishment, the one stop shop has drawn an information program across the wilaya for the popularization of new decisions of the CNI, the Partnership portfolio, the Fund of wilayates for investment... 7 5. A final word on investment, Mr. Wali to the promoters? The year 2013 was rich and intense and during which we have defined the main directions that will enable us to achieve our ambition of becoming a reference and a hub of investment at the national level. With all the potential inherent in the territory, the Wilaya of Bouira offers to investors and project leaders all facilitations and support that will boost the local dynamics.
