A meeting of the above Expert Committee was held on 21 st April, under the Chairmanship of Shri Nihal Chand Goel, Joint Secretary consider the proposals for financial assistance under CFGS for the year -12. A list of the members who attended the meeting is annexed. 2. The Expert Committee considered 150 applications which were complete and supported with all documents as required under the Scheme.
