Abstract:- Sahaj Marg means natural path or simple way.it is in essence the ancient practice of Raja yoga, distilled and simplified for modern everyday life. It is a spiritual practice that helps People to achieve inner perfection also known as self realization. Shri Ram Chandra Mission is a non-profit organization founded in 1945 that provides the infrastructure for the Sahaj Marg system of spiritual seekers around the world. There are no fees or other obligations for learning and practicing the method. The sole qualification being willingness. If practiced regularly, Sahaj Marg can help you in our spiritual Endeavour s. Keywords: Sahaj marg, Spiritual path, Raja yoga, Guru, Transmission, Indriyas (sense organs) INTRODUCTION There are perhaps only a few among the masses, who have ever given a serious thought regarding the Goal of human life. The only aim before the masses is to live a decent living full of all facilities and problem less life with more and more worldly enjoyment. If they are able to do all these things they feel that their life is successful otherwise miserable. But our ancient Rishi s have felt that human beings are born with special purpose and they have to live a purposeful life without attaching much importance to worldly pleasures and relations. The problem before us is not to find out a solution of our present life but there after also. There the need of spirituality arises in human life. Spirituality is science to get a stable and balanced life pattern and also freedom from bondage which is ultimate cause of pain and mystery and to achieve liberation to attain the highest and real goal of human life. One of the ancient systems is called RAJYOGA, a king of spiritual education with of oneness with ultimate. ABOUT YOGA Yoga has been derived from a Sanskrit word yuj means the union. In the Hindu most revered and sacred scripture Srimad Bhagavad Gita there are several shlokas referring to meaning of YOGA. So now time has come to understand the real meaning of yoga is to get relived from your bondages and achieve freedom. YOGA means UNION. It is a common knowledge that two things cannot unite or merger unless or until their properties are same. If one is imperfect it has to be made fully perfect, before it can have merger with perfect one. Therefore the imperfect has to be achieved purna sthithi for merger. Our ancient Indian sage Maharshi Patanjali has explained this concept in patanjali yoga sutra. Mind is a centre of this our grossed outer expansion of humans and everything which is executed through the medium of body proceeds and gain power from mind. The organs (indriyas) with mind (manasa) the determinative faculty(buddhi) and egoism (ahankara) is called antahkarana or chitta the word thought can called vrittis (literally whirlpool or waves ) so control of mind taking it on right way is one of the process in yoga. We have wrong notion that yoga is to eliminate certain diseases or body exercise. Actually to eliminate certain diseases and to carry out body exercise we take of help asanas. Asanas keep your body in good and healthy condition but the real meaning of yoga lies as union of yourself with ultimate self. 1 2 Shivaleela Veerayya and Sarvodaya S. 4 . Sahaj Marg A Natural Way For Oneness With Ultimate To achieve the condition of infinite and to merger with infinite rajyoga is used which is neither mystery nor magic. It is an effort of human being with guidance of able guru to achieve and attain the highest stage of divine human evolution. This union (yoga ) can be achieved by all humans, irrespective of caste, creed, colour, religion, sex nationality.all human being despite of different social, educational or professional background can practice rajyoga and get a ultimate result. A SPIRITUAL JOURNEY INSIDE HEART As stated above regarding evolution of human being to reach stage of ultimate, our ancient guru Shree Ram Chandraji Maharaj was born on 2nd feb 1873 in farukabad dist of U.P. his father s name was Choudhary Haribaksh Rai. The ancient guru Shree Ram Chandra Maharaj of fategarh U.P dist farukabad,has been called Lalaji fondly maharaja by his disciples. Lalaji Maharaj rediscovered the ancient system of spiritual training based on TRANSMISSION. The able guru transmits divine energy into the heart of the aspirant in order to expeditious and has spiritual development. This brought the highest spiritual condition which was previously reserved for scatics and renunciates, within reach of all. It is Lalaji s conviction that a normal family life was most conductive to self development. 3According to Lalaji leaving the family and children and running away to the forest (for union with ultimate) does not appear to be right. For it could mean running away from our duties and responsibilities instructed to us. As stated earlier Sahaj Marg system of spirituality one of the teaching is that a person engaged in the pursuit of real goal must not neglect either is material or spiritual life as the bird fly with two wings, the human as to live a life with two wings of material and spiritual wings. God has created the universe and material world. Also he must have good reasons to do so but if the material life is leading us away from our guru than it means we are not leading the life in right manner. It insists on right and pious earnings. It is our mind which creates greed and fear in us. So regulation of mind means regulation of life and so on. Sahaj marg offers this training how it normalizes one life s in all the spheres of his life. An imperfect human when bondages are removed, he can become a perfect human being. This results into yoga or union with the perfect one. It s encouraging to find that under sahaj marg system, the emphasis is on the attainment of perfection in this life itself while living a normal life of house holder. The man is slowly transformed into divine human by spiritual training under guidance of able master. It is a spiritual journey inside heart. It is a spiritual approach to bring together people all sections of world from all religions. As told by master of sahaja marga spirituality unites all human being as ONE. If widely practiced sahaj marg way of spirituality can bring human integration harmony and peace. The unique principle of sahaj marg states that God (the ultimate) is not found within the fold of a particular religion is sect. The god is not confined within certain forms nor is he to be traced out from within the scriptures. We have to seek him in the inner most core of our hearts. CONCLUSION The system goes by the name of sahaj marg because it integrates ones physical mental and spiritual aspects without employing any pressure or force. It does not call for austerities, self denial penance, external renunciation, celibacy, etcetera. The gurus of our system have been householders themselves and they have taught us that people must live full and natural lives which can then carry them with the current of nature towords the ultimate goal of existence.
