The Jamaica Baptist Union Mission Agency (JBUMA) will take its next mission visit to Haiti, April 11-29, Since 2004, the Mission Agency has been working with four (4) churches and four (4) schools (each church operates a school at the Early Childhood Educational level) with the following projects:
11 a Monthly stipend for twenty (20) teachers of the four schools we support, Construction, Re-afforestation of the hillsides, Feeding of the children of two schools, Educational Scholarships, Church establishment/training and Skills training for self reliance. This visit will coincide with the Ordination Service of the Rev. Jean Rony Bataille and the aim is to complete the construction of a Church-School Building; conduct Medical Clinics and host Vacation Bible School (VBS). We will therefore need, Carpenters; Masons; Electrician; Plumbers; Nurses; Doctors; VBS workers and anyone who wishes to serve.
