1 Dear Pittsburgh 22 Team, Thank you for joining Pittsburgh 22, a commitment to pray for WCN for 2 months! We know that prayer is the most powerful resource in our ministry. Here are list of intentions, in no particular order, for you to consider in daily prayer. We will additional specific prayer requests for our clients and urgent needs. Or you may refer to facebook.com/my pregnancy center for the latest updates. Thank you again, may God bless you each day as you minister to us in prayer. 1. Pray for your parish, your Pastor, your teen programs, and Sunday School programs to speak the truth about the Sanctity of Human Life. Pray for those in your church who need healing from a past abortion. 2. Pray for clients who struggle with sexual sin and need to repent, find healing and forgiveness. 3. Continue to pray for RNs to be called to serve at various WCN locations. 4. Thank God for our partner website and for the team that maintains this great source of information. Pray for volunteer Kathryn and others who help to maintain our web presence. 5. Pray for unity as the many pro-life resources in Pittsburgh consider ways to cooperate and connect to provide the highest impact. 6. Pray for many Pittsburgh Marathon Charity Runners who signed up and ran as WCN ambassadors in the race this year. 7. Pray for Vision for Life, a local team that raises funds to advertise our services. Their advertising strategy continues to utilize TV, buses, and posters to reach abortion vulnerable women. Pray that hundreds more young women will respond to these and the highly successful internet advertisements. 8. Thank God for over 200 Churches who support us in some way. Pray that Pastors and leaders would continue to stand up for the unborn and the Sanctity of Human Life.

2 9. Pray for our political leaders: for local and State authorities, for Senators and Congressmen and women, for President Obama, and those on the Supreme Court. Pray for wisdom, open hearts, and humility. 10. Pray that the Holy Spirit will work in the hearts of our clients who are considering abortion. 11. Pray for women caught in sex trafficking here in Pittsburgh and around the world. Pray for our staff to be vigilant to identify situations of trafficking that may affect our clients. 12. Ask God to provide for the financial needs of WCN in spite of the stresses faced by our economy. Pray for generous hearts to give cheerfully. 13. Pray for students who learn about sexual purity in classrooms because of our speakers teams. Pray for them to remain strong and resist temptation. 14. Pray for our Advisory Board, a group of men and women with key leadership roles in Pittsburgh who give us vital insight and guidance. 15. Please pray for our Medical Director, Dr. Lisa Ference, and her family. 16. Thank God for our emerging Medical Advisory Team, a group of Doctors and Medical Professionals. Pray for these men and women who serve us with unique gifts and talents. 17. Pray for Oakland Volunteer Claudia Walters today. Claudia serves two days each week for us. 18. Nurse Manager Debby Wolff visits each Center to oversee all medical testing and procedures. Debby and husband Steve are new grandparents. Pray for her as she supervises our team of Nurses and leads in our Centers Thank God for the WCN Board of Directors. Please pray for this dedicated team of leaders as they govern and give oversight to the ministry. 20. We have a gifted WAIT Training Team that shares the message of Abstinence and Life with teen audiences all over Pittsburgh. Pray for the team reaching out to parents and students in nearby schools and churches. Pray for WAIT leader Erin Blechman, husband Bill, and their two boys. 21. Continue to pray for all of our volunteer RNs who are serving at various WCN locations.

3 22. Pray for Gloria Hale, RN as she serves at our our North Side Center. Praise God for the entire staff, crew, and volunteers! Pray for Gloria, husband Marty and their two boys. 23. Pray for our clients who have recently learned they have an STD. This sexual health service has opened up great opportunities to speak into young lives and lead them to a more pure lifestyle. 24. Pray for Toni Turner as she leads as Pastoral Care Director for clients in need of special ongoing care. Toni works with clients who are broken, need healing, and are on a path toward wholeness. 25. Jen Branson leads Team Oakland at our largest and busiest Center. Jen, husband KC, and children Reg and Mallory appreciate your prayers. Jen sees a diverse range of clients. Many require ongoing care and case work. Pray for wisdom, strength, and peace. 26. The Monroeville Mall Center is a busy Center with lots of unexpected walk-in business. Pray for Director Jodi Longo as she leads her team. Pray for Jodi, husband Frank, and their young children. 27. Pray for Fiona Sowers who keeps our books and pays our bills at our Wexford office. She also serves in our Oakland office as a part time receptionist and is the first person many of our clients will meet or talk with. Pray too for husband Dan and their family. 28. Pray for Linda Frank, our Partner Services Director as she makes vital community connections and executes our Baby Bottle Campaigns. Linda and husband Chris have three grown children. Keep them all in your prayers. 29. Elena Shlyahovsky serves as our Partner Services Associate. She acts as the face of the ministry with our financial donors and prayer partners. She is also a key part of our fundraising teams. Pray for her as she serves those who serve our ministry. 30. Pray for all the volunteers who care for our Baby Steps resource rooms by sorting, displaying, and managing our baby and maternity items. 31. Pray for Volunteers Cheryl, Inger and others who serves along side our admin and fundraising staff in our Wexford office. 32. Amy Scheuring is our Executive Director. Pray for her, her husband Tom, and children Steven and Kathryn. Amy seeks strength and wisdom to lead. Her family faces many spiritual attacks on health, emotional strength, etc.

4 33. Dr. Brian Donnelly is a volunteer who reads our ultrasound scans each week. Pray for blessing, wisdom, and peace for him and his family. 34. Pray for our Board President Ann Tanis. Pray that God would bless her volunteer efforts and give her great energy, faith, and encouragement. 35. Brian Morris helps us with all of our IT issues. Pray for this talented young man, his wife Debby and their family. 36. There are over 60 volunteers actively serving in our Centers each week. God knows their names. Pray that His blessing, wholeness, and Shalom will be known by each one. 37. Pray for our Fall Banquet team as they plan the 2014 event for October 16. Pray that this event will be a great success to draw people to our work and raise needed funds Many young men have been blessed as a result of our growing Men s Ministry. Pray that God will bring us more volunteers to keep this program going this Fall. 39. Pray for protection for our 4 Centers and staff as our opposition seeks to malign our work. 40. Pray for those who call us with great needs. We need wisdom to direct them to the help they need. Pray for receptive hearts. 41. Pray for our relationships with social services, medical facilities, and local service agencies. Pray that we find favor and opportunities to share our faith. 42. Pray for many women to consider adoption as a positive option to abortion. Thank God that we have so many wonderful agencies who specialize in adoption care. 43. Pray for all of our volunteers and their families today. 44. Thank God for creative ideas to serve our clients. Ask God to supply what we need to put those ideas into use. 45. Thank God for our websites and pray that many clients would be drawn to places on the web to find life affirming help. 46. Pray for our Board members: Ann, Elaine, Gerry, Ginny, Cheryl, Gail, Chris, Jeff, Susan, Marilyn, and Cathy. Pray that others would step up to serve in this unique way.

5 47. Thank God for our National Affiliates: Heartbeat, Care Net, NIFLA, and ECFA. Pray for these groups as they advise and train us this year. 48. Pray for our many vendors (printing, utilities, suppliers, leaseholders, etc.). Pray that God blesses them and that we find favor with them.
