Also that he will draw closer to God and trust Him. Pray for Christ to touch her in spirit and in healing. That His peace will be upon her and the family Mark Fredrickson- at home getting more therapy as an outpatient. 3 PRAYER UPON ENTERING CHURCH 1 I was glad when they said to me, Let us go to the house of the LORD. Psalm 122:1 Meditation Scriptures for this Week: Psalm 100 Pastor: Let us then confess our sins to God our Father Confession Most merciful God, we confess that we are by nature sinful and unclean. We have sinned against You in thought, word, and deed, by what we have done and by what we have left undone. We have not loved You with our whole heart; we have not loved our neighbors as ourselves. We justly deserve Your present and eternal punishment. For the sake of Your Son, Jesus Christ, have mercy on us. Forgive us, renew us, and lead us, so that we may delight in Your will and walk in Your ways to the glory of Your holy name. Amen Absolution In the mercy of almighty God, Jesus was given to die for us, and for His sake God forgives us all our sins. To those who believe in Jesus Christ He gives the power to become the children of God and bestows on them the Holy Spirit. May the Lord, who has begun the good work in us, bring it to completion in the day of our Lord Jesus Christ. Amen. Nicene Creed I believe in one God, the Father Almighty, Maker of heaven and earth, And of all things visible and invisible. Jesus is the way or drawbridge to the King. Psalm 47:6-7 is the theme verse: "Sing praises to God, sing praises! Sing praises to our King, sing praises! For God is the King of all the earth; sing praises with a psalm! Students will see God s sovereignty, love, and faithfulness by looking at David s life, and will learn to praise God our King. Lessons are about loving God, trusting in God, praising God, telling others about God, and thanking God. Please pray about helping with this outreach program. Esko is a congregation small in number and will be needing volunteer assistance during the days of the services to help with preparing and serving meals, with cleanup, ushering/collections and with other duties as well. They have asked that those willing to help would sign up in advance for certain days and times. Please respond either by or by phone (Tuesday - Friday 9:00 - Noon Central Time) to help them with scheduling.
