1 News & Announcements UPCOMING EVENTS & MINISTRY OPPORTUNITIES WELCA CHICK FLICK TODAY! All women are invited to the WELCA Chick Flick at Beth Johnson s home at 4:00 pm on Sunday, February 17th. Beth s address is 735 Jennifer Road, Aurora. GRAND VIEW UNIVERSITY CHOIR Messiah will be hosting the Grandview University Choir for a concert on Thursday, March 14th at 7:00 pm. We are looking for host families to provide housing for that evening. Please let the church office know if you are will to host 2 or more students and sponsors. Thank you. HOSPITALITY SERVERS We re looking for volunteers to serve or bring treats for our hospitality time following worship. Please check out the NEW sign-up sheets on the bulletin board (across from Pastor Sarah s office). You can sign up just to serve, just to bring treats for the adults, or just to bring treats for the Sunday School kids...or all 3! Please sign up today! WELCA SPRING GATHERING AT MESSIAH 3/16 Messiah will be hosting the Spring Gathering for our area WELCA ladies! It will be a fun day of speakers, worship, and fellowship. Elaine James will be our guest speaker, who will make us laugh with her positive and fun outlook of life with Fashion & Faith of life. Please plan on attending, and if you are able to help with registration tables or other odd jobs that day, please sign up in the Information Center! MURDER MYSTERY DINNER Come for a night of mystery, intrigue and fun as the High School Youth Group host a murder mystery dinner fundraiser on Sunday, February 24th beginning at 6:00pm. Tickets are $15 per person or $25 per couple. Silent auction items will be available as well. To make your reservation, talk with Pastor Miles or call the Church Office! Child care will be available! All proceeds go to support the mission trip to Chicago this summer! SILENT AUCTION ITEMS NEEDED The high school youth are in need of donations for our Silent Auction.
