2 Luke 22:19-20 And He took bread, gave thanks and broke it, and gave it to them, saying, This is My body which is given for you; do this in remembrance of Me.ʼ Likewise He also took the cup after supper, saying, This cup is the new covenant in My blood, which is shed for you.ʼ

3 The blood and the Spirit always bear testimony together. Where the blood is honored in faith or preaching, there the Spirit works;... He always leads souls to the blood.
