As such it contains a lot of insight into what is involved in leading a growing church, as well as what to avoid. I think the introductory chapter(s) which are more didactic in nature belong at the end of the story, however. I nearly got bored and stopped reading before the real story part began. Overall it is an extremely worthwhile read for leaders in churches with visions of reaching more people.
