1 FORGE RESIDECNY INTENSIVE TRAININGS TEACHING TEAM BRAD BRISCO Brad is currently the Church Planting Strategist for a network of Baptist churches in Kansas City; where he recruits, trains and coaches church planters. Brad is co-author of Missional Essentials, a twelve-week small group study guide, and The Missional Quest. He is also a member of the national leadership team of Forge America. She also serves on the leadership team of Forge American and Christian Associates International. She is co-author of "UnTamed: Reactivating a Missional Form of Discipleship." He is an urban missionary in his neighborhood and serves on the board of Seedleaf ( while also working part-time for Blessed Earth. Geoff is also a part of the leadership team of Forge America. He speaks extensively across the country encouraging and equipping pastors in incarnational ministry and missional leadership. Hugh is the author of Sacrilege and co-author of AND and The Tangible Kingdom. His latest book is titled "FLESH.

2 KIM HAMMOND Kim is a husband, father, follower of Jesus, Pastor, International Director of Forge America & Director of Missional Imagination for Community Christian Church and New Thing Network. Kim is a clock builder, mentor, motivator and mobilizer of missionary leaders & their movements. He is the co-author of the forthcoming book Sentness: Six Postures of Missional Christians. LANCE FORD svlance@gmail.com Lance has over two decades of experience as a pastor, church planter, coach, and consultant and is the cofounder of the Sentralized Conference and KC Sentral, a missional training network in Kansas City. He is the co-author, with Alan Hirsch, of Right Here Right Now, Everyday Mission for Everyday People, and the author of UnLeader, Reimagining Leadership and Why We Must, as well as the co-author of Missional Essentials, A Guide for Experiencing God s Mission in Your Life and Missional Quest. She is the Co-Director along with her husband, Ryan of Forge Dallas & Co-Founder of Waken Ministries both organizations helping with missionary formation & discipleship. She lives in the North Dallas suburbs where she mentors teenage girls in her home as well as longs to see her neighborhood look more like the kingdom of God each day. Her heartbeat is for every follower of Jesus to see themselves as missionaries in their every day lives. He is Vice Principal of Morling College and the founding Director of the Tinsley Institute, a mission study centre located at Morling College in Sydney, Australia. Mike is the author or editor of a dozen popular books including The Shaping of Things to Come, Exiles, The Faith of Leap, and The Road to Missional.

3 MISCHELE BRISCO Mischele is a foster care, adoption advocate. She and her husband have three children; they have adopted two and have been a resource family for more than 50 foster children. She is actively involved in equipping and encouraging those engaged in the foster system. RYAN HAIRSTON ryan@forgeamerica.com Ryan is a husband, dad, and practitioner. He co-directs Forge Dallas & Waken Ministries with his wife, Laura. Ryan also serves on the Forge America National Team as the Director of Training & Development. Ryan and his wife live in North Dallas and long to see their neighborhood and city look more like the Kingdom of God. Ryan s heartbeat is to help all people realize their ability for life change and world transformational. He is a missionary mobilizer & trainer, consultant, & teacher/speaker. SCOTT NELSON scott@forgeamerica.com serves as the director of Seminary Partnerships for Forge America. Scott is also a coach with the Forge Chicago hub, has been a small group pastor at a local church and is currently finishing his Ph.D. program in missional theology at Luther Seminary in St. Paul, Minnesota. SHERRY MADDOCK geoffandsherry@yahoo.com Sherry and her husband Geoff work as missionaries in an underserved neighborhood in their city. They are passionate about neighborhood transformation through urban farming and creating awareness for urban dwellers about growing food. They have created a micro-farm on an urban lot next to their home where they have chickens, bees, fruit trees, berry brambles, and all manner of herbs, flowers, and vegetables.

4 TIM CATCHIM Tim functions as a multi-vocational entrepreneur. He has started several business, to include a curbside recycling business, a Go Green Initiative, as well as Generate: A Coaching and Consultancy practice for church planters and start up businesses. He specializes in bringing strategic vision and clarity to entrepreneurial ventures and the process of innovation. Integrated into his leadership philosophy and praxis is a thorough understanding of atonement models, discipleship, the fivefold ministries of APEST, MBTI, group dynamics, and organizational design.
